Cet appartement au 1er étage 1 chambres est situé dans une position fabuleuse donnant sur la rue de la République, la principale rue piétonne de la vieille ville. En soirée, jouissent d'une pré vin de dßner avec des amuse-gueules locaux tout en regardant le monde passer depuis le balcon, ce est mieux que la télé! Et essayer de résister les goodies de la "Boulangerie" juste en face pour le petit déjeuner. Ce est une minute à pied de deux supermarchés locaux et un couple de minutes pour le Marché provençal.

Perfect Antibes apartment

We stayed at this apartment for 10 days and found it to be one of the best places we’ve stayed at in our many visits to France - it was well located, well furnished, bright and clean - everything worked and made for an easy relaxed stay in beautiful Antibes - the check in process and assistance provided by the property manager was excellent - we highly recommend this great apartment and will definitely stay here again when we go back to Antibes in the future - thanks Michelle

Perfect spot!

I just arrived back from a week in Antibes with my husband and our 6 month old daughter. The apartment was a perfect spot for spending time in Antibes and also taking day trips to other towns on the coast. It was super clean and well equipped (kitchen supplies, washing machine etc...) Michelle was very accommodating and supplied a travel cot and highchair for the little one which was very helpful. Just to note however - the apartment is on the 2nd floor without a lift - but we were able to leave our buggie downstairs in the hallway with no trouble. I definitely recommend it for a couple or small family like us. Probably a bit too small for 2 couples to share - but I suppose that depends on how much time you spend in the flat.

Love the balcony!

We chose this apartment after seeing a photo of its wonderful balcony, and it indeed provided the setting for some of our most enjoyable moments in Antibes. The apartment was just as described in the listing--it had everything we needed, and was comfortable, immaculately clean, and well-maintained. The location is convenient to old Antibes, the Picasso Museum, bus stops, Antibes' train station, and even the petit train stop! Grocery stores, deli shops, bakeries, a pharmacy, and a wine shop were all within a few minutes' walk. Michelle, the owner, promptly answered all our questions in advance, helped us with early morning transportation to the airport, and gave great advice regarding area restaurants and grocery shopping. We loved Antibes' small-town vibe, the Picasso Museum, and the markets. Using the apartment as our base, we also traveled around the Riviera. Nearby was bus transportation to Cannes, Nice, St. Paul de Vence, and Cagnes sur Mer. Ventimiglia and Monaco were a relatively short train ride away. The apartment's spacious, bright, sunny aspect and its wonderful balcony made this a special home away from home. We highly recommend it!

Wonderful apartment in Antibes, close to shopping, restaurants and train station

We enjoyed the bright and airy decor and the great little balcony that overlooks rue de la Republique. Despite the activity below, the apartment was quiet at night. The location was outstanding for shopping, restaurants and exploring old Antibes. We also liked that it was handy to the train station for traveling along the Cîte d’ Azur. Michele was a gracious host and was most helpful during the rental process. We hope to return to Antibes someday and would love to stay in the apartment again.

Beautiful apartment in an ideal location Antibes

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very beautifully decorated and well equipped apartment in Antibes. The lovely and very friendly owner Michelle has given every attention to detail and thought for your stay here. From the coffee maker to the beach and picnic equipment to the hotel style toiletries and fluffy towels! Much appreciated. The apartment is just a stones throw away from everything a great holiday requires. Restaurants, bars, shops, a boulangerie just outside the front door for the freshest croissant, museums, beaches, beautiful walks, the most amazing Marché Provençal, the port with all those incredible yachts the list is just endless and all within walking distance from the apartment. To go further a field to the many surrounding places of interest the bus and train stations are also just moments away. No car required!! Recommended visits Ville Franche and Ezé both easily traveled to by train. Recommended restaurant has to be Le Brulot pasta & Vino. Yummy! A well deserved 5 star from us! Ideal apartment for exploring Antibes

This apartment is ideally placed for exploring the centre of old Antibes but is also close enough to the railway station and bus station to go for trips of the surrounding towns The apartment was attractive and had everything one needs for a holiday stay There are two fights of stairs so disabled travelers would need to consider this before booking

Great Place To Stay!!

This is a nice apartment in a great location. The apartment has a good level of comfort. Light & airy open plan living area with very comfortable sofa, well equipped kitchenette & dining area. The bedroom has loads of wardrobe & hanging space (rare in France), & a very comfortable bed. Disregard an earlier review which complained about a bright streetlight outside the bedroom. I can only assume that this person was unaware that he could close the shutters as well as the curtains!! It's the location of this apartment which really gives it top marks. Step outside & everything you want is on your doorstep. With so much to see & do in such close proximity, we actually spent very little time in the apartment. But when we were there we lived on the little balcony, stepping inside just to fix a snack or grab a beer from the fridge. The pedestrian street below is buzzing from early morning. The passers by don't seem to notice you as you sit above them watching the world go by, but now & then you'll catch someones eye & get a friendly smile or a wave. Don't worry about noisy nights, the cafe/bars accross the street close around 8pm & with the doors & windows closed the apartment is as quiet as any hotel bedroom. (Don't panic, not all the bars in Antibes close at 8pm, just the 2 at your end of the street). The owner couldn't have been more helpful & easy to deal with. Prompt response to all correspondence, help with airport transfers & a faultless information pack. Michelle owns 4 apartments in Antibes & I wouldn't hesitate to stay in any one of them. We take 3 holidays a year in France so I don't think it will be too long before we're back here. A great stay!!

