Suite bien agencée répartie sur 2 niveaux: salon et kitchenette au 1er étage, chambre double et salle de bains avec douche au 2ème étage. Un canapé-lit dans le salon vous permet de profiter d'un troisième lit d'appoint. Toutes les pièces meublées en bois avec poutres apparentes. L'appartement et le grand balcon sont orientés plein sud. Confortable et romantique, idéal pour un séjour en couple. La position ensoleillée et calme en fait un excellent choix également pour des vacances reposantes hors de la circulation. Kitchenette: cuisinière, réfrigérateur-congélateur, casseroles, couverts, vaisselle, bouilloire électrique et grille-pain. TV LCD dans le salon, sèche-cheveux dans la salle de bain. ADSL2 + Wi-Fi gratuit. Complet avec serviettes, linge de lit et linge de cuisine. Il y a un dépôt de vélos / ski / chaussures au rez-de-chaussée.
PRIX TOUT COMPRIS (y compris Enel, eau, gaz de cuisine, Internet, linge de lit / salle de bain / cuisine et nettoyage final). De décembre à avril, il y a aussi 5 heures de chauffage par jour. Great accomodation in beautiful location

Giovanni is a fantastic host. He was helpful, efficient with responses, and made our stay extremely comfortable. Would definitely come back and stay here in the future! The other apartments are close and so you can hear the other people staying in the accomodation, however this didn’t bother us or dampen our experience.

Geliebtes Cortina

Die Lage ist top, nicht mal 100m sind es bis zum Skibus. Die 1,5km bis ins Stadtzentrum kann man aber auch gut laufen. Die Wohnung ist hübsch und liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Etwas hellhörig ist die Wohnung, aber so ist das in einem Haus nun mal. Giovanni ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der uns immer gerne geholfen hat. Wir haben uns bei ihm und in seiner Fewo sehr wohl gefühlt. Nochmal danke für alles!

Nice, cozy loft

Small but adequate space. Kitchen well equipped, although we missed our microwave oven at home . We cooked every day of our 14-day stay. Location at outskirts of town meant we had to drive to get our groceries. There was very limited view from the apartment unless we stepped outside. Giovanni was super helpful and made sure we are happy during our stay.

Cozy place and very accommodating. Little noisy and be ready to walk

We had 3 and were comfortable though the place is certainly small. Beware that the walls are thin and if the people next door are loud you will be able to hear them. Also, it is a steep walk about 1 km to and from town. This was fine for me as the weather was nice. If you don’t like walking there is a bus stop very close so it isn’t much of a problem. Views outside the place are amazing as are most in cortina. Giovanni is a great host and even let us check out a little late. Would recommend to those who don’t mind walking and sharing space.

Sono stata nella casa di Giovanni per qualche giorno assieme a mio marito. Avevamo bisogno di staccare un po' la spina e ...non potevamo trovare posto migliore! La posizione è splendida. La casa è ben arredata e pulitissima. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa grazie alla gentilezza di Giovanni, la sua disponibilità ed i suoi consigli. Grazie mille e a presto.

Great accommodation and base for walking

A cosy, characterful, comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment on outskirts of Cortina with great views of mountains. The walking was amazing with great views, interesting plants (still lots of flowers in september), cute marmots and not to forget the mountain refuges where you could stop for a civilised cappucino and strudel! Also did some via ferrata (hiring gear in Cortina). Hope to return as so much more walking to do. Owner was helpful and kindly got us milk as shops all closed on a Sunday (note sunday closing taken seriously in Cortina despite being tourist area!). The only thing slightly wrong on property description was that there was no oven (hob only) and the toaster was a toasted sandwich maker (but who needs toast when you can have italian pastries!).

Hello Liz, thank you for your review and remarks! I checked the advertisment and removed the oven in the description of both Suite. I really don't know why I wrote it, sorry about this issue. About the toaster you are also right as it is actually a toasted sandwich maker. I bought it as I thought it was easier to clean and I did not consider its not the best choiche for breakfast. Lieber Gast, in einem Haus mit Eigentumswohnungen können Nachbarn manchmal laut sein, leider kann ich nichts dafür. Im Inserat steht die Oberfläche der Wohnung und beim schönen Wetter gibt es auch den Balkon Danke für Dein Vertauen und den Aufenthalt ich hoffe Dich wiederzusehen!

Amazing location & place!

What a fantastic gem in Cortina! We were greeted upon arrival by the owner & given lots of helpful information about the local area & hikes. The apartment is very clean, quaint & had everything we needed. It is so close to everything in town & a short drive to lots of trailheads. We loved our stay & hope to revisit!!

