Cette villa de quatre chambres avec une piscine privée fermée se trouve à la périphérie de Carvoeiro et à quelques minutes en voiture (5 minutes) ou à vingt à trente minutes à pied du centre de cette jolie station balnéaire familiale avec ses nombreux bars et restaurants et belle plage. La villa a un barbecue extérieur, une terrasse couverte, un toit-terrasse fermé avec une belle campagne et une vue sur la mer lointaine et de beaux jardins privés. Son agencement de plain-pied le rend très accessible et il est idéal pour les familles avec table de ping-pong, jeux de société et livres pour la lecture des vacances disponibles et également un lit de voyage et une chaise haute sont fournis pour les petits enfants
Wifi gratuit, TV et climatisation tout compris. Le chauffage de la piscine est un supplément en option.
Il y a une chambre double qui a une grande salle de bain attenante et trois chambres avec lits jumeaux dont deux ont une salle de bain attenante. Il y a aussi une salle de bain indépendante dans la villa. Il y a aussi une nouvelle cuisine entièrement équipée dans la villa.

Wonderful stay

We spend a very nice week in the house . It is well equipped, very clean and really well done. We enjoy the swimming pool and the diner on the terrace. Easy to go to all the famous places with our car. Carveiro center is at 20 mn by foot and you have plenty of bars and restaurants

Calme et reposant, fonctionnelle et bien équipée, très bonne villa!

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances, villa calme et bien placée, parfaitement équipée, il n'y manque rien...même les vivres de premières nécessité y sont dans le frigo à notre arrivée! Literie de très bonne qualité pour de bonnes nuits. Que du plus pour de bonnes vacances.

Magnifique villa

Villa superbe, proche du centre avec toutes commodités : 4 chambres/4 salles de bain. Espace extérieur super entouré d'un jardin bien entretenu. On s'y sent très bien et les personnes qui s'occupent de cette maison sont très à l'écoute et très réactifs. A votre arrivée, vous avez offert dans le frigo tout ce qu'il faut pour votre premier petit déjeuner (café/lait/oeufs/bacon/pain/fromage.........) Merci à Rose Bain pour cette charmante attention. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés ! Laurence

très agréable séjours

Très agréable villa dans cette belle ville de Carvoeiro. La villa est spacieuse et idéalement situee à quelques minutes des plus belles plages de l'Algarve. Belles prestations et une piscine top pour les grands et les petits. Le ménage est fait 3 fois par semaine, ce qui ne gâche rien. Merci Rose ! 👍👍👍

The villa was amazing and had everything we needed. We arrived and there was a wonderful welcome pack which was much appreciated. We were two families of 4 with teenage children. The pool area was great, and the table tennis entertained all of us. It’s good that each room has access to its own bathroom so no arguments when trying to get ready to go out. The air con worked well, and we loved the coffee machine. I bought a box of capsules from the UK but there were some already there when we arrived. Thhe pictures don’t do it justice.Communication before we arrived and with the agent was brilliant. We couldn’t work out how to open the bike shed and they came following day to show us. Used the bikes a couple of times but most of the time we walked. We would walk to the big supermarket (around 20 mins) and would then get an uber back with all the shopping or would walk back if we could carry it. There is a local restaurant on the way back that was very reasonable if you get thirsty. You can walk to the local restaurants of Caraveiro and the beach. 15-20 mins. Plenty of nice places to eat. I would definitely return again.

We had the best time staying here. Location is great and we could easily walk into the town.Communication was very easy, and we were able to check in early.We were 2 families staying here with 4 young children and the pool was perfect- we spent a lot of time enjoying it! It was well equipped with everything we needed and we didn’t expect it to be cleaned during our stay! We would love to stay here again :)

Overall a very good stay. One bedroom’s aircon system was broken and a portable system was provided, although this did not cool the room sufficiently. New aircon unit was fitted on the Thursday of our stay. Pool recirc system also tripped out midweek and it was switched back on the Friday afternoon. Alarm went off twice for no apparent reason. All small niggles, without effecting the overall enjoyment of our stay. We have stayed here 4 times now and have always found communication with Rose and David exceptionally easy. The distance from the villa to the centre of Carvoeiro a problem for myself now at 70 however a taxi back up the hill very reasonable at 4 - 7 euros. Overall, lovely villa with spacious grounds, nice pool and table tennis table. All in all, great for a quiet family holiday

Great stay for families

We had a lovely time at the villa, it was very well equipped and plenty of room to spread out. We really enjoyed using the pool and having the water heated makes a great difference. The property was really clean and tidy, and we would definitely recommend a stay here. Plenty of good bars and restaurants in the local town- about a 20minute walk.

Loved this Villa

All our party loved this villa and consider ourselves so lucky to experience staying here. Our only disapointment is that we are unable to book it again next year, as all school holiday dates are already booked! The villa is well maintained and is surrounded by mature gardens with a large variety of colourful plants and trees. A very peaceful and relaxing setting. The kitchen is well equipped and it was a bonus having a second fridge iin the utility room along with the washing machine. All the bedrooms were spacious with plenty of storage and comforable beds. The bathrooms are all excellent and there was plenty of hot water. The outside eating area is lovely and is cool throughout the heat of the day, only catching the setting sun for about an hour at the end of the day.. The 'icing on the cake' is the pool which we had heated even though we were staying in August. Lovely and warm whether we swam early or late. Luxury!The pool inflatables let by previous guests were a bonus.

