Situé dans un quartier calme de la zone populaire Praia da Luz ce grand détaché villa climatisée moderne de 3 chambres est une option idéale pour des vacances en famille ou pour des amis qui souhaitent se détendre ensemble. 10 minutes à pied du centre du village de Luz, qui contient beaucoup de merveilleux restaurants et bars locaux. Service régulier de bus fonctionne à la ville historique de Lagos. Marchez sur la Marina, et profiter des nombreux bars et restaurants ou tout simplement déambuler dans les rues étroites intéressants de la ville. Beaucoup aussi pour garder les enfants occupés.
En 2016, nous avons ajouté une extension de la salle à manger et remodelé la cuisine. Aussi la salle de bain principale a été améliorée pour refléter une villa plus moderne. A / Licence 8580

Our Family Holiday

What a fabulous stay. The villa was spotless and very well-equipped. The location was great for accessibility to all the shops, bars and restaurants and the management could not have been more helpful. Definitely on the list for next time.

Excellent Villa in a great location

Fantastic Villa in a really convinient location. The villa was spotlessly clean an the garden area and pool well maintained. The kitchen had everything you need for a stay as well. Close to both Luz and Lagos so plenty of options for eating out as well. Susan kept in touch all the way through the booking to the actual stay itself. Brilliant villa, brilliant owner.

Gorgeous and well planned space

The villa had a lovely feel and we had a very good break as a family. Our grown up daughters loved the little roof terrace and we loved lounging by the pool (we paid extre for heating which was well worth it). Lovely gardens and BBQ area. Wonderful seaview. Easy walk to the beach and shops...and the walk back was good exercise.

Superb in every way

Beautiful villa located in a quiet residential area. Superbly equipped both inside and outside with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Several outside areas with gorgeous comfortable seating to relax either in the sun or under cover with the many parasols provided. Opting to have the pool heated added to the luxury. Cannot wait to return!

Fantastic villa

We had a great time at Susan’s villa. The villa was immaculate on arrival and was very well equipped (there’s even buckets and spades to take the beach for little ones - very thoughtful). The villa is very spacious including all rooms. Location of the villa was exactly what we were looking for - it’s in a very quiet and peaceful residential park of Luz, you can easily walk into Luz. We loved that the pool was heated and salt water as opposed to chlorinated.Thank you so much Susan! If we return to the Algarve, we know where to stay :)

Wonderful Luz Holiday

Wonderful villa with fabulous outside space and heated pool! Quiet location, just a little walk into the town but may need a car depending on age. We would definately use this again. One small note would be a slightly softer pillow or choice of softer pillow and a clothes horse for drying towels etc! Thanks for the holiday. Hannah

Maybe it was moved or not noticed. Thank you for the comment on the pillows. We always have a few extra ones in the wardrobes in each room but I must check them again for softness. Susan

Gorgeous villa, fabulous pool and great location

We have just returned from a 12 night stay in Casa Shiron with our three children. We had a great holiday in this gorgeous villa. All the rooms and bathrooms are nicely presented with most rooms leading out onto a lovely outside area overlooking the pool. The kids spent hours in the pool. There is a lot of lovely outdoor seating for relaxing. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to two shops that do fresh rolls and pastries in the morning. Also very close to a lovely promenade and beach. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back again. Many thanks Susan and Gerry for a lovely stay in your beautiful villa.

Not a bad word!

Honestly the best time! This villa was amazing. Bigger than we thought and a great outdoor space. I love that the pool was on a different level as it meant our nearly 3 year old could be on the patio without a fear of her falling in. (There are steps down to the pool either end of the patio) lots of outdoor space and different seating and dining areas. The aircon was a great bonus the last couple of nights and I loved that each room has electric shutters over the windows and patio doors which meant we could make our little ones room pitch black. I cannot fault anything about this place and would love to return at some point

Exactly what it said 'on the tin'. An amazing villa with full facilities, great pool and loads of seating areas outside. Full facilities with the kitchen having all you'll ever need. In our 2 week stay cleaner came twice and all towels changed regularly. Access to the owner was second to none and nothing was too much trouble. If I could give it 6 stars I would. Already booked again for 2024.

A superb villa

A lovely villa just a 10 walk from the beach and restaurants. It resides in a quiet and secluded area with similar villas surrounding it. It commands a large area so we had lots of lovely space to chill. Outside space is top notch with great outside furniture. The pool is a good size and is maintained very well making for a pleasant area to swim and enjoy the sun. Inside is immaculately clean with cool areas and added air conditioning if needed. Beds are comfy and the villa has all mod cons. Communication is superb, friendly and nothing is a problem. All on all a great place to be and a wonderful base to explore the Algarve or just enjoy Luz.

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in dieser aussergewöhnlich schönen Villa verbracht. Es war alles sehr sauber. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Garten mit Grillplatz und Pool ist traumhaft und auch weit in den Spätsommer hinein angenehm nutzbar. Die Gastgeber haben einen tolle Sammlung von Büchern über Aktivitäten in der Umgebung wie zum Beispiel Wandern oder Vogelbeobachtung.Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und gastfreundlich. Die Kommunikation über digitale Medien war immer sehr einfach und schnell.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung hervorragend ausgestattet mit einer sehr schönen Außenanlage und schönem Pool. Auch Ende September noch warm genug. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort ca 10 min entfernt zum Stand ca 15 min. Ansonsten mit dem Auto in ca 10 min in Lagos.

Fantastic Holiday

Susan & Gerald’s Villa is fantastic and had everything we needed for a great family holiday. Communication with Susan was easy and very prompt, the recommendation to have the pool heated was the best advice, our granddaughters never wanted to get out! Walking distance to the village and beach, would recommend a car for trips to the supermarket and exploring the beautiful coastline. We will definitely be returning.

Ideal villa for 6 adults + a baby

We were in Luz for a tennis and golf week and chose to rent our own villa rather than take the apartments on offer and we were so pleased we did. There was loads of space for 6 adults and a baby, plenty of equipment and lots of different spots in the garden. Would definitely book it if we came again.
