À propos de cet hébergement

Appartement avec balcon avec vue sur l'une des places les plus charismatiques de Gérone. Bel immeuble restauré au milieu du principal quartier commerçant de la vieille ville, entre la rue principale Rambla de Llibertat et Forca. Pendant la rénovation, nous avons réussi à conserver les anciennes caractéristiques de l'ancien bâtiment.
Les vieux murs en pierre, l'ancienne façade avec les beaux plafonds et balcons. Pour bloquer le bruit possible de la rue, nous avons installé un double verre spécial pour assurer votre repos bien mérité la nuit. Chaque appartement a été meublé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût et de souci du détail. Les lumières LED spéciales mettent en évidence les caractéristiques spéciales et vous donnent une sensation chaleureuse et confortable dans l'appartement. Il y a une chambre double avec salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne. Il y a le wifi gratuit, une buanderie dans chaque salle de bain et une cuisine entièrement équipée.
Nous sommes heureux de vous aider avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Souhaitez-vous un service de petit-déjeuner? A partir de 10 euros pp, nous pouvons organiser pour vous des paniers petit-déjeuner personnalisés. De plus, si vous avez besoin d'un transfert depuis l'aéroport ou si vous souhaitez louer des vélos ou faire une visite de la ville ou du vin, nous pouvons organiser tout cela pour vous. Nous voulons juste que vous passiez les vacances les mieux organisées possible, sans aucun souci!

Great apartment, great location

We really enjoyed our stay in Girona. The apartment was very nice and perfectly located, close to everything in the old town. A really nice feature of the apartment is the new balcony windows that the owner has installed. They are very high quality and block out all the noise from the street. It’s really nice, with the windows open you hear the lively activity and din from the old neighbourhood, but as soon as you close the windows all the sounds from the street are blocked out. I highly recommend staying at this apartment

Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt.3.Stock,mit Aufzug zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist eigentlich sehr schön,wie beschrieben. Doch es gibt such negatives. Wasserdruck zum Duschen schwach. Die Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich ist maximal durchgelegen.Sitzen darauf ist auch eher schwierig. Die Klimaanlage sollte auch im Schlafzimmer vorhanden sein.Nachts ist es wahnsinnig laut. Müllabfuhr bis 02.30 Uhr.Bars sind sehr lange geöffnet. Schlafen bei offenen Fenster eine Zumutung. Wenn es eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer gebeb würde?Fenster sind schalldicht. Leider etwas enttäuschend.

Fantastic location

A well appointed apartment in old town Girona. Lift to the 3rd floor was great as was the air conditioning. Most days in Girona were over 30 degrees. Parking is a challenge. You can access the old town if you are brave enough to negotiate very narrow roads, trucks, bikes and cyclists. Find the free parking and walk is my advice.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the old town. Great sound proofing as it overlooks a noisy square. Love the 3 balconies and enjoying a coffee or cocktail overlooking the leafy square. Will be back

Perfect Barri Vell.

We absolutely loved this Barri Vell apartment. The location in Barri Vell simply could not be better. The apartment is perfect. Tons of light with an AC and good kitchen, bed, living room and laundry. Excellent proximity to great food, vegan gelato and all the best parts of the Barri Vell.

Close to perfect

It was a great nice apartment. Plenty of light and in a beautiful part of the old town. We loved it. The checkout situation had some strange rules. They wanted you to empty the dishwasher before you left, which meant that you couldn't put the breakfast dishes in it and then run it. Also, the trash had to be taken out the night before. What are you supposed to do with the morning trash? If you didn't do either of these you could be charged extra.

Perfect Location

This was a great apartment! Communication with the rental manager was easy and efficient. She had helpful tips in the community and for transportation. The apartment was well thought out. Ideal location so close to restaurants, shops and people watching. Clean apartment and comfortable furnishings. So nice to have an easy to operate washing maching and dryer during the stay.

Fabulous location, lovely apartment, well equipped, comfortable bed [although spare pillow was stained] Easy check in and check out, office is located 1 min walk walk from apartment, Sonia was very friendly and helpful. Only negative was hairdryer, listed as having one but unfortunately it’s a very light travel one. Given the size of the apartment storing a regular hairdryer wouldn’t cause any space issues.

