South Shores Lake Powell Retreat Home est une maison très propre avec une vue sur le lever du soleil oriental, avec beaucoup de place à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur et pouvant accueillir confortablement 6 personnes. Si vous avez vos propres sacs de couchage, 2 invités supplémentaires sont invités au coût de 25 $ chacun. Très confortable, spacieux et épuré avec une grande cuisine, laveuse et sécheuse, fer et planche. La maison est très propre et aucun animal n'a été autorisé. Le pont de la porte d'entrée est idéal pour le lever du soleil tôt le matin et une tasse de café. Sur la terrasse du patio avant se trouve un barbecue à gaz et une table de patio en verre et 4 chaises. Beaucoup de stationnement pour 4 véhicules à l'avant et bateau et remorque ou jet-skis sur le côté de la maison. Éclairage extérieur du détecteur de mouvement, veuillez être gentil, respectueux et attentif aux voisins. Nous sommes à 11 minutes du lac Powell, à 10 minutes de Antelope Canyon, à 10 minutes de Horseshoe Bend et à 5 minutes de Glen Canyon Damn.

Minutes to everything

The thing we loved the most was that it was close to everything in Page: the grogery store, antelope canyon, horseshoe bend, lake powell, the dam, food...everything. We also loved the living room/kitchen area as a hang out spot. We appreciated the laundry option, too!

A Five Star Cozy Experience

The place was nice and cozy, tucked in near many attractions, including Lower Antelope Canyon. The inside was really clean and included many helpful signs. For example, it told us when to take out the garbage. Overall, the stay was really nice and we enjoyed it a lot.

A piece of heaven in Page

Ted and Theresa are wonderful host. Check In process was easy. The house was very comfortable and so convenient to all the major attractions near by. Ted was kind to give multiple recommendations to all the nearby sights. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful 4 night stay in Page

We had a great stay in Page. As soon as we booked, Ted & Theresa sent a whole page of tourist suggestions. We used several of them. Their communication was very quick, and accurate. Their VRBO was spacious, clean, updated, very welcoming. We would stay there again.

Wonderful rental in great little town

We had an excellent experience renting from Ted and Theresa. The property was exactly as advertised, and close to everything we needed. They also provided wonderful advice on things to do and see in and around Page. They are also kind enough to keep toiletries supplied, which was very much appreciated.

Perfect for our family

We had a great stay in Page and Ted and Theresa's home was perfect for us. Plenty of space to spread out after our hiking adventures in the area. Ted was very helpful with lots of recommendations for restaurants and had some great input on local hikes, boat rides and scenic viewing. Check in was a breeze and communication was quick and informative.

Clean Comfortable & Convenient

My family of 6 enjoyed our stay here from Christmas 2021to New Years 2022. The owners T&T made everything super convenient for us from the cleanliness of their home, to the fully equipped kitchen, and all of the tourist recommendations. This home is complete with everything and centrally located to all the canyons or national parks. We definitely highly recommend this host & their beautiful home.

Great base in Page

We spent the majority of our time in Page out exploring, but it was great to have a clean, comfortable and convenient location to come home to in the evenings. Everything was as described and it was a great space for the family to spread out vs being couped up in a hotel. We had a HVAC problem when we first arrived and Ted was extremely responsive and had the problem fixed immediately (on a Saturday!!). I hesitate to even bring it up but just wanted to point out the fact that the hosts were on it immediately and fixed the issue permanently. Their responsiveness as well as the space solidified my confidence in giving this recommendation. I would definitely stay again and recommend this spot to anyone staying in Page.

Maison très bien équipée avec tous le confort linge de maison, équipement ménager, barbecue ... Emplacement centrale. La proximité de l'aéroport n'est pas un problème il n'y a que que très peu de vol en journée. Emplacement de parking. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Excellent sejour

La maison est très agréable avec trois chambres deux salles de bain, le tout spacieux, sympa et excellemment équipé avec draps serviettes torchons...Terrasses et BBQ complètent l ensemble. La communication avec Teresa et Ted a toujours été parfaite. À notre arrivée il manquait les serviettes de bain. On l a signalé et Teresa est immédiatement venue nous les apporter. Autre point fort : la procédure d entrée ultra facile et ultra pratique sans clef mais avec un code. Et puis la situation est idéale pour visiter les merveilles autour de Page. Ne manquez pas Antelope Canyon (à dix minutes) , le lake Powell (à quinze minutes) où il est tellement génial de se baigner et de louer un bateau. N hésitez pas à louer ici!

No much I didn’t like, about this place. Not counting, the smoke from the Grand Canyon fires. The property was excellent. Being near the airport was not an issue. I barely heard the planes, only the bigger planes used to drop water at the North Rim fires, but that wasn’t a frequent problem. The property was very clean, comfortable and accommodating. It was stocked well with dishes, cooking stuff and most importantly, a coffee machine . I will definitely remember this place, when I plan another vacation, in this area.

Me and my husband Ted have lived in the Page-Lake Powell Arizona area for 50+ years and know the area well. We launch our boat almost every we chance we get and know Lake Powell because it's literally in our back yard . We enjoy meeting new people and I like to host. We have 3 children and have 5 grand children and not a better place in the world to raise them near Lake Powell. We are looking forward to you staying in our retreat. We know the area well , North and South Rims of the Grand Canyon , Zion , Bryce Canyon , Horseshoe Bend , Lees Ferry and Lake Powell. There are a lot of Day hikes in the area, Paddle boarding , Boat tours and Jet ski rentals. We can tell you where to go and who to talk to.

This Property is super clean inside and is well taken care of outside and well maintained. We believe you'll enjoy your stay. It's cozy, homely and we care about you being comfortable.

Parking !! We have plenty of Parking on the property so you feel comfortable that your cars ,trucks boats and skis are within a birds eye view. We know we can't make everyone happy but we do our absolute best to insure that we provide the best of our ability to deliver a great vacation rental product.
