Deux chambres à coucher 1. 5 salles de bain maison de ville située dans une belle communauté fermée. Entièrement rénové, tous les nouveaux appareils, comptoirs en granit, aucune dépense épargnée. L'emplacement est la cour la plus proche de la plage, à seulement 400 pas de la belle plage. Barbecue à gaz, chaises de plage, serviettes et toutes les commodités à condition que tout ce que vous devez apporter soit un écran solaire. À seulement 45 minutes d'Orlando et à 10 minutes en voiture du port de Canaveral.

Excellent place to stay

Was a very good place to stay. Great access to the beach with very few people at the beach location. Easy access to numerous things to do. Host and property manager were both very nice, and provided me with help if needed on anything.

We enjoyed our trip to Cocoa Beach and loved our quiet accommodations. There was a short walk to the beach (never having to cross a road) from our condo and the beach was never crowded. I even saw two rocket launches from the deck of the condo. The condo was just as advertised and we would return again!!!

Family getaway

My family (husband, me, and two young kids) stayed here while my son participated in a baseball tournament. We loved it and was exactly the right amount of space for a family of 4. The property felt like a home and the community seemed very safe. The property was gated and had beautiful, mature trees growing around. The best were the wild peacocks! Our favorite though was the short walk to the beach on a beautiful, wooded trail. The beach was quiet and we mostly had the place to ourselves. We enjoyed seeing the cruises coming and going. Though we didn't make it up for the night, we heard and saw the tail end of a shuttle launch. We really enjoyed our stay! Check in and check out were easy.

All You Need

The property was exactly what we were looking for. The accommodations, cost, location and amenities made it a great place to stay. A quick walk to a quiet beach and the pools were an added bonus.

Tranquil Stay at Ocean Woods

Overall we had an amazing 7 days at this property. Communication from the property manager was great from the start, giving us detailed directions on how to access the unit, with videos and texts. They helped so much because it was sort of confusing for us. The door is hidden behind lush greenery. She even informed us of launches at beach! The entire unit had everything we needed to start off our vacation and it was super clean. The only downside of our trip was that the gate to get to the beach (400 steps away) was broken the entire time. The first day my son had to hop over the fence bc we couldn’t get back in and were not aware of the other entryway that was on the other side of the street. Thankfully some neighbors guided us out second time around. The pools were clean and large. We really can’t wait to come back to stay!

Nice condo in a nice area.

The property was very nice. The layout was good and it had all the conveniences. The peacocks were a bonus. My friend and I enjoyed the beach and the pool.

Lovely stay in April

We so enjoyed the Cape and the condo. Beach, 2 pools, tennis, walks, golf, shopping nearby. The weather was perfect. The condo was just what we needed. We treated it like our own.

Great Communication

We stayed with our toddler and infant. The area and house worked out great for us. It was super easy getting to the beach and pool. Also having the fenced in patio was nice for the kids. The host was did a great job communicating during hurricane Milton. She kept us up to date on the property and made sure everything was all set for us before we came down.

Beautiful & Peaceful

This was the perfect place for our family of 4. Everything was as described and it had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time at the beach and often had the pool to ourselves. We loved the peacocks! Highly recommend!

The Tropical Paradise

Both my husband and I agreed this was an amazing property. It was beautiful and peaceful. Totally equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. Loved the peacocks, hearing the waves at night and all of the places to eat and have fun.

Well stocked with everything you need. Short walk to ocean and pools. Would have been nice to been offered the condo for next year but already rented before we even arrived. We old stay again if given the opportunity

Fantastic condo near beach

We stayed here for 10 days while in Florida for a baseball tournament. Had a couple of minor issues on arrival but all was taken care of very quickly and in no way affected our trip. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 3. It was in a great location. There was a nice path to the beach. Close to grocery stores and restaurants! Unfortunately, we didn’t get to see any rocket launches but we did see multiple ships come and go from port, even the Utopia’s maiden voyage. We also loved seeing all the peacocks. The owner and property manager were great. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Cocoa Beach!

Spring Break Vacation

Loved the layout of the townhome and the way it was nestled into the natural landscape. As a result, we were able to see many lizards, peacocks, millipedes, and even a turtle, all on location! Easy access to beach allowed us to watch the Pre-dawn SpaceX launch of Crew 2 with magnificent views (despite the launch being 22mi north at launchpad 39a). Best vacation to-date. We’ll be back.🌴

Fantastic vacation :)

Property was exactly as advertised! Perfect size for the 4 of us :). The condo comes with everything you need to just sit back and relax. Check in was a breeze. 400 steps to the cleanest beaches in Florida :) :). We got to see a rocket launch from the beach, which was cool!! Celine is wonderful and made sure all our questions and needs were met. This was our fourth stay in this wonderful community! We will definitely be back.

Quiet and Relaxing!

This is the second year we stayed here in this unit. My biggest complaint is that it has already been rented out for next year and we will have to find another place. I love the pool, we made daily visits there. I'm not an ocean person as far as getting in the water but I saw plenty of sunrises, ships leaving port, and walked up and down the beach to collect shells. The neighbors were so nice, we visited with them often. Highly recommend this property.

Great Little Condo Close to Beach

This condo/townhome was a treat for me, my husband, our son, and our daughter when she visited on the weekends. The condo is a little small for four adults, as our son is 20 and our daughter is 18, but we were able to take lovely long walks on the beach to the Cocoa Beach Pier south, and shorter walks to channel pier to the north. In fact, we were able to see a Navy submarine being pulled through the channel by tugboats, which was fun. We tried watching a SpaceX rocket launch from the beach, but unfortunately it was scrubbed and rescheduled.

Florida in May

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. We were here last year so we knew the area and layout. The condo was fine for us. If you have children it might be a little crowded since there’s only one bathroom. It’s a short walk to the beach. I think the 400 feet claim is accurate. The seaweed wasn’t as bad as we thought it would be. Port Canaveral is about a 20-30 minute walk up the beach. We spent several days at the pool. The water was perfect temperature and it wasn’t too crowded. I would recommend 400 Steps to the Beach for a married couple.

Amazing vacation!!!

We LOVED this property! It was the perfect size for our family of four. It was clean and looked exactly as pictured. The beds were comfy, water pressure was good for showers and the full kitchen/bbq made cooking meals in the unit easy. Celine was easy to work with and get a hold of with questions. Overall the rental is in a quiet community. It is a very short walk to the beach which is fantastic. We saw several peacocks, lizards, dolphins and more. We've been to several parts of FL and we really loved the beach and ocean in Cape Canaveral. I was amazed at how far you could walk out. My kids enjoyed playing in the surf and the beach was clean. We even got to see a rocket launch while we were there. This place is on our list of places to go back to!!!

Beach and Peacocks

Small condo, good location, nice trail to the beach, good view of cruise ships, witnessed a launch from Cape Kennedy. Might be a little crowded with kids but fine for us. We had some trouble getting in but Celine was helpful. The lock at the patio gate was hard to navigate but keep jiggling it finally would open. WD 40 might be all it needs. Tub and shower could use a new shower curtain. We enjoyed the property and had a great time. The peacocks were interesting. Never been around peacocks before. Celine was easily accessible by phone and Jane was there if we needed her. I would enjoy coming back again.