Another great holiday!

This is a villa that has everything that we want! Three excellent en-suite bedrooms plus one with a separate bathroom. Comfortable lounge and dining area and a well stocked kitchen with two fridges, plus washing facilities. There is also a well stocked library which our 17 year old granddaughter took advantage of. Add to this an excellent swimming pool and outdoor area and close proximity to the town, supermarkets and golf and you can see why we are regulars at the villa!

We were a family of 6, all adults over 18. We really enjoyed the villa in particular the pool, and table tennis. As per listing and previous reviews it is about 15 min walk from the nearest shop and restaurants on the outskirts of the town. We found that fine most of the time - actually prefer the peace and quiet to being in town - but once or twice - in extreme heat, or late night we used Über to get home which is very cheap and available. Our group availed of par 3 golf, very close by, plus wine tasting also within 10/15 minutes by Uber. The villa is lovely. All mod cons, really nice bathrooms in particular. The photos do not do it justice in my opinion. Thank you for everything. The cleaner/pool guy/Manager were all most helpful and attentive without being obtrusive.

Very happy with the villa, wonderful heated pool. Nice private bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and quiet location with nice spacious garden. Housekeeper was fabulous and property manager very responsive and quickly dealt with any minor issues. Highly recommended.

Für unsere Familie war das Objekt die perfekte Ferienvilla. Das charmante Haus bietet genügend Platz für alle. Die Einrichtung ist eine gelungene Mischung aus traditionell kombiniert mit zeitgenössischem Komfort. Die Küche ist für alle Personen gut ausgestattet.Das Grundstück ist weitläufig und das Haus von einem wunderschönen Garten umgeben. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der separate Pool-Bereich zur Sicherheit der mitgereisten Kinder. Den beheizten großen Pool haben wir sehr genossen. Freundliche Mitarbeiter sorgten dafür das Haus, Garten und Pool während der gesamten Zeiten in einem perfekten Zustand blieben. Den hübschen Ferienort Carvaeiro erreicht man nach einem kurzen Spaziergang abwärts. Wer sich den beschwerlicheren Weg aufwärts sparen möchte, kann für kleines Geld ein Taxi nehmen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es wenige Fahrminuten entfernt mit zahlreichen Supermärkten. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin und der vor Ort tätigen Betreuerin war freundlich und professionell. Die ganze Familie wird sich sicher lange an die herrlichen Urlaubswochen an der Algarve erinnern.

Another year, another great holiday!

So, why do we return year after year? Answer - the villa completely satisfies our requirements for a great holiday. Beautifully presented and maintained (love the new bathroom). Great maid and property manager who quickly respond to any issues/requests. Safe, gated pool which is excellent for all ages. Located close to supermarkets (5 mins in car) and the same to get to Carvoeiro centre though parking is hit and miss. Ten minutes to a really good water park, 15 minutes to another and 20-/5 minutes to the excellent Zoomarine. For golfers Pestana Pinta and Gramacho are a ten to 15 minute drive whilst Silves is less than 20 minutes away. All the three are excellent courses and have staged different Championships eg Portuguese Seniors, Portuguese Women’s. Add shopping at the Algarve centre, excellent beaches nearby(eg. Praia Grande which is great for children and has inflatable’s) and it is clear that all ages can be catered for nearby. We have just returned today and already I am being hassled by the family to book again- what better recommendation can I give ?!

Wonderful

What a wonderful villa- beautifully kept and managed. We travelled with our adult children and their partners and enjoyed a week at the villa relaxing and visiting the area. We walked into town a few times getting a taxi back which cost 5 euros per taxi. There were eight of us but easily got two taxis when needed. Some of our group were happy to walk home though at the end of an evening. The villa was in an excellent position- quiet away from the crowds but close enough to everything. We enjoyed sea kayaking from Bengali beach, a super fast speed boat ride to see dolphins out of Lagos and the younger members of our group loved the nearby Slide and Splash park. The bbq was great and the villa equipped for all our needs. The cleaner came on Tuesday and Thursday and kept the place beautifully. The pool guy came during the week to keep that tip top too and we really enjoyed our time lazing around the pool. We paid for the pool to be heated and enjoyed it warm enough to get straight in without initial shock. We took a rental car (9seater) from the airport and found the villa easily. We were gutted to find that the villa is already booked out for our summer holiday period next year, but it is certainly one we would come back to and recommend- a wonderful find so thanks for such a super stay in such a fantastic home from home.

Fell in love with the Algarve around 20 years ago during family holidays with the kids. Now they are grown up its our time to enjoy this wonderful location and its brilliant climate. We picked Carvoeiro as it has the perfect balance of being busy but not too busy in peak season and quiet but not too quiet in the depths of winter.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We loved the space, the peace and quiet and the proximity to the bustling village of Carvoeiro. We have tried to upgrade the eco-friendliness of the villa without losing its authentic rustic charm and we hope to continually increase these efforts as funds become available. Solar panels on the roof heat all of the hot water while panels on the garden generate electricity. The external wall insulation and electric shutters lower the need for air-conditioning saving energy and offering a quieter more peaceful sleep.
The gardens were created by professionals and a joy to see at any time of year.
