L'appartement a une vue panoramique de la montagne de Guaza juste à cÎté de la ville, il a le plein soleil toute la journée vous permettant de prendre un bain de soleil en toute intimité avec des chaises longues fournies. Une courte promenade vous amÚnera au centre-ville et à la belle plage. Un emplacement idéal pour de bonnes vacances. La propriété a récemment été rénovée à un niveau moderne élevé.

An amazing apparrtment with fantastic views to the south, so had all day sunshine.Very clean and tidy with all freshly kitted out beds and kitchen (beds were really comfy).Would revist in the future!

This was a perfect holiday apartment for my family. It is very stylist and had everything we needed for our holiday. We absolutely loved the balconies. Communication with the host was excellent. Couldn't have asked for a better holiday home. We hope to return .

Stayed on this complex for 10yrs and used this apartment for a few years now. Always clean and tidy and lots of effort gone into the newly renovated kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Good comms and will always stay here when we go to Tenerife. We love the place.

Our second stay in 12 months at this apartment and delighted that it was just as good the 2nd time round. Great location and well thought out apartment with everything you may need. If available then we are more than likely to return again.

10 night stay

We have just returned form our family holiday and all I can say is it was fantastic. Slight misunderstanding with check in but that was easily sorted. The apartment has literally everything you could possibly need and the air conditioning was top notch! Will definitely be booking again.

All in all it was a lovely apartment. We would definitely book here again in the future. Just one thing to be aware of if booking...........lots of steps up to the top floor where tge apais situated with NO lifts

2 week stay July 23

We've just returned from a 2 week stay at this apartment. We've stayed in Los Cristianos many times and knew this apartment would be excellent for its location. Really nice apartment on a lovely well kept complex. Main bedroom very spacious with loads of storage space. The whole process from booking to leaving was very easy. Would stay again and would recommend.

Cristian Sur apartment

Lovely apartment with excellent facilities in good location in Los Cristianos. We’ve stayed in this complex many times and find it perfect for us. Apartment is located on top floor with 44 steps(we counted these many times with our child),so be mindful of this if you have motobility issues. Small issue on arrival, but was rectified promptly by Vicki and Sherri,thankyou very much.

Fantastic apartment!

The apartment is very comfortable and excellently equipped. The location of the complex is ideal, with loads of great nearby bars and restaurants. There are a number of steps up to the apartment, which we were aware of from previous reviews. Those with reduced mobility may find them a challenge. The WiFi could do with improving, however this small concern didn't bother us too much. All in all a fabulous apartment, in a really good location and we would love to return in the future.

Tenerife 2023

The property was good.We have had numerous holidays to Tenerife and know the area and the apartment was ideal for walking to beach and restaurants. Check in was difficult as we had our flight delayed by a day and arrived at approximately midnight and if it wasn’t for a lady walking passed us in the complex we would have struggled to actually find the apartment. Wi-Fi was not good and used our own data. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Lovely apartment and complex

Second visit to this apartment, all the family love it here. Well equipped, with new AC units. The pool area is spotless and staff very friendly. Too many local bars and restaurants to mention individually, but something to suit everyone. The only criticism is the free for all for the sun loungers in the morning, but that seems normal nowadays. Though there always seemed to be free beds from around 3pm each day. Will definitely return. Thanks

Lovely apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment, everything was as described, it was like a home away from home. We hope to return sometime. The large upstairs bedroom is particularly nice with the modern en-suite and balcony with panoramic views. The only (constructive) suggestion I have is that perhaps a curtain/blackout curtain could be placed on the patio doors of the upstairs bedroom as the existing window coverings allow in some sun during the day. I think this would reduce the need for air conditioning in the bedroom.

Superb 👍👍

This is a lovely property in a very nice, private and peaceful complex. Very well equipped apartment with incredibly comfy beds and pillows and 2 great showers (both high on our list of priorities!!). Lovely pool areas for the kids and a nice little on site cafe/restaurant. Only thing I would prewarn anybody about is there’s a fair few steep steps to go up for the apartment but personally not really an issue for us other than on arriving with a fair bit of luggage. Great location nearby to great restaurants and bars and a taxi rank directly opposite the main entrance for when we went further afield to las americas, Adeje etc. All in all a great stay, great owners and wonderful property/complex that we’d highly recommend.

Great family holiday

We stayed at the apartment over Christmas and new year. Its location is prefect and within a short walk from bars, restaurants, shops etc. the apartment is well equipped for cooking, stocked with all the basics in the cupboard as well, salt, pepper, cooking oil. The view from the balcony is lovely, we spent many afternoons and evenings eating with the family as it was such a nice space to enjoy. There are no lifts in the complex and with this being the top floor you may struggle if you have mobility issues. Not really an issue for our family though ranging from 14 to 74 year old.

Family holiday

We had a great time and the property is modern and well maintained. Great location for us and we would return and recommend it to others. I had to chase one issue prior to arrival but it was all sorted. Also the gate on the front door opening had a technique to open. I was just about to give up on arrival and turned the key anti clockwise one more quater turn and it opened, hurrah, and we had a great time. Only mentioning it here in case it saves someone else (but maybe its me :) as I see no others mentioned it. And we need to plan a return visit.
