Ferme Tal-Hamramann

La ferme de Tal-Hamramann est un bâtiment de 100 ans. La maison est construite avec des murs épais qui gardent l'air frais en été et la chaleur en hiver. Les sols sont composés de carreaux qui sont fabriqués à la main et forment des motifs complexes multicolores. Les murs de débris et un ensemble d'arcs comportent le couloir principal. La ferme de Tal-Hamramann a été rénovée en conservant ces caractéristiques.

Le plan de la ferme se compose de 2 étages. Le couloir principal mène au salon et à la cuisine. De là, la piscine, la piscine, le barbecue et le jardin sont accessibles. Un escalier interne mène au premier étage. Une chambre est au rez-de-chaussée avec les chambres restantes à l'étage disposant d'une terrasse avec vue imprenable sur la mer. Au rez-de-chaussée, il y a une salle de bains et deux autres salles de bains sont au premier étage, l'une ayant le luxe d'un jacuzzi.

Very nice old farmhouse with lot of space and tasteful furnishings and decor. Just the kitchen tools may need some uplift. Aaron is a perfect and always helpful host. It was our first stay at Gozo, and we loved it.

Lovely villa and location

Minor decorative update to the shower next to main bedroom probably due but nothing to spoil our stay. Aaron is a great host and was very helpful throughout our stay.

Gozo farmhouse

The property was beautiful but unfortunately couldn't enjoy it as much as we would have liked due to the unexpected onset of an illness leading to an early departure. Aaron was a great host and very communicative/helpful. Definitely worth a visit.

Beautiful authentic Gozo farmhouse

Our family enjoyed our stay however, because it was during some of the coldest months, the house needed to be heated at an additional cost. Otherwise, our host was wonderful, friendly, accommodating, and receptive to any requests - even during the holidays. Beautiful authentic architecture and detail throughout the house.

What an extraordinary property and host

This property is beautifully crafted, decorated and cared for. Both indoors and outdoors it is delightful and unique. It is truly a sanctuary - beautiful, quiet, private. The property is nicely located where all parts of the island are really accessible. We loved Gozo and Valetta and will go back and hope to stay at this property again! Aaron is fantastic and made many details easy for us and that is truly appreciated. Thank you for helping us have a smooth trip! I miss the beautiful farmhouse and pool already!

Such a beautiful house

Aaron was so helpful from initial booking and throughout our stay- assisting us with airport transfers and car hire, local knowledge etc. The farmhouse is beautiful and comfortable Such a bonus to have a pool too- though quite chilly dips in April! Small but incredibly well stocked shop 1 minute walk away and lovely square with cafes/restaurants 10 minutes walk away (though fairly uphill so not ideal if mobility issues but fairly easy parking around square). Would highly recommend staying here and visiting Gozo.

Long stay in Tal-Hamramman

Four friends stayed in this farmhouse for just over 3 weeks in March 2024. The house is amazing, with all amenities that you would need for a holiday. A well stocked supermarket is only around the corner. I would definitely recommend hiring a car ( smallest one possible) , makes getting around much easier than waiting for the bus. Aaron was so helpful and friendly, he couldn't do enough for us and was at the end of the phone if we needed any help or advice.

A beautiful and authentic villa

Just look at the photos on the website and insert yourself with a glass of wine reclining by the pool. It really is that good. Aaron is a perfect host. Organised a car for us delivered to the farmhouse. We appreciated his advice about the village including some fireworks just down the road. There were just two of us but the house would be great for a bunch of friends or family group. Can’t recommend highly enough.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully spacious and well-equipped farmhouse, which truly felt like a home away from home. The host, Aaron, was exceptionally helpful and accommodating—both before our arrival and throughout our stay—making everything run smoothly. The location was ideal, with a well-stocked mini supermarket just a short 300-metre walk away, offering fresh bread, dairy, meat, produce, and everyday essentials seven days a week. The town centre, with a great mix of restaurants, cafes, and bars, was just a pleasant 10-minute walk from the property.Gozo itself is a wonderful destination, rich in culture, history, and natural beauty. Highlights included: Trip to Comino (blue and crystal lagoons), Citadel at Victoria, Ramla Bay (10 mins away), Xlendi, Ta' Pinu, swimming at Wied il-Ghasri and the Ggantija Temples (5 mins away)We highly recommend hiring a car for a few days to explore the island—nothing is more than a 30-minute drive away! That said, the island is also well-connected by reliable buses and taxis if you prefer not to drive. Overall, this farmhouse was the perfect base for a relaxing and memorable holiday, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend it to others.

Fantastic!

Previous reviewers are spot on, the photos don't do it justice. The farmhouse was stunning and huge. The pool and garden were bigger and more secluded than we expected, and the massive, sturdy sun umbrellas meant we could always find shade if we needed. Staying in Xaghra was perfect, lots of little trips out in walking distance including all the restaurants in the village square. It was a pleasure to meet Aaron, who could not have been more helpful. The transfers and local car hire he sorted for us all ran like clockwork, and the ferry was really easy even in the dark, so don't let that put you off staying in Gozo. We absolutely loved our stay, and we're already talking about going back.

