Notre villa de luxe vient whit sa propre piscine privée. La villa est située à seulement 800 m de la plage de los Alcazares, qui est une ville balnéaire whit nombreux restaurants et bars. 3 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport San Javier (Murcie), le rendant facilement accessible. Il y a beaucoup de terrains de golf autour. La villa dispose de 3 chambres avec salles de bains et air conditionné. wifi gratuit, la télévision anglaise. La villa est idéale pour les golfeurs ou les familles d'avoir des vacances parfaites.

Séjour et secteur très agréable je reviendrai à l'occasion

Villa parfaite pour le nombre de personnes que nous étions et surtout proches de tout commerces , restaurant , glaciers et surtout la plage vraiment j'ai passé de très bonnes vacances

Perfect holiday villa

We had a fantastic holiday. Everything you need is on hand. The only comment I would make is that the plate under the outdoor shower gets very hot in the sun, might be worth adding a caution sign. Hopefully we’ll be back 😀

Excellent Villa

This is my 2nd stay at the Villa and again met all expectations The Villa is very well maintained , clean and comfortable and in an excellent position as only a short walk to main area and beach There new kitchen area is very modern and was nice sitting at breakfast bar in mornings Plenty of areas for sitting relaxing during the day and in evening My Grandson who is 3 loved the pool Stayed here with family for my Daughters wedding and can't thank Vaidas enough for all his help Thanks again Vaidas for making our stay so special We will all return with no hesitation

Lovely Villa in a perfect location. Lots of space, large bedrooms and exceptional kitchen. 1st floor outside area was perfect to relax and reflect on the day. It would be nice to be able to bbq outside and use the space more effectively

Clean and spacious villa

Villa very spacious inside. Air conditioning a god send in September heat. Plenty of wardrobe space except for twin bedded room which had no drawers or hanging space, however, only 1 bed being used so used it for clothes. Outside space and pool great, however, not child friendly as lots of steps and danger zones. Owners very helpful and kind - arranged to pick up our daughter and 8 month old baby from airport as long queue for taxis. Great location, could not be handier for restaurants and supermarkets. Would love to return but minus any babies or toddlers. East Kilbride September 2018

Lovely Villa in a really good location

On arrival we were greeted by the owner who showed us around the property, which was lovely. The pool was much bigger than it looked in the photos and this is where we spent most of our time. We were spoilt with 3 bathrooms. The air con in the bedrooms was definitely appreciated. Downstairs was a big TV, which the kids watched whilst coming in from the sun. There is 2 supermarkets (Lidl and Mercadona) within very easy walking distance. The restaurants and bars are also really close, less than a 10 minute walk away. The beach was easy to get to, I would say a 15 minute walk, it is a lovely sandy beach, although we went in the evenings when it had cooled down, but the sea was still so warm. Up the road in the evening was also a little funfair which the kids loved. There is a land train in the evening (Summer months) which was good fun. It really was a great villa in a good location and I would definitely go back. Thank you Vaidas for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Had a fantastic time in Los Alcazares the villa was excellent cannot fault anything about it.

The Villa is large and very spacious comprising of 2 floors and plenty of outdoor space and areas for sitting out and entertaining , the pool is a good size, well maintained and clean, and a good area for sun or shade. The Villa was very clean and had everything we needed and more . The owner Vaidas provided everything for our 2 year old Grandson including toys , cot and a highchair We absolutely loved it and the owner was very friendly and helpful and at hand if we needed anything . We had a lovely relaxing time here the villa is also near to the shops and restaurants just a few minutes walk from the main square. The outside space of the Villa is well kept and lovely areas for sitting relaxing or dining outside. We will definitely be back . Thank you Vaidas for our lovely stay at your Villa The Guild family 😊

Great location

We spent two weeks in this villa and had a lovely stay. The villa is spacious and comfortable. Air con in all rooms. Pool lovely and all well maintained. The first floor patio is lovely for drinks in the evening or breakfast in the morning. The owner was waiting for us on our arrival and was friendly and helpful and always contactable if needed. The only negative I can give is that the indoor dining area is spacious but only accommodates 4 people . However as with most guests we spent most of our time outside so it wasn’t an issue. We would love to return.

Excellent location

With a short walk to the Mar Menor, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants the villa is in a great location. It is clean, private and spacious with many "extras" included. Pool towels, cleaning materials, a water filter, aircon, video security at the gate, 55" tv with UK programmes, off street parking, books, games, dvd player, washing machine, remote controlled gates to enter the drive and constant hot water are all there. The various outside seating areas, dining on the covered terrace and relaxing by the pool or on the upper terrace make the stay so comfortable. Great communication with the owner, who is on hand if a problem should arise. Our £250 damage deposit was refunded within a week. I would certainly recommend this for a great holiday. Using a hire car we found many interesting places to visit. The coast is beautiful and the inland cities are well worth a visit. This was our 5th visit to Murcia, it will not be the last!

Great location. Large and spacious villa. Loved the outside areas and keep fa loved the pool.

Located walking distance to all the bars, restaurants and close to the beaches if the mar menor. Villa had everything we needed and owners were very helpful when required. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
