Stunning 2 bed apartment with fantastic views

This stunning 2 bed apartment is situated on the first floor and with its 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) and double sofa bed in the lounge the apartment is suitable for couples, golfers and families with children of all ages. The large, spacious, south-west facing balcony (so catches the sun most of the day) is furnished with 2 sun loungers, 4 chairs and a table is ideal for when you want to relax and has wonderful views over the pool area and coast beyond. The owners have ensured that the apartment has all the modern conveniences you would expect in an apartment of this standard. The complex has two large pools, one heated in the winter months and a smaller children's pool. The complex provides plenty of activities for children and there is a well stocked on site shop and bar.

Perfect Winter Warmer Getaway!

Went with the hubby for a long weekend. The apartment was perfect! Spotlessly clean with all the amenities we could have needed. The complex is great, friendly staff and good facilities. Great location if you want to be just out of the hustle and bustle of the town centre but, close enough to everything with a 5/10 minute walk. Will DEFINITELY be visiting again.

Beautiful Apartment

Had a lovely stay at this lovely apartment. Booking and communication was excellent, everything was spotlessly clean and had everything you could want for self catering. Fantastic balcony with pool and sea view for sitting out and sunbathing with very comfortable sunbeds provided. A bit of a walk into Los Cristianos maybe 15 minutes but we didn’t mind walking in the sunshine. Thanks Dave and Cheryl for a lovely stay.

Lovely stay

Now stayed 3 years consecutively and love this place. 15 minute walk into town or reception will call a cab. Onsite snack bar and little supermarket. Sunbeds always available. Pool and common areas are very well looked after. Highly recommend

This flat is just perfect
 extremely spacious, very well equipped, very clean with a large and beautiful terrace. The host was very helpful and prompt in terms of communication. Definitely recommend it.

Brilliant apartment

Beautiful apartment, all home comforts provided. Plenty of good quality crockery and kitchen equipment. Even an air frier! Lovely pool area with loads of sunbeds. Nice quiet area with a walk to bars and restaurants.

Nice apartment

The apartment was nice, especially the kitchen. We cooked fresh food daily, there is everything that you need there As Grandparents, we feel that this complex may suit younger people, as there was a lot of music from the complex, and noisy evenings We left the apartment clean and tidy afterwards, as we found it apart from used bedding and towels We appreciate the help and guidance from the hosts

Beautiful place

What a truly fabulous place to stay. Me and my partner had the best time. Large balcony with sun beds. 20 min walk in to las americas. Beautiful pool area with a bar. The kitchen is well equipped, I even managed to wash all our clothes before we returned home! 100% would recommend to everyone. Thank you so much!

Just what I needed

My sister and I came away for start of my 50th birthday celebrations and much needed sun and relaxation. The apartment is super clean and very spacious with a lovely balcony to sunbathe on. Communication with the owner and friend couldn’t have been better, always communicative from the start. It’s a great place to stay and very well equipped for everything you need

Weather excellent, noisy in the evenings, big hill to climb if you walk back to Granada Park. But in all fairness we are both late 70’s. Youngsters would probably find it fine. We were self catering so lots of walks to town for the restaurants.

Granada park

This apartment is ideally situated in a quite area on the edge of Cristiano's. It's just a €10 euro taxi ride in las America's. On site shop for your daily needs. The apartment has everything you need for a short or long stay. This is our second visit in two years, both times with friends and all very impressed. It will be the same again next year. Thanks Dave and Cheryl who seen us to the apartment.

Lovely Apartment.

The Apartment was lovely, everything was there that you needed, balcony was cracking too, sunny all day long, the pools in the complex were great to, as it happened the pool area was not to full.the weather was absolutely stunning, 10 degrees above the average for the year, we will have no hesitation in booking this apartment in the future, very well kept, you order a Taxi from reception at any time, it's about 4 Euro's into Los Cristianos and about 6 Euro's into playa, all in all this holiday was Excellent made even nicer by having a cracking Apartment.

Excellent apartment

Met immediately by Cheryl who escorted us to this lovely fully equipped apartment that is a true home from home, very clean with excellent furnishings and decor. Always very hot water available and the kitchen has everything needed for your stay. If staying on the complex you will not find in our opinion a better apartment. Wonderful balcony with sun all day long with pool views. As mentioned in previous reviews the complex is situated up a hill, although we are in our 70’s we walk down to the beach and restaurants in the mornings and again in the evening. Would highly recommend.

Great size, layout and clean

Overall this is a great unit within the Granada Park complex overlooking the pool area. The layout of 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms is perfect for sharing. It is kept very nicely and clean. Dave and Cheryl were easy to communicate with What i was expecting to be twin beds however were what i would equate to dormitory cots, which my 60 year old bones found okay for the first week but tough to handle in week two. I also found ear plugs helpful to drown out the noise from an adjacent property every evening. (my negatives are age related but i feel necessary to share) If you are in your 30's or 40's this is a great stay!

Fantastic apartment

Firstly, I want to commend Paul, the owner, on his excellent taste in furnishings. The apartment was like home from home, and had recently been refurbished, and to Dave who was always there when we needed information. The apartment was fabulous, everything we needed for a fantastic break. The complex itself especially the pool area was beautifully maintained, an added benefit for us ladies was the on site beautian, we used her a few times. The restaurants in Los cristanos are by far the best, we used the taxis which are always available outside the complex. The balcony was perfect for outside dining, a wee bit of a squeeze for 4 sun worshipers though, but there are always loungers available at the pool. If you are someone who likes a quiet complex, the entertainment finishes at 11.30. We have recommended this apartment to our friends who have small children as I think this would be the perfect apartment for them. We will definitely be back, we loved it.

Excellent apartment, fantastic and clean pool area everything you could wish for with two teenagers .Very safe and well looked after accommodation, which is spacious and homely, although In our opinion it was much further away from the main areas of Los Cristianos than expected ,if the walk was flat or not at the side of a dual carriageway then this would probably not be an issue . The dropped pin location on the original booking form is misleading and should be amended for future bookings .This does not in any way detract from how nice the apartment is , but we feel it should be mentioned .We feel you should also mention that the complex is mostly full of (all inclusive ) holiday makers so you do feel a little (on the outside of things) .In retrospect the price probably does reflect this but we feel prospective visitors should be informed of this beforehand .Many Thanks.

Beautiful, well equipped apartment

This is a lovely apartment which is superbly equipped with quality items and furnishings. The beds and pillows especially were very comfortable which isn’t always a given we find. The Granada Park complex itself is very nice, always very clean and tidy. It has 2 pools, one smaller and heated, the larger one not heated and therefore a little cold for February! Most guests here are on all inclusive so the bar is set up for this but we had drinks, cocktails etc from there which were cheap. Evening entertainment isn’t the best and is pretty loud til about 10.30 but we weren’t really around the place most evenings anyway. Didn’t bother us but if you want something completely chilled and quiet at night then it might not be for you. The booking process and preparation for arrival was superb and straightforward as well as extremely hospitable in allowing us to check out late on our final day without us even asking. The only downside for us was slightly on location but that’s our own fault for not looking in greater detail exactly where it is. If you want to spill out onto bars and restaurants from your door then this isn’t ideal. It’s a long walk or a short 5-7 euro taxi to most places. Overall we would definitely rate this apartment and complex very highly and have no reservations in recommending it to others, just look very closely at the location to check it’s right for you.
