Magnifique nouvelle villa individuelle de 3 chambres avec une vue fantastique sur la mer à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la plage du drapeau bleu.

L'élégant hall d'entrée de la villa avec son haut plafond de style mauresque et son mobilier charmant donne le ton au reste de cette belle maison qui vous assure des vacances formidables avec tout le confort de la maison!

Le salon dispose d'un canapé et de chaises confortables, d'une télévision par satellite à écran plat avec des portes donnant sur le fantastique patio et la piscine et offre une vue superbe sur Luz Bay et le Black Rock. Juste à côté du salon se trouve la charmante salle à manger avec une table à manger en verre contemporaine, une vue magnifique sur la mer et des portes sur un patio où il y a une table à manger extérieure pour des repas en plein air au bord de la piscine. La cuisine bien équipée a accès à la salle à manger et au couloir principal et il y a une salle de bain pour invités avec cabine de douche à ce niveau. Le lave-linge est situé dans la buanderie en bas.
Chacune des 3 belles chambres spacieuses dispose d'une salle de bains privative.
Il y a une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite.

Wow incredible property

We all thought it was an incredible property, the view was simply stunning and amazing. Our stay made us all wanting to pinch ourselves, the location is also wonderful. The community made us feel welcome and we appreciated every aspect of our stay of two weeks.

Family get together

In a fantastic position with great views. We enjoyed using the pool in spite of the weather. There was a plentiful supply of crockery and cutlery. We enjoyed the walk to the beach and many restaurants in Luz. It was good to be able to take our hir car off road and in a secured area. We hope to visit again.

Another return to a favourite place

This was our third stay at this villa. A charming and comfortable property in a great, elevated location that combines privacy with beautiful sea views from the living rooms as well as from the terrace and swimming pool. For us, a real home from home. Excellent local house keeper and team resolve any problems very quickly.

Stunning villa with spacious accommodation and excellent pool. Lovely sea views but realistically the property was too far from the beach to walk. Not all members of our party fit enough for the uphill walk back. Really enjoyable holiday.

What a View!

We arrived on a lovely sunny day and what a view awaited us! The property was very clean with lovely snowy white sheets. The sun beds were excellent and looked new. The housekeeper Clara was efficient and when we had a problem with the TV she came to the property immediately to help sort it out. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Fun in Luz

My family spent a week in this beautiful home. We enjoyed the pool and playing games on the patio. Lots of restaurants near by and a short walk to the beach and water activities. Plenty of space for our family of five.

Beautiful house in a fantastic location

We absolutely loved the house, especially the view from the terrace. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We were there with our kids 18 and 21 and it was a real luxury to have a bedroom with en-suite bathroom each. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds super comfy and the showers fab. We didn’t find the walk to the village too taxing. Luz has a gorgeous beach and great restaurants. All in all a perfect week. We were new to Portugal so weren’t best prepared for the wind and cooler water temperatures, but we got used to that quickly!

Perfect

The whole stay was perfect. Even though the hill is tough going, walk down and uber back. Baptista delivers straight away. Lovely man. The pool is refreshing and it was always sunny from 6.30am to 8.30 pm. The villa is spacious and very comfortable. It has everything you need. Just a perfect stay. We will be back!

Excellent Villa

Villa is excellent with stunning views. Very well kept both inside and outside. Spacious and well equipped. Views are stunning. Air conditioning is very effective, which was a definite plus! Mattresses were a bit too firm for us! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great villa

We were three adult couples staying for close to 2 weeks. The villa accommodated us perfectly - each couple with our own bathroom. We cooked and barbqued frequently. Clara was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The neighborhood is quiet and a short walk downhill to town and beaches. It’s a vigorous walk back uphill to the villa but do-able. The view is gorgeous. Highly recommend.

Amazing view and excellent location

The villa was charming and exuded Portuguese charm but it is getting a little tired ie. pool ties need repair, lawn chairs could be replaced and bathroom showers could be cleaner, shower drainage could be improved. As seniors, we felt a pool railing should be installed because stairs were slippery upon entry to the pool. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! The Villa was otherwise amazing, as were the views! We would definitely return and highly recommend it.

Fantastic Villa

Beautifully set over three levels looking down to Praia da Luz. All mod cons, spacious, clean with a beautiful pool and outside area. Each bedroom is en-suite which is ideal for three couples. If you don’t have a car then it is unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues as it is a steady fifteen minute incline back from the resort centre. The Baptista supermarket will deliver your shopping - great for getting heavy items back up the hill - and we used this service twice. All things considered, this is a beautiful place to stay, fantastic views and I would highly recommend it.

Loved our villa stay in Luz-

Had a great family break in Luz- weather was sunny and warm for early May! We have visited the Algarve and this area often over the last 20 years and will return. Loved our villa stay and spent a lot of time there relaxing and enjoying the fab views. The villa met all of our expectations- in fact it was bigger than we expected and lots of room for us to be together as a family and also have our own space. I particularly enjoyed sitting around the pool looking out to sea and reading. Bliss! Although the boys always hire a car for airport travel and for occasional trips we were able to easily walk locally to lovely restaurants and the beach. We ate a lot of good food! We mainly walked back up the hill at night but did get an uber one night. So easy and cheap! We were all happy with our lovely villa and it enhanced another nostalgic visit back to the Algarve.

Lovely Home with a fabulous view !

We were three adult couples spending a week on the Algarve after a Cruise up north on the Douro River. This house is very perfect for 3 couples with 3 separate bathrooms and bedrooms on the lower level and an extra bathroom on the top level by the kitchen. We ate lunches out and cooked dinner in almost every night after enjoying the very refreshing pool and lovely views. My only request would be that the mattresses should all be replaced. On the second morning we were there we called the Property Manager and she very promptly came by to add a foam pad to one of the mattresses which did help it some. Also the lounges by the Pool have seen better days and newer fresher ones would be a nice addition to the lovely pool deck. Be prepared to buy extra TP, paper towels, paper napkins, salt and pepper, and any and all necessary condiments. We would definitely choose this property again but hopefully with newer and more comfortable mattresses! Rating 9.5!

Schöne Villa mit traumhaftem Blick

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr groß, hat einen sehr schönen Pool und einen traumhaften Ausblick. Falls das Haus mit 6 Personen gemietet wird, könnte teilweise das Geschirr knapp werden. Die Liegen sind sehr abgenutzt, aber noch brauchbar. Wir waren nur zu zweit und hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.
