Stunning 2 bed apartment with fantastic views

This stunning 2 bed apartment is situated on the first floor and with its 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) and double sofa bed in the lounge the apartment is suitable for couples, golfers and families with children of all ages. The large, spacious, south-west facing balcony (so catches the sun most of the day) is furnished with 2 sun loungers, 4 chairs and a table is ideal for when you want to relax and has wonderful views over the pool area and coast beyond. The owners have ensured that the apartment has all the modern conveniences you would expect in an apartment of this standard. The complex has two large pools, one heated in the winter months and a smaller children's pool. The complex provides plenty of activities for children and there is a well stocked on site shop and bar.

6 adults visited feb 26 had an amazing time, apartment has everything you could ever need, comfortable and spacious. Although the apartment is set back reception booked us taxi's and the travel cost to las Americas and Cristianos was around 5/6 each trip, well worth the cost to stay here.Many thanks for having us

We love staying here, it’s our home from home! Everything you could possibly need is provided, with a shop on site for what you may have forgotten. Highly recommend!

Really good communication with host and stress free getting into apartment.Beautiful apartment with great amenities but it doesn’t say anywhere about the drinking water tap. We’d already bought 24 litres of water!. We had a wonderful stay.Might even return one day.

Great stay in the lovely apartment. Apartment has everything you can think of. Balcony gets the sun all day….lovely pool area with plenty of beds. Loved it.

Communication with Dave was excellent, he was available to answer any questions and responded really quickly. The apartment is really lovely has everything you need and is spotless would highly recommend. Cheryl who showed us round and provided our return airport transfer is lovely and helpful too. The only downside for us is the distance from the beach and town, the webside states 12 minute walk but thats as the crow flies in a straight line! its an actual 30 mins walk and return walk is up hill. We love walking but it was just too far out for us and the location is the only reason we wouldnt return. We didn't find the food in the snack bar on site very nice so wouldn't recommend that

Perfect Winter Warmer Getaway!

Went with the hubby for a long weekend. The apartment was perfect! Spotlessly clean with all the amenities we could have needed. The complex is great, friendly staff and good facilities. Great location if you want to be just out of the hustle and bustle of the town centre but, close enough to everything with a 5/10 minute walk. Will DEFINITELY be visiting again.

Lovely stay

Now stayed 3 years consecutively and love this place. 15 minute walk into town or reception will call a cab. Onsite snack bar and little supermarket. Sunbeds always available. Pool and common areas are very well looked after. Highly recommend

Great place

This flat is just perfect… extremely spacious, very well equipped, very clean with a large and beautiful terrace. The host was very helpful and prompt in terms of communication. Definitely recommend it.

Beautiful Apartment

Had a lovely stay at this lovely apartment. Booking and communication was excellent, everything was spotlessly clean and had everything you could want for self catering. Fantastic balcony with pool and sea view for sitting out and sunbathing with very comfortable sunbeds provided. A bit of a walk into Los Cristianos maybe 15 minutes but we didn’t mind walking in the sunshine. Thanks Dave and Cheryl for a lovely stay.

Brilliant apartment

Beautiful apartment, all home comforts provided. Plenty of good quality crockery and kitchen equipment. Even an air frier! Lovely pool area with loads of sunbeds. Nice quiet area with a walk to bars and restaurants.

Beautiful place

What a truly fabulous place to stay. Me and my partner had the best time. Large balcony with sun beds. 20 min walk in to las americas. Beautiful pool area with a bar. The kitchen is well equipped, I even managed to wash all our clothes before we returned home! 100% would recommend to everyone. Thank you so much!

Just what I needed

My sister and I came away for start of my 50th birthday celebrations and much needed sun and relaxation. The apartment is super clean and very spacious with a lovely balcony to sunbathe on. Communication with the owner and friend couldn’t have been better, always communicative from the start. It’s a great place to stay and very well equipped for everything you need

Nice apartment

The apartment was nice, especially the kitchen. We cooked fresh food daily, there is everything that you need there As Grandparents, we feel that this complex may suit younger people, as there was a lot of music from the complex, and noisy evenings We left the apartment clean and tidy afterwards, as we found it apart from used bedding and towels We appreciate the help and guidance from the hosts

Weather excellent, noisy in the evenings, big hill to climb if you walk back to Granada Park. But in all fairness we are both late 70’s. Youngsters would probably find it fine. We were self catering so lots of walks to town for the restaurants.

Granada park

This apartment is ideally situated in a quite area on the edge of Cristiano's. It's just a €10 euro taxi ride in las America's. On site shop for your daily needs. The apartment has everything you need for a short or long stay. This is our second visit in two years, both times with friends and all very impressed. It will be the same again next year. Thanks Dave and Cheryl who seen us to the apartment.

Lovely Apartment.

The Apartment was lovely, everything was there that you needed, balcony was cracking too, sunny all day long, the pools in the complex were great to, as it happened the pool area was not to full.the weather was absolutely stunning, 10 degrees above the average for the year, we will have no hesitation in booking this apartment in the future, very well kept, you order a Taxi from reception at any time, it's about 4 Euro's into Los Cristianos and about 6 Euro's into playa, all in all this holiday was Excellent made even nicer by having a cracking Apartment.
