Our family thoroughly enjoyed Diane's warm hospitality, spacious house, gorgeous fenced back yard, quiet neighborhood, walking to Pearl Street and quick drive to hiking, etc.
The house is charming and very clean. I would recommend they get more towels for the amount of people it sleeps. One beds sheets had a large hole in it under the pillow which one guest found troublesome at night. But the entire place was perfect for our needs. The kids room and yard were nice spots for our preschoolers. The location was also great
My girlfriends and I had a lovely weekend in Boulder staying in this comfy and homey bungalow. The open kitchen and living/dining room make it ideal for a group of friends or family to stay in. Everything we needed was there including basics to cook like salt and pepper etc as well as laundry detergent and shampoo. It felt like staying in a real home rather than just a rental. Weâll definitely go back! Also, the owner was really nice to communicate with which just made it all the much better!
This home was lovely. It had lots of little extras. There were two masters and two other spaces with three beds for more guests. It was nicely appointed and had good parking. It was close to the end of Pearl Street and the campus. Would stay again
Elegantly appointed home in a fabulous neighborhood. Spacious kitchen and MBRâs. Close to dining, hiking trails and exploring the area. Will definitely stay here again.
We had such a great time in Boulder and this house was perfect for us. The location was great and the house had everything we needed. The host was so helpful and responsive. We hope to get back soon! Thank you for an enjoyable and memorable week!
Our family of four visited Boulder for the first time so we could take a campus tour of CU with our junior. The house is just as advertised and was perfect for us. We were able to walk to Pearl Street easily and very close to campus for our visit there. The house is less than ten minutes from hikes and walks and we also drove to Eldora which was a short drive. We would rent the house again and if our son does end up at CU we will stay here for our weekend visits.
This is such a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Boulder! My husband and I stayed with our daughter, son-in-law and our grandchildren, 3 and 1 years. The owners have toys, and baby equipment available and are so generous providing staples as well. The kitchen is very well equipped and the entire house is charming and attractive. We enjoyed being able to walk to Pearl Street as well as local playgrounds. Plenty of activity even during a snow storm. Diane is an excellent host and communicator!
We spent a week at the Bluff Hideaway and can enthusiastically recommend this rental to you. We are a family of four who were in town for our daughter's wedding. We also had a couple of the bridesmaids stay over with us one night, and we still all felt quite comfortable and never crowded. We never ran short of hot water and with three bathrooms, it was perfect for our needs.
The house is decorated so beautifully and the floor plan is very functional. The master bedroom is stunning with lots of storage, the washer and dryer, and a luxurious attached bath. Diane provides nice touches like soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion as well as a little jar with q-tips and cotton. They were very much appreciated.
We all enjoyed that awesome kitchen which opens out to an amazing backyard with a stone patio. It was perfect for the small tea party we held for the bridesmaids. The kitchen windows face south and flood the house with light. On the north side is a sitting room overlooking the shady front garden. Attached to the sitting room is a room that is used as a playroom/nursery for children.
Upstairs is another master bedroom with bath, and a dormer area with twin beds. A separate dormer separated by a curtain has a twin bed.
The house is located in the historic Whittier neighborhood so there are lots of trees and beautiful homes that have been lovingly restored. We saw a family of deer up on the street two blocks north by 19th and Alpine.
A block south is a school and park with a play area for children.
This is an amazing place and a perfect spot to call home for any family visiting Boulder.
Many thanks for the hospitality!
This home was perfect for my family. A main level suite for my older parents and an upstairs great for kids. It's a lovely property with a fully functional kitchen with everything you could need, a peaceful private yard space and laundry. A great location in a quiet neighborhood yet walkable to Pearl Street and other Boulder attractions. We would definitely stay here again!
We loved the property. The experience overall was excellent. We asked to stay a couple of hours longer and Diane was able to fulfill our request. We enjoyed our time in Colorado
Great location. Convenient to Pearl St. Mall, restaurants, theater, etc. The house was clean, and very comfortable for all of us. We appreciated being able to have a dog there for part of our stay. Parking was very convenient as well.
As much as I would like to save this spot for myself, I will say how wonderful it is. Such a cute spot, perfect location and great host! The back yard was key for us and our family just to hang out. We walked to Pearl Street and to the CU football game easily. Can't wait to go back and stay again!!!
If I could give this property and Diane ten stars I would! We were moving our daughter to CU Boulder for her freshmen year. There was not one thing we were in need of the whole time (even a hand saw to build something for her dorm)! The attention to detail and cleanliness of the property was the best I have ever encountered. The proximity to campus, restaurants and shopping on Pearl street was another plus. My daughter sprained her ankle the day before I was set to leave and the owners worked with me to extend my stay which made a difficult situation so much easier! We will be back for years to come! Highly Recommend!
We loved our stay! This was the perfect location and size -actually too big with all of the beds for just my husband and I to move our daughter into her housing to attend CU. The house was thoughtfully decorated and the bathrooms had lots of amenities such as q-tips, shampoo, body wash and the kitchen had plenty of pantry items, spices and condiments in the fridge.
The neighborhood is quiet and quaint as people walked by for an afternoon/evening stroll with/without their dogs. The front porch was a welcome retreat on several days when a random rainstorm swept through. We felt very safe and loved the large grassy backyard.
Diane, the owner, was quick to answer questions and even offered us a late check out if needed (we didn't).
We wish we could have spent more time there than my daughter's apartment rental on our trip but there's always a next time!
I highly recommend this property.
Really enjoyed our stay here and the property owner was excellent with her communication and responsiveness. The home is very nice and the location is perfect. We would book this home again without a doubt.
The house was incredibly clean and we loved having the outdoor space with a huge umbrella for the sun. Very close to getting to the shopping and restaurants on Pearl Street. Worked perfectly for us!
Our son was getting married in Lyons, CO. We stayed in Boulder near the downtown area. It was a convenient and quiet location. Our host was very attentive and helpful in every way. The charming house had everything possible we could need. Our backyard was lovely and enclosed ,a charming space for morning coffee and an evening glass of wine. The house was very âkid friendlyâ with the fenced backyard, toy room and equipment. Delightful and relaxing vacation.
We are life-long Mid Westerners. With the arrival of our grandchildren, we have adopted Boulder as our new home. We hope you fall in love with this city just as we have.
Boulder is such a unique town. We love the location of this home. It is on a quiet street and still has easy, walkable access to the shopping, world class dining, farmers market, coffee houses, entertainment, and everything Boulder has to offer.
This is a 100 year old Victorian home fully renovated with all the modern amenities. The open floor plan leads into a sunny vaulted ceiling kitchen. The private and delightful back yard and patio makes a great space for casual entertaining. There are two master bedrooms with king beds and renovated, ensuite bathrooms.