Fantastic location in Girona

Very comfortable base from which to discover Girona. Fantastic central location in the old town. Very convenient for the Cathedral and the Jewish Quarter. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Would stay again.

Best Location in Girona

Perfect stay for 2. Clean, neat and modern apartment in the historic area. Walk out the door and you have ice cream, restaurants, historic areas. One hint: If you are driving, park at the La Copa free parking area as you can not drive or park in old town. Take a 5 euro taxi close to the apartment.

Wonderful

We stayed here for 2.5 weeks for a cycling vacation. Great location in the heart of old town, just a short walk to cafes, coffee, bakeries, gelato, and shops. The staff at Sleep & Stay were all very helpful and nice. The mattress was super comfortable! There is always a lot of street noise from people and workers in the street. This is not unique to this property - it's everywhere in old town. But the windows in this apartment seal out almost all noise, so when you tire of the noise, which can go late into the early hours, just shut the windows and turn on the AC. The only way to avoid the noise of the town is to not be in old town. We were there during Temps de Flor, so the town was a lot busier than normal. There is an elevator, and it is small. Big enough for two people though. We even used it to bring our road bikes downstairs, by taking off the front wheel and holding the bike vertical. It's tight and tricky, but it works. My only small complaint is the coffee maker. It's a Dolce Gusto machine, sort of like a Nespresso machine, but the coffee it makes is not as good as Nespresso (sorry, but I'm a bit particular). We did take advantage of it, but the "good coffee" is at the nearby espresso bar. Overall, we LOVED this place and the staff!

Prachtig modern, schoon en goed uitgerust appartement in hartje oudstad van Gerona

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf in Gerona gehad. Het appartement ligt in het hartje van de oudstad van Girona en is de perfecte uitvalsbasis om Girona te verkennen. Het appartement is geheel gerenoveerd en gemoderniseerd en is modern ingericht en goed uitgerust. Het verhuurbureau is heel vriendelijk en flexibel met het maken van afspraken over betrekken en verlaten van het appartement. Enige nadeel was de bereikbaarheid met de auto. Je mag maximaal drie keer met de auto de oudstad in en je moet even weten hoe te rijden en waar te (even) parkeren. Rij je verkeerd, dan beland je in héle nauwe straatjes rond de kathedraal,...niet fijn! Dus vraag van tevoren even een plattegrond met instructies. Verder een heerlijk verblijf gehad!!!

Wunderschöne Altstadtwohnung

Die Wohnung entspricht den Abbildungen in allen Punkten. Sie ist mitten in der Altstadt, alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Durch die Doppelverglasung an den Balkontüren kann man ungestört ausschlafen, ohne von dem regen Treiben gestört zu werden. Beim nächten Girona-Besuch werden wir sehr gerne wieder diese Wohnung mieten.

Great place to stay in the old town.

We arrived by taxi and were met as we got out. Had to walk a short block because cars are not allowed in the area. In fact a car is more trouble that it is worth. There is limited parking close by. And you can walk to many sites and restaurants in 5 minutes. The unit had all we needed for our stay. It is on the 6th floor so it is well above the noise of the street. (There is a lift.) Nice and quite for sleeping. Would recommend for a couple.

Amazing.

When I booked this stay, I never imagined this remodeled home would be right in the heart of the old city of Girona. What a wonderful experience to be so close to the history of the city and to be able to be part of the daily heartbeat. Andrea was wonderful. It was late in the evening when she met us with a smile and such enthusiasm for her adopted city and her job. We loved the apartment. It was perfect for the 3 of us. Even the walk with luggage and the walk to the lot where we parked didn't spoil the experience. We were thankful for the elevator, however small. We appreciated the air conditioner and the washer and dryer. It was a great place to come home to at the end of each full day of exploring. Waking up with the bustle of the city was also enjoyable. The doors/window shutters on the balconies kept the apartment very quiet. Except for the jack hammers the day the water mains were being worked on, we had no noise. I would certainly recommend this place and this company, Owners Direct, to anyone traveling on their own (without a tour guide). It was so easy to find the perfect property for our needs and to be assured before leaving home and along the way that you were looking out for our stay to be the best it could be---and it was. Thank you.
