Notre villa est lumineuse et aérée et offre une vue imprenable sur la mer et la montagne depuis quatre terrasses.

Notre villa a été meublée et équipée à un niveau très élevé. Il y a une cuisine de bonne taille avec des surfaces de travail en granit, un grand salon séparé avec table à manger, trois belles chambres avec placards et deux salles de bains.

Le développement est fermé avec un accès contrôlé à distance pour assurer une intimité totale pour les clients. Il est proche de la ville et de la plage.

Il n'y a pas de piscine dans notre complexe, mais nos gestionnaires sur place vous dirigeront vers des piscines locales gratuites.

Le restaurant le plus proche est à environ 5 minutes à pied, tout comme le bar le plus proche. Il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances reposantes et amusantes. La villa est à 10 minutes à pied de la plage principale de Caleta De Fuste. L'aéroport est à 7 km.

BON RAPPORT QUALITE/PRIX

Dans l'ensemble une location agréable malgré quelques petits désagréments : La télécommande d'ouverture du portail ne fonctionnait pas, le ventilateur d'une des chambre non plus. Quant à internet, même si l'accès est prévu il vous faudra souscrire un abonnement pour y en profiter. Enfin, chacun appréciera l'impact des désagréments des avions en finale de l'aéroport...

We found the property to be of high standard, nothing looks tired. Good kitchen and bathrooms. New loungers on the balcony. The owners obviously re-invest back into this property. It is more like a home than a holiday let. For us the location is good, close enough to take a walk into the resort but not right in the thick of things. Also locally there are some bars and restaurants just 400metres away along with a small supermarket. A big Lidl is just 2 miles away. Being just a few miles from the airport is a bonus. For us this property is hard to beat.

Lovely villa with everything you need

Beautiful villa up the hill from caleta de fuste main town. Spotlessly clean with everything you would need for a lovely holiday. Towels, beach towels and a kitchen with everything you need and more. 2 sets of keys, which was handy as we travelled with friends. Lovely views, and great communication from the host. We wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely look to book again! Thank you!

Luxurious 3-Bedroom Villa at Marina Golf – A Relaxing Oasis in Caleta de Fuste

We recently had the pleasure of staying in a fabulous 3-bedroom villa within the gated Marina Golf complex in Caleta de Fuste, and it was a great experience. The communication and instructions from Linda and Steve was first class The villa itself was incredibly spacious. Each of the three bedrooms was large, well-lit, and tastefully decorated, offering plenty of storage space and comfort. The living areas were equally generous, with a beautifully furnished lounge and a modern kitchen fully equipped for any cooking needs. What really stood out was the breathtaking view from the villa. Whether lounging on the terrace or enjoying a meal outdoors, we were treated to panoramic vistas of the surrounding landscape and golf course. It was an ideal backdrop for relaxing mornings and peaceful evenings. The villa is part of a well-maintained gated community, providing an added sense of security and privacy. The shared pool area was excellent, clean, and never crowded during our stay. In terms of location, this villa is ideally situated. A 10-minute walk brought us to the heart of Caleta de Fuste, where we found plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, and the beach. The villa's distance from the center allowed us to enjoy peace and tranquility while still being close to all the amenities and entertainment. Whether you're looking for a family getaway, a retreat with friends, or simply a relaxing vacation, this villa has it all. Highly recommended, and we would definitely return!

Wonderful property

Stayed for a week in this wonderful property , fantastic communication from the owners . Property was as listed , it has everything you could possibly need and more it is very well equipped . 4 terraces to sit although we only used 2 of them . Great location and stunning views and very close to supermarket and bars/ restaurants. Cannot fault it

Great Holiday by all

Everything was perfect, and we all enjoyed our time both in Fuerteventura and in Linda’s Villa. The Villa is spacious and well maintained, and is in the perfect location for both the afternoon sunshine and short walk down into Caleta. Looking forward to our return in 2024

