Nous considérons que les principales caractéristiques de notre propriété de luxe à être inhabituellement grande taille pour un appartement 1 chambre à coucher, le grand sud wrap-around terrasse et en raison de sa position au sein du complexe il n'y a pas appartement au-dessus. Esprit de Mojacar est parfaitement situé à seulement quelques minutes de la longue plage de sable blanc, avec un très large choix de bars et restaurants (y compris les nombreux Chiringuitos - bars de plage) .Il ya de nombreux supermarchés à proximité. Toutes ces installations sont à votre porte. Il n'y a pas besoin d'une voiture! Aussi les autobus circulant le long du front sont fréquents et les arrêts de bus sont à 5 minutes à pied seulement!
Cette zone vient d'être voté le numéro un endroit pour vivre dans le monde pour la qualité de vie, par le journal Telegraph - ce qui dit tout! Tous les frais sont inclus dans le loyer (électricité, eau, Linge, nettoyage, chaînes en anglais à la télévision).

Beautiful location

Easy to book. Apartment was large, clean, spacious, air conditioning and very well equipped. The double bed was very comfortable. WiFi and UK tv channels (Spanish tv too). Parking was easy. Apartment is set within a small key access community. Bars and restaurants are within walking distance as is the beach. Pool was set in beautiful well kept gardens. The owner of the apartment had thought of everything to make our stay a pleasant one. Even a bottle of wine on arrival. Apartment Highly recommended

Overwinteren in Mojácar

De winter is voorbij gevlogen in Mojácar in een heerlijk appartement op loopafstand van de zee. Het appartement is ruim, goed, maar niet overdreven, ingericht en echt van alle gemakken voorzien. Ik noem een vaatwasser en een wasmachine, een uitgebreide keukeninrichting maar ook b.v. een haardroger. Wij hebben ons er direct thuis gevoeld. Het appartement heeft een garageplaats dichtbij de voordeur. Heel fijn als je niet zo goed ter been bent. Er is ook een lift. Het complex is heel goed onderhouden met een mooie tuin en zwembad en ook binnen in het gebouw wordt alles netjes gepoetst. Wij bevelen dit appartement van harte aan.

Light and bright

This is a lovely apartment. We loved the dual aspect terrace and the interior is light and bright, especially compared to other properties which we went inside. It is spacious and well equipped with pleasant décor. The complex is well maintained and the pool and pool area are lovely. However, we did not like the access to the accommodation via a long, gloomy corridor, with a series of light switches, rather than motion sensitive lighting. It's in a good location, within walking distance of the beach and a selection of bars and restaurants.......but you need to be fit to cope with the hill. There are some small supermarkets within walking distance but you would need a car to get to a major supermarket.

Great stay

Lovely apartment in a nice peaceful setting with a spotlessly clean pool and garden area. Just a short walk to beach and bars etc. Everything we needed in the apartment for a very enjoyable stay we will be returning!

Spirit of Mojacar

This was our second visit to this apartment. We find it to be very comfortable and well equipped for 2 people although it can sleep 4 if you use a sofa bed in the living area. The terrace gets sunshine virtually all day and appears not to be overlooked. The swimming pool is lovely but unfortunately it seemed that there were no umbrellas around the pool area this year. The apartment is very convenient for the beach and numerous restaurants and bars. On the whole the complex seems quite quiet, but this year there did seem to be several dogs barking in other apartments. Those are our only criticisms - we had everything we needed and would go back again if we were to go to Mojacar playa again!

Another Wonderful Holiday in Mojacar!

Thank you so much Michel for the use of your great apartment... Certainly enjoyed all the new additions - it is now even more practical and comfortable than on our last visit! It has everything anyone could need. We love the location - no road noise - just the tweeting of birds and the sound of the grasshoppers! Looking forward to staying there again in November.

Spacious, Peaceful & Sunny!

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious apartment. The wrap-around balcony really did it for us... Even in November the Balcony has sun all day! It has everything you could need and was Beautifully Peaceful during our stay. Communications were good with both with the owners and caretaker. Can definitely recommend this apartment and will be returning again in March 2016 Please to say that our comments to the owners about possible improvements in the facilities are being acted upon... what more can one ask for!

A well appointed apartment in lovely grounds.

The apartment is in an elevated location walkable from the seafront of Mojacar. It is clean and well looked after with all the facilities we needed. Spacious for two people and comfortable for four. The balcony wraps around the apartment and has a sunny aspect overlooking the excellently maintained gardens and the hills. A walk down the hill brings you to the seafront with many good bars and restaurants catering for various tastes. Dealing with the owner was easy and the local contact is very efficient. Plenty of Spanish towns (including the pueblo) within 30 mins drive of the apartment which has underground parking within 25 metres of the front door.

Spirit of Mojacar in Mojacar

We enjoyed our stay very much. Isabelle met us and took us to the apartment. We have been going to Mojacar for 16 years and did not know this complex existed. Apartment was perfect for our stay with the great wrap around terrace. We loved the gardens and beautiful pool with lifeguard and security entrance. The complex's security gave us peace of mind. Felipe San Barnabe restaurant/cafe on the playa just down from bowling is well worth a visit with Menu del Dia/Noche 12 euros - excellent food and good service. Imperial Palace Thai Restaurant opposite Levante Beach Cafe serves excellent food at reasonable prices. All in all a great holiday and would certainly use the apartment again and recommend to friends. The Pueblo of course is an experience not to miss.

This wonderful, large 1 bedroom apartment on Mojacar Playa has it all. Close to beach, bars and restaurants situated within a complex with beautiful gardens and swimming pool area.
The owners use the accommodation themselves when available.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The area has it all - proximity to the sea, not over developed, marvellous mountain areas inland. This area also has the best climate in Europe - mild, balmy winters, perfect Spring and Autumn temperatures and hot summers - and oh! - those summer nights!! The area has recently been voted within the top 20 places in the world to live.

We have a property management company who deal with all the changeovers and Isabelle will be your contact whilst you are in Mojacar. She will deal with any problems you may have and will also be the one to meet you on arrival.