The pool was perfect to cool off on hot August days. Ramla Beach was close as were good restaurants. Car rental and transfers arranged by the host who followed up quickly on our requests before and during our two week stay. Cleaning done after one week with towel and sheets refresh. One large main floor bedroom provided separation for the generations. Information tip book on site for frequently asked questions. Corner store for supplies near. We had garage parking on site. Perfect Mediterranean Expereince

I cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was at this property! We were a party of 6 adults and had plenty of room. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the patio, in fact most of our hours at the home were spent outside either in the pool or by the pool. The house is gorgeous and immaculately maintained. It was even more beautiful than the pictures show. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and great appreciated Aaron meeting us even though we arrived hours later than originally expected. We would definitely stay here again should we return to Malta!

Loved Tal-Hamramann Farmhouse!

Aaron was a wonderful host - excellent comunications, very friendly and had even filled the fridge with some groceries for us on arrival! The farmhouse was just as described and was stunning - original floors, archways, fabulous staircase and sympathetically furnished. We went to the Historic House Museum in the Citadella in Victoria and marvelled at how much the farmhouse looked like the museum - in a good way! The modern additions such as the pool area were equally as good. I would have no hesitation in recommending a stay at Tal-Hamramann Farmhouse.

Wonderful vacation house

The house is fantastic! The pictures don’t do it justice. The old charm of this place make it well worth it. Everything was clean and all ready. Aaron arranged a car from Mgarr harbor and even had some starter supplies for us. Whenever we had questions or something needed attention, he was on it right away. Would definitely recommend to all and would stay here again without a doubt.

Perfektes Stadthaus mit viel Platz und Pool

Es ist ein großes modernisiertes traditionelles gozitanes Farmhaus aus Kalkstein mit viel Platz für Familien. Neben den großzügigen Räumlichkeiten besticht das Haus durch einen Garten mit Pool und Grillbereich. Die Küche war bis auf den fehlenden Geschirrspüler, was für uns leicht zu verschmerzen war, perfekt ausgestattet. Eine überdeckte Garage, in der wir mit unserem 9-Sizter-Van bequem parken konnten, findet ebenfalls noch im Gebäude Platz.

This is a lovely property with everything you need for a peaceful, relaxing holiday. The property manager, Aaron, is outstandingly helpful and responsive. He organised our pickup from the airport - everything worked perfectly. When we got to the property late in the evening we found he had left bread, cheese, meat etc so we could have a most welcome supper. Highly recommended property and host.

Fantastic property, great stay

Just returned back from 10 days in Gozo. We were greeted personally by Aaron the owner when we arrived and he went through everything we needed to know about the area and the property. The property itself is fantastic, plenty of room and with pool and small garden was excellent. its a 10 minute walk into the main square of the town where you will find nice restaurants. The beach is only a 5 minute drive away, and the main capital is only a 10 minute drive away. The location of the property is great to get anywhere on the island. I would certainly recommend the property to anyone.

Great holiday

We had a lovely holiday!We had a great stay. Cycled alot. Saw all the bays around gozo. And almost every little town and church. We tried all the restaurants in Il xagra. We had a wonderfull time in a marvellous house!!! Beautifully decorated and really well done with electricity, lights etc. Lovely swimmingpool. Even in april we jumped in for a quick refreshment. We enjoyed Gozo very much. People are very friendly.

We really enjoyed our holiday at the Ta Happin....

We spent some considerable time looking for a suitable holiday venue on the island of Gozo. We finally settled on the Ta Happin farmhouse in Xaghra and we were not disappointed. Making the booking was so easy and Aaron could not have been any more helpful. The Ta Happin farmhouse is situated just off the centre of Xaghra within easy walking distance to the main square with its wide selection of really good bars and restaurants. The farmhouse is well appointed and spacious with lots of character and we really enjoyed the location being in the village, within the sound of the church bells and away from the masses of tourists. We would certainly consider returning to Ta Happin and highly recommend this location to anyone wishing to visit the island of Gozo.

absoluter Traumurlaub

Wir haben als Wandergruppe einen absoluten Traumurlaub im Tilmun Farmhouse verbracht. Wer Ruhe und Erholung abseits der Massen sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Ein altes traditionelles Bauernhaus mit eigenem Swimmingpool und einem weitläufigen Wohnzimmer in geschmackvollem mediterranem Dekor, das uns oft zu vielen gemeinsamen abendlichen Stunden auf die Terrasse eingeladen hatte. Der Empfang von Aaron war absolut herzlich und wann immer wir eine Frage hatten, stand uns Aaron mit Rat und Tat zu Seite. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und können einen Aufenthalt nur rundum empfehlen.

The Farm House was lovely very clean , the pool was fantastic .. and Aaron is a great guy and really helpful .. I can HIGHLY recommend a stay here .. we're going back next year !
