I love Trebarwith strand abs have always admired the position of this property. Itâs literally on the beach, amazing and sunsets to die for. The house was very well equipped and set up for our family of 8. We had a fantastic week and will be back
We all had an amazing week at Tredennis, the views and sunsets are spectacular. We had beautiful weather and went on several local walks. Well worth the effort to get to the top of the cliffs. The house was perfect for the 6 of us (3 couples). Liz, the host, was very helpful. Highly recommend
Fantastic spot, good for beach (at low tide), coastal walks, visits to Tintagel, Boscastle, Padstow. And incredible sunsets! Roomy, well furnished and comfortable place in iconic location overlooking the sea, with handy pub next door.
A stunning location staying in the best house in the village
We had a glorious week. The house makes the very most of the location, and having a cuppa in bed looking out at the sparkling Atlantic every morning would be hard to beat anywhere in the world. The sun sets right in front of you every night, if like us you have blue skies every evening. The beach completely disappears at high tide which was luckily in the morning during our stay. So expect to plan your day / week around the tides to maximise your holiday. The port William pub is in a million dollar location opposite the house but short staffed this year- so has awful food and service, so I wouldnât bother eating there - but good for a pre-booked table for a sundowner . We had a perfect week at Tredennis with adults and teen girls very happy indeed mainly thanks to the perfect setting.
We are a family of 5 who loved our stay at Tredennis for a last minute October half term break. The photos do not do justice to how nice the house or location are! The nearby beach is quiet, friendly and great for kids boogie boarding or walks at low tide. The coastal walking track with amazing views and sunsets are just out the door with endless opportunities for walks and sightseeing. Great views from the house of the beach and there is a great pub only 1 minute walk away. We are a Australian / British family and we love the beach, and will definitely hope to return. Highly recommend!
The view from this property is phenomenal. The location could not be bettered. There are two pubs/restaurants within walking distance and it is a short drive to supermarkets. There is a big Tescos at Wadebridge.
The bunk room is a little small and is more suitable for children/young adults rather than older adults.
The kitchen is extremely well stocked with pans and various cooking implements.
The beds are very comfortable and we all slept well.
Overall a great find. We would love to come again.
Four adults stayed in this lovely house. It is very spacious and has everything you need. We cooked in some evenings and ate at the two local pubs, one literally meters away!
The view is fantastic and the house is well positioned for walking in the beautiful surrounding countryside, lazing on the beach (Low tide only) or watching terrific waves crashing on the rocks below. The garden overlooks the cove and is good for sitting in with a glass of wine - weather dependent of course.
There are many places of interest to visit and lovely coastal towns/villages, such as Boscastle, Tintagel, Port Isaac and St Nectanâs Glen. We particularly enjoyed swimming in Bude sea pool.
The shop and cafe opposite serve good pastries and ice cream ( the latter a little expensive but tasty).
We were fortunate in having great weather.
Thank you Liz for a great holiday, one will remember for many years. Hopefully we will come back.
Stunning location with beautiful sea views. Easy access to the beach (and pub). Comfortable and well equipped. Easy booking, excellent communication and smooth arrival arrangements. Highly recommended.
