Great apartment and our host was superb. Close to supermarket and restaurants. Checkout Texas Ribs just down the road. Lovely pool but you have pay for sunbeds and parasols at 6 euros a day but you don't feel guilty about leaving towels on beds all day while your out as you have payed for them. Only downside was noisy residents coming back late and late night revellers out on the street. Overall we still had a lovely time there.

Great stay

Parque Santiago 1 is a great location, apartment was great, Pool was a great temperature, unfortunately no balls or floatables allowed which makes it a little less fun for children in my opinion, but this does make it more peaceful if your looking for a relaxed day by the pool. Shops, supermarkets and the beach all very close would definitely recommend

Our stay was great and our host Ravi was absolutely brilliant on arrival we had an issue with the water he sorted out straightaway also provided us with a fan and did not charge us I would definitely go back

Lovely apartment

This is a great apartment. All on one level. Having an en-suite bathroom off each bedroom was perfect. Sunny balcony all day. Nice & quiet as it is pool view facing. Will definitely stay there again. Thanks for letting us do early check in.

Excellent location and service

Ravi is the manager for this property and was excellent in his communication and the service he provided. We were arriving on the 31st December knowing that getting a taxi from the airport he booked one for our group. I highly recommend booking accommodation the Ravi looks after.

Lovely Apartment

We have stayed around the area many times, this was our first time at Parque Santiago 1. Well equipped with the advantage of all day sun on the balcony in the winter months. Great communications from Ravi, would recommend.

Good location , one or two minor negatives but overall a lovely stay

Best feature of this apt is the sunny balcony which has sun all day . Nice enough apt though a little dated , the back bedroom especially needs a coat of paint and get rid of all the ornaments and silk flowers would make it much fresher . Patio furniture issue raised with the host who will address it before next guests . Would benefit from some info I. Apt as to supermarkets , pharmacy , emergency numbers etc .

lovely property all that we needed we have stayed at this complex before so knew of the check in process, love the complex and the paying for sun beds is actually good because you can get a bed any time of the day without the sunbed dash ,could do with a safe in the apartment for piece of mind the mattress on the double bed is to small so a tendency to catch your shin .these are minor points and we would stay here again .

Wonderful apartment, highly recommended

The apartment is bright and spacious and has a lovely view over the pool area at PS1 from a spacious balcony with table, chairs and sun loungers. Access to the apartment is up a slope within the complex, there are no stairs to negotiate! Ravi, our host, was excellent at communications and the check in process was very simple. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels. It is well situated near to the beach and numerous bars and restaurants. There are 2 supermarkets virtually on the doorstep the best one being Dial Prix just beyond PS2. Would definitely stay again, thank you Ravi.

Excellent stay at PS1

Property is well maintained and close to all amenities, we love walking into Los Cristianos on an evening, just feels a little more Spanish to us and food seems better, it’s literally 10 minutes walk.The complex itself is two bedroom, ideal for us. Everything in it you would require including the two bathrooms which are a huge bonus. Quiet on an evening, didn’t hear one late straggler all week.Pool area is brilliant, love the idea of charging for sunbeds, meant we could wake up at anytime and get a spot anytime. Life guard kept strict control over the area which we again loved. Check in was a breeze although I did have to chase the manager the day before. Sent us a WhatsApp straight away describing position on apt, codes etc.We normally go All inc, but having moody teenagers tried something different and loved it.Only negative for me was there are no toilet doors for a wee bit of privacy.

Lovely complex, apartment perfectly located

Even in early April, we had sun on the Balcony from 10am to late in the evening, which was just lovely. Balcony big enough to eat with a family of 4 and lounge around on the sunloungers. Within 2 min of closing the door, you can be in the pool (deep, saltwater and heated). Plenty of people around the pool only ever a handful in the pool - very friendly environment. Both bedrooms had ensuite facilities and lots of storage room. The 'master bedroom' was very airy and light, the second bedroom a little bit dark and by the evening a little bit stuffy, but there were several fans and lights to improve this. We all slept very well. Kitchen very well stocked with loads of crockery and cutlery, pots and pans. We also had many towels, pool toys, beach mats etc. Definitely enough space for two adults and two teenagers in this appartment. Would certainly not hesitate to book again or recommend to my friends and family. 5*

Great apartment, superb host

This apartment is located in Parque Santiago 1. Right in the heart of Las Americas. On arrival from the airport to the apartment-complex the host was waiting for me and my family to what was a great welcome. The host is very friendly and thoughtfull. We asked for a baby-cot and baby chair upon arrival and both were there in the apartment. The apartment is clean, has nice furniture and is quite spacious for a holiday stay. The host is pro-activly available for anything you need really. 5 star review for a 5 star stay. Will come back in the future.