Terrific holiday

Villa was everything we had hoped for, and in a great location as well. Linda and Steve, the owners, are great people and were so easy to correspond with in the booking of their villa. The villa is managed by a lovely couple next door to the villa, Trish & Jim, who were an enormous help during our holiday. Trish was there, waiting to greet us on arrival and showed us round the property explaining everything, really helpful. Not much to add, as everything in previous reviews are absolutely spot on. We loved everything about the property and are looking at next year's dates with the hope of staying there again and would recommend the villa to family and friends without any hesitation. Many thanks to both the owners and the management team, keep up the good work 👍🙂 Jim, Eileen & Mark

Super Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Haus

Wir haben schon sehr oft Urlaub in Ferienwohnungen oder Häuser gemacht. Dieses Haus war eines der schönsten. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Alles was man im alltäglichen Leben benötigt ist vorhanden. Man hat vom Balkon einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Ein Supermarkt ist ganz in der Nähe. Das war bestimmt nicht unser letzter Urlaub in diesem Haus. Wir kommen wieder.

"Wonderful Holiday"

What a fantastic 2 weeks we enjoyed at this property. The accommodation is as described though doesn't show how good it is. It is very much a "home from home" with nothing missing. The veranda area is superb with unbroken views across the sea and mountains, you are spoilt for choice. Both the owners and management team excelled, always there if needed but not intrusive. This is a property which rates highly and is one we hope to visit again soon.

A Lovely Villa

Only a short drive from the airport and located in a quiet area with panoramic views of the sea and mountains, so in our opinion this villa is perfectly located for beach holidays or for exploring this beautiful island. We love Fuerteventura and would recommend Caleta De Fuste as the place to stay having stayed there many times. We have just spent a month in the villa which is spacious well-appointed spotlessly clean with multiple terraces and balconies which are equipped for both sunbathing and al fresco dinning. Basically we just have to agree with everyone else it’s a lovely Villa which we first saw it in November 2019 when we were in Fuerteventura and the owners kindly arranged for us to view it. This is when we first met Trish and Jim who live on the complex and look after the Villa for the owners. We immediately booked for June 2020 thinking as we all did at that time what could possibly go wrong. 19 months later we finally got there and during that time I must say that communication with the owners was excellent, they were so helpful, understanding and accommodating while we were dealing with cancelled flights and changing flight times. Worth mentioning at this point that during these uncertain times or any times for that matter not all properties offer the same cancellation and refund policies as this one. I believe they can range from 100% refunds as offered by this property to totally non-refundable bookings including for reasons relating to Covid 19 so worth checking before you book. Jim and Trish are a lovely couple they are so friendly and helpful. Think we were the first guest they had seen for a long time for obvious reasons. We also believe that lockdown there was pretty tough initially and that they also haven’t seen any members of their family for a very long time. We sincerely hope that changes for them very soon.

Having stayed in many villas and apartments in Caleta, this is our absolute favourite It’s clear that the owners have invested time, thought and money into providing high quality and comfortable bedding, furniture and kitchen equipment . Short Stay

we was lucky enough to stay here for 3 nights and found the villa very clean and tidy on arrival. The location is great just a 15 to 20 minute walk to the town which has plenty of restaurants and bars to explore! We hired a car so made use of the parking space provided, and the views from the terrace are great (once the sandstorm had cleared) Although we did not eat in the kitchen looked well supplied with utensils etc. We are coming back in August and are so looking forward to it!

We live in South East London, with our cat Bailey. Linda is the head teacher of a large primary school, and Steve is a freelance marketing consultant. This flexibility, plus the school holidays, allows us to visit our properties regularly and make sure that they remain in excellent condition. We treat our properties like our own home - so you can guarantee that everything is working properly, is well maintained and very clean.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Arriving on holiday in Fuerteventura in 2003 - we immediately fell in love with the island's dramatic scenery and superb beaches which we believe are the best in Europe. Caleta De Fuste is only 7km from the airport, meaning that your holiday starts 45 minutes after touching down. Its location in the centre of the island means that you can easily travel North to the dunes of Corraleco or the dramatic beaches of El Cortillo. Travelling south, you are within easy reach of the fantastic beaches of Jandia.

What really sets Marina Golf apart from other properties is that it has it has panoramic sea and mountain views from every terrace. Whilst it is only a ten minute walk to the center of the resort of Caleta De Fuste, its situation offers dramatic sea views. There is even a motorised train that stops close by to Marina Golf - taking you all the way to the harbour at Caleta De Fuste.