Great location. Apt. looked exactly the way it looked on internet. Very nice, well-equipped, comfortable. Michelle made sure we knew how the washing machine, TV, telephone, radio worked and checked in on us to make sure we were fine. Two boulangeries within 20 meters. Very nice apartment with great location

This is a very nice apartment with great location. It is located close to the bus station (no noise from it) which makes it very easy to get to Cap dÂŽAntibes and Juan les Pins. It is also close to all restaurants and shopping in the old town in Antibes. The apartment is nice decorated and very clean. It also has a nice little balcony where you can sit and drink, eat and watch people. I can highly recommend it!

A perfect jewel box in the centre of the old town

My husband and I rented this property for three weeks in November and used it as our home base for the Cote d'Azur. No car needed, buses and trains were all within walking distance. From antibes we went to Nice, Villefranche sur Mer, Vence, St. Paul de Vence, Eze and Menton. We absolutely fell in love with antibes. We'd highly recommend this property or the sister apartment on the first floor. We're considering making antibes our winter home for three months of the year and we'd definitely consider this apartment. Smallish at around 450 sq. feet, it was perfectly laid out and in an ideal location. A multitude of shops are on your doorstop. The owner, Michelle, was a delight. Helpful & customer service inspired. We wouldn't hesitate for a moment in recommending this beautiful apartment.

Just the best

A lovely, clean, very well equipped apartment, right in the middle of Antibes. Sitting on the small balcony watching the people wandering along the pedestrian mall, and then stepping out to buy the croissants for breakfast is the perfect way to start the day. All the sights - and the markets - are within easy walking distance and when you get tired you can easily nip home for a rest. We loved our time there.

A Perfect Place in Antibes

My husband and I stayed in the Pimms apartment for three weeks. It was a perfectly wonderful property in a perfectly fabulous location on the pedestrian only street of rue de la Republique. Everything could wish for is directly outside your front door -amazing patisseries, restaurants, cafes, several grocery stores and shoe shops! No need for a car as the buses are a two minute walk and the train station but a 10 minute walk. You can access the entire Cote d'Azur via bus or rail. The terrace was ideal for having a glass of wine or dining al fresco. Sit outside and watch the world go by. The apartment was spotless, quiet and beautifully maintained. Michelle was a delight to deal with and is genuinely invested in her guests' happiness. We would highly recommend renting Pimms or any other of Michelle's properties.

We are back home a number of weeks now but we are still reminiscing about our wonderful two weeks in Antibes. We can honestly say that the apartment simply made the holiday! It had everything we needed and because the weather was a little disappointing we utilised the apartment even more than we had planned. It is in a super location, close to all amenities and we certainly enjoyed watching the world go by from the well appointed balcony. An excellent spot in old Antibes

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay in the Pimm's flat during the last two weeks of September. The balcony overlooking a pedestrian street was a great perspective for people-watching and relaxing. The flat was well furnished and comfortable, and the owner provided excellent guidance to its facilities and local attractions. Two patisseries within a few steps and an *excellent* charcuterie just down the street were a real plus, as was the full supermarket two short blocks away. For those with a car (as I had, to travel to a work assignment), the underground parking garage 200m. away, with weekly ticket available, solved all parking problems. The location, close to the restaurants, sidewalk cafes, and little shops of the old city, was excellent, as within 5 minutes we could walk to the seafront promenade, the Picasso museum, the beach, and readily take longer strolls (or jogs) out on the Cap d'Antibes. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to make better meals, using fresh produce, pasta and meats from the local shops, than we could have found in many restaurants! Being able to wash clothes in the flat was also very helpful at a warm time of year. We would certainly recommend the property to any of our friends. The only negative feature was the very bright street lamp outside the bedroom window: room-darkening shades would be a nice addition. But overall we'd give the flat 5 stars.

We recommend this appartment

Very nice apartment right in the middle of old Antibes just in front of the best "boulangerie" in town. The apartment was very clean, tidy and confortable. Kitchen fully equipped. Second floor without lift, stairs a little bit narrow and steep. If you rent the apartment in the wintertime and unlukyly the weather is cold, be sure to ask for an extra heater and to turn on the heaters half a day before your arrival. If you travel by car, there is a parking 50 meters away.

Perfect in every way!

All aspects of this apartment lived up to if not exceeded the description. One could not ask for a better location with everything needed being in walking distance. Great email communication prior to arrival with Michelle, and once there she made us feel very welcome. Great Location, very nice apartment

We stayed here for a week in August 09 - the apartment is perfect for a couple but would be a squeeze for 4 people. It was presented in very good condition - clean, well appointed, newly decorated and the owner was very welcoming. Working cable TV and wireless internet. Located in the old town, the apartment is very well situated for restaurants, beaches and all transport links. Cannes, Nice, Juan les Pins and lots of other great spots on the cote d'azur are just a few minutes away by train or bus. Public and private beaches in Antibes are less than a 10 minute walk. On the negative side, the balcony is a little on the small size to be used for meals, etc. but why would you eat in when there are so many great restaurants in Antibes! Recommended for couples.