Perfect base for self-catering stay in Cortina

Attractive, clean, well-designed compact holiday apartment in traditional chalet on quiet rural side-road on outskirts of Cortina. Perfect for 2 people though more could squeeze in with sofa bed. Picnic table surrounded by wild flower meadow with stunning 360 degree view of Dolomites. Very helpful and friendly manager (Giovanni). Bathroom and cooking facilities excellent - latter especially important as in early June few eating places had opened for the summer season. Did 2 great hikes direct from the apartment, others just a short drive to well-organised car parks and trails. Gentians and Ladies' Slipper orchids were blooming!

amazing stay with great hospitality and welcome!

We want to say to Govanni that the stay was amazing for the hospitality and the warm welcome. He was very friendly, always willing to help and explain anything. We are also very happy with the apartament: not too big but for 2 people it was perfect and cosy.It is in a very beautiful place near a little town (7 minutes by bus) and with mountins all around. We really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend Cortina and this apartment.

Clean, cozy and well equipped flat

We had a great time in Giovanni's flat, it was clean, cozy and well equipped. We were 2 persons who stayed for 4 nights, while exploring the ski area of the amazing Dolomites. Giovanni was so helpful and welcoming, and made our stay very pleasant. The flat is situated up in the hills, about 20 min walk to the center of Cortina, which is also a really nice town. Would recommend it to anyone.

Amazing Stay

The stay was amazing for the hospitality and the warm welcome. He was very friendly, willing to help and explain anything. We were also very happy with the apartament: not too big but for 2 persons it was perfect and cosy. It is in a very beautiful place near a little hamlet, 7 minutes by bus to the city center and with mountins all around. We really enjoyed it and would definitely reccomend to stay in this apartment in Cortina.

Easy communication and wonderful hospitality!

Giovanni was the best host we've had. From the very beginning, he was easy to communicate to and eager to give us recommendations around Cortina. When we arrived, he met us at the bus stop and drove us to the apartment. After a tour of the place, he pointed to a map on the kitchen table various hikes that he recommended, and even inquired about rental cars for us during our stay. We ended up hiking Lagazuoi with Giovanni, and had a wonderful day exploring the WWI tunnels and "offroading" from some of the trails. He is a cheery individual and awesome company! The apartment itself is about a 20 min walk uphill from town, which for us was fine. We loved picking up basic groceries from La Coopertiva and using Giovanni's well-stocked kitchen to whip up an easy dinner. Overall, we had a great stay, made even better by Giovanni's wonderful hospitality. We'll be back another year for the winter season!

Quiet and compact. Helpful and attentive host.

We had a great time using the apartment as a base for Cortina and the surrounding valleys. It's compact but gives you all you need. Quiet area with a couple of well recommended restaurants within 5 minutes walk and Cortina itself 15 minutes further on. Giovanni was very helpful and attentive and we wouldn't hesitate to return.

Abbiamo pernottato in questa suite per una settimana ed è stata un' ottima scelta: molto accogliente, pulita, dotata di tutti i confort, con vista straordinaria, a due passi dal centro di Cortina, in un luogo molto rilassante e appartato. Proprietario molto gentile e alla mano, disponibile per qualunque richiesta riguardante informazioni su Cortina o altri luoghi da raggiungere. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Consigliato.

Appartamento ben strutturato con accessori di gusto e di ottimo livello. Pulizia massima e massimo confort; arredamento caratteristico e funzionale; biancheria di buon livello. Ottima la posizione nella frazione di Alverà con vista su Faloria e Pomagagnon. Deliziosa la piccola terrazza ottima per la colazione. Accoglienza del proprietario improntata alla massima cortesia e familiarità.

super clean apt & sun all day long on the balcony!

We had a very pleasant visit to Cortina and Giovanni's apartment was super clean, nice and very well equipped.Very comfortable bed, good shower, hairdryer and a very nice little kitchenette - and sun all day long on the balcony! Giovanni was very helpful, easy to reach, punctual and still flexible host. Definetily gonna call Giovanni if/when visiting Cortina again!

Good location, welcoming & helpful owner!

Giovanni was very welcoming. He not only waited for us till very late (took a while to drive there) but also helped us to find the last opened restaurant in the city. He was always very helpful. the suite is at 2 minutes driving distance from the center but the location is good. The Suite is really nice, exactly as described (even better). I absolutely recommend staying in Cortina under Giovanni's roof.

Romantic and charming lodge!

Our stay in Giovanni's lodge was delightful! Giovanni was helpful, understanding, and immensely gracious. The location was ideal for our excursions throughout the Dolomites. The suite was romantic and charming, with all the necessities provided. Perfect for a couple! We would absolutely stay here again, without a second thought!
