Wake up to magnificent sunrises over the Gulf of Mexico as you sip your morning coffee sitting on the balcony. Spend a day of fun in the sun, swimming in the pool, the ocean, or just relaxing on the beach. Golf is only minutes away at many excellent courses and if fishing is your pleasure, piers and charter boats are close by.

You’ll enjoy the amenities at this top of the line complex that features in and outdoor pools and hot tub. All units have unobstructed views of the Beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Majestic Sun is just a short walk to Whales Tail beachside Bar and Grill. Also enjoy the water activates offered on the beach (only during season). The Destin area is filled with so many things to do! After your busy day, return to watch the sunset over the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

All one level - diamond floor plan 2 bedroom majestic sun unit! King master suite with gulf view balcony and full bath attached. Guest bedroom with double/twin bunk + twin bed and a full bathroom located on the north end of the unit. Full kitchen, full dining area and a full family room with gulf views and a gulf view balcony. All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Master Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo and Balcony Access, Bunk Room with Full/Twin Bunk and Twin Bed + Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

*Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

We love the Majestic Sun, and Ocean Reef is a great property manager. Everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. And the location cannot be beat - right across the street from the beach! Gorgeous views from the unit. Definitely will return!

Great location

Overall condo was good, only issues was floor was dirty and indoor pool was dirty. Beach was right across the street. Would stay again.

Summer vacation

The location is great! It’s a quick walk to the beach. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. The carpet is old and dirty and needs to be replaced. The unit could use some upgrades. Overall it’s a good place to stay.

Very convenient to beach!

This probably was really nice! It was very spacious and clean. The views to the beach were perfect. My children and I enjoyed the pool. I like that there were an indoor and outside pool. I would definitely return for another stay!

Excellent 3 night stay at the beach

Wonderful! Great view of the beach and ocean. Lower outdoor pool not heated, but the indoor/outdoor pool was heated and perfect. 2 hot tubs were relaxing. Easy access to the beach. Well stocked kitchen. Early morning walks on the beach, afternoons playing paddleball by the ocean. Wish our time had allowed us to stay longer! Thank you.

Impressive condo!

We had a wonderful stay at 602B. We felt safe and the condo was in immaculate shape. The only suggestion I would offer would to be to install a larger hot water tank. Neither my husband nor I take long showers, but the hot water ran out quickly! We will definitely inquire for vacancy the next time we’re in town.

Needs some TLC

My family stayed in the condo for one night, several things were not working properly, the toilet wasn’t flushing properly, when I arrived there were complimentary soap bottles in the toilet I had to fish out, and the toilet still didn’t flush correctly. The light in the master bedroom didn’t work, and the toilet paper holder in the master bathroom was about to fall off. I will not be staying again at the same place.

Amazing Time

The stay was wonderful! The amenities were just as described and our unit was spotless. The kitchen was full of all utensils and pots and pans that we needed. And the view! Amazing! My only complaint, and this is why I still have 5 stars because it’s not their fault, was that the people who came middle of the week were either high school or college kids and at 1230 AM starting yelling, partying and everything else. Of course, resort security was gone by then too. It lasted almost two hours until I heard three loud knocks so I’m assuming others were annoyed by their behavior as well. The next night it did not happen. Overall, it was a great experience, the communication was wonderful and I would most definitely stay here again!

This place was great for our family of 6!

We enjoyed this property. The beach view from the room was fabulous! We loved having the option of swimming indoors during a cold snap in March. As others have commented the second bedroom is pretty small, but it worked fine for our 4 children well. The only issue we had was all four kids not being able to see the tv from all beds in the bedroom.

2nd Bedroom is tiny!

This unit is beautifully decorated in the master bedroom and the living area. The balcony furniture was great. However, the pictures of the second bedroom in the listing are a bit deceptive. There is a twin bed (with a trundle that is unusable) and a full/twin bunk bed combo. We thought this would be great for two adult sisters and one child. The room looked spacious in the pictures. There is 10.5 INCHES between the beds. We are all bruised from just getting in and out of the bed area to sleep. There was no extra room whatsoever for anything other than the beds. A trundle under the full/twin bunk bed would have been sufficient if more bedding was required. Additionally, while the mounted TV in the den looked nice, there was no external HDMI port and the TV was not a smart TV. Since several TV services are internet based, people travel with a way to stream them. However, this was impossible in this unit in the living room.

very beautiful property. we really enjoy to stay at your property. one minor thing is that the drainage of master bathroom's tub is slow. it is easy to correct. Look forward to stay at your condo again.

Dirty upon arrival

We requested early check in but due to covid and extra cleaning they were not allowing early check in. We got into the unit and we did not see any extra cleaning measure, in fact it appeared that no cleaning was done at all. There was thick layers of dust on everything, vent fan in both bathrooms were practically clogged, baseboards and door frames were covered in thick dust. The hot water heater wasn’t large enough to keep hot water for 3 showers in a row. The dryer broke while we were there. The dishwasher struggled to start multiple times. Overall disappointed with the unit and the property management company.

Perfect 4 Day Vacay

The check in process was extremely easy! The condo itself was just as the pictures, beautifully decorated. Loved the Master Bedroom, & waking up to the gorgeous view of the ocean 🌊 The master bed, was so comfortable, gave an exceptional nights sleep đŸ’€ (I meant to look at what type of mattress it was, as I’m needing a new one myself. Can anyone forward the type of mattress?) The 2nd bedroom provided perfect sleeping arrangements for my 4 teenagers. I highly recommend this Condo! Hoping to visit & vacay there again, next year! Thank You for making a much needed getaway for this Nurse, & her kids, extremely amazing 😉
