Notre villa de 3 chambres à coucher est située à Windward Cay Kissimmee. Nous offrons une superbe maison avec un excellent service et comptons de nombreux clients assidus.
Notre chambre principale avec un lit king size est un délice, tout comme notre chambre d'amis et nos deux autres chambres avec lits jumeaux. (lits simples).

Il y a une cuisine équipée, avec table et chaises de petit-déjeuner, et entièrement équipée avec une grande cuisinière, un micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle, un grille-pain, une cafetière, un réfrigérateur / congélateur et une unité d'élimination des déchets.

Nous avons une laveuse et une sécheuse, et un accès au garage double.
EXTÉRIEUR: - Double garage, allée et parking.
PISCINE: - Notre spacieuse villa entièrement climatisée a sa propre piscine privée avec moustiquaire,

Perfect stay

The villa is in a perfect location pretty much 20 mins to all parks. The beds were super comfy and the villa had everything you need for a home from home stay.

Winter Retreat

We especially enjoyed the pool and lanai area. We found the neighborhood to be a mostly quiet one and convenient to shopping and dining.

Excellent place to stay

Only a short week's holiday so was looking for something close to attractions and shops. This property was ideal. Nice open space and welcoming pool area. Would book again

Wonderful home, wonderful hosts. New living room furniture, comfortable bed, and one of the best when it came to the kitchen gadgets and equipment available. We loved the pool and privacy of the back yard. Close to parks, dining and shopping.

Spacious

This was overall a very spacious place to stay and felt homey. We loved the private pool area and all the amenities offered, although we were there for 12 days and only left 3 rolls of toilet paper, and some things were a little dusty and could use a deep clean, but an overall positive experience.

Great pool home in Kissimmee

Very comfortable and clean pool home convienently located close to all amenities in Kissimmee. Sharing the house between adults, we appreciated having two seperate bathrooms and showers. Thank you to Marie for responding to our requests quickly.

Home away from home

This lovely home really is home away from home! Plenty of space for our family. The beds were super comfortable. The kids loved the pool, spending every evening in it, and there were even some pool toys ready for us. Marie was very kind and extremely helpful and tolerant of my many questions, and was k8nd enough to check in and make sure we had all we needed. I highly recommend this property and VRBO for your next Kissimmee vacation!

Perfect

Everything was just as expected.We were very lucky with the weather for this time of year it was hitting 85-90 deg every day. Marie was very kind we had our flight cancelled due yo covid 19 and didn't know if we would get home ok, but we were told to stay put and not to worry.

Great place to stay!

Overall comfortable and relaxing. Only request would be free access to the AC. We didn’t like how warm the house got in the afternoon. The rooms stayed hot at night. Thank goodness we found a fan in a closet. We would stay here again if we knew we would sleep more comfortably at night with AC. Thanks.

Perfect for our family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Windward Cay. The property is clean, the beds comfortable and basic essentials were there until we had time to get to a store and the pool area was perfect. The owners and management company were great and quick to respond to all our questions and any minor issue we had. While we weren’t a fan of the television system (Roku), it wasn’t an issue because we weren’t in Florida to watch much tv anyway, I would definitely recommend this place for families or a quiet couple getaway! Thanks for the memories!! Hopefully we’ll get back again soon!

Beautiful home, beautiful location, and wonderful people to work with.

First off the home was way more than we ever expected! The neighborhood is nice and clean and very quiet. The home on the exterior is well kept up. The inside of the house, takes your breath away. Makes you feel right at home. The décor the furniture and all the extras give you the home away from home feeling. The pool was amazing! We were surprised to find a pool table in the garage which was a fun night of entertainment for us. The extra amenities were amazing dishes, silverware, toaster, microwave, slow cooker, and many more that are not mentioned anywhere in the listing. There were extras that we found in the home that we did not use because we did not have kids. All kinds of items, from babybath, toys for the pool, pack and play, 2 fans, and even a booster seat. We experienced no problems while at this location. And will definitely come back! We were 20 mins away from Disney and Universal. Sanford airport was 45 minutes away, Orlando International airport was 25 minutes away and Daytona was an hour and 25 minutes away. We can only grade this a 5 star. But it was much much more!

One of Florida's Best Rentals

This home is just as stated, we had a small issue with the pool but we contacted George the maintenance person and he was there and fixed the problem and checked back to make sure it was resolved, we also met the property manager and they were very helpful, I honestly can not say anything negative about this home, I would definately stay here again if available

Nice house and great deal

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was nice, spacious and had everything we needed. I do think that some of the decor (dolls, personal pictures, etc..) was unusual for a rented home and could make it hard to feel at home in your “home away from home” but that’s a personal observation only and not a complaint. The pool area was nice and we opted to pay to heat it, when the heater worked the pool was very warm. Unfortunately the heater didn’t work the whole time despite the property manager’s prompt attention and attempts to fix it. The kids enjoyed swimming daily though and it was very convenient to have access to the master bathroom from the pool area. They strictly monitor the a/c and as a guest you have virtually no control. This was my biggest issue because it was 80 inside when we arrived and after emailing the property manager it was changed to 72, personally I like the a/c much cooler than that or to be able to open a window or door but if you did that it would kick on the heat. It’s a nest system and I was not a fan. I like more control over the temperature of where I’m living for a week. All that being said, we enjoyed our stay and would stay with this company again. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the cooking stuff we needed, the pool was clean and we had fun. It’s about 30 minutes from universal studios and there are several shops and grocery stores close by. Due to the pool heater issue Marie let us check out late on our last day which was very nice and much appreciated. Overall we did enjoy our time here and were happy. Thanks!
