Cette villa moderne avec piscine privée chauffée et jardin mature a été construite en 2007 et dispose d'un salon / salle à manger décloisonné contemporain offrant une vue imprenable et donnant sur une terrasse avec barbecue et coin repas intégrés. Il est idéalement situé à mi-chemin entre le centre de la vieille ville de Lagos, à 20 minutes à pied, et la plage de Porto do Mos, et à quelques pas d'un supermarché InterMarche local et de restaurants.

Family get away

Excellent villa pool and garden fantastic and a good location for town and beaches. We have stayed in this villa twice now we love it so much .

Lovely villa in good location

Spacious villa was exactly as described. Lovely garden and pool area. It’s about 20 mins into Lagos which we found walkable and also about same to lovely beach. Close to big supermarket. We enjoyed bbqs on the lovely patio.

Wonderful property and perfectly located.

The property is located minutes drive from the old part of Lagos. There are multiple parking lots with reasonable prices for parking we utilized. The house met and exceeded our expectations and provided a great launching pad for exploring the area. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area.

Lovely Villa

We had a great stay in what is a lovely villa and outside space/pool. Only issue was some noisy construction work nearby for 3 days of our stay. But this did not stop us having a great time. Good supermarket around 10min walk and 20min walk into the old town. Would definitely recommend.

Repeat booking

Having stayed here in September 2022 I had no qualms about staying again in May 2023. All the family enjoyed it, especially my 2 year old granddaughter who had a fab time in the pool. Hopefully the villa will be available again in 2024 should we return for another dose of Lagos. Great communication with the owner and well looked after by Lauren from the agency.

A very nice villa. Would book it again…. If we would mention some negativ points it would be the area with a lot of house building noise. Due to the fact that we were out several times, it doesn’t matter so much. 25 min to the town are okay, but you have to walk uphill on the way back ;-) Pool could be deeper (80-120cm)

Fabulous!!

We truly loved the villa. Amazing design, space and light. Super having pull closed mosquito netted doors in the bedrooms. The garden was stunningly planted with mature palms, cacti and plants. A huge and well stocked Intermarche was a short drive or 10 mins walk away and the beaches (varied and all lovely) 25 mins walk or quick drive away. We had fabulous meals in restaurants and we put the built in outside BBQ to good use too.

A backyard oasis and comfortable stay in bustling Lagos

We loved how convenient this place was located, the backyard was amazing and well maintained. Water pressure was great, we truly lived like we lived here! 5 minutes from multiple different beaches and tons of restaurants to choose from in Old town Lagos. We also bbqed and cooked a few meals comfortable at the house! It was very quiet and safe, slept great with the black out automatic blinds! Only thing would recommend is to provide beach towels and pool/beach toys for the kids. We left the set we bought!

Fantastic villa

Such a lovely villa. Pool was fantastic. So much space and really easy to relax in the garden. Games room basement a real hit with the kids. I loved the covered outdoor BBQ and seating area. Location was great. Not too far to walk to the old town for food. Really recommend this as a place to stay.

Tolle Unterkunft für Familie mit (Klein-)Kindern

Unsere vierköpfige Familie mit zwei Kindern (6 und 3 Jahre alt) hat den Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen. Diese befindet sich zwar unweit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, bietet einem aber dennoch genug Abstand, um in Ruhe Garten & Pool genießen zu können. Zudem sind viele tolle Ausflugsziele wie Sagres, der Praia do Zavial, der Praia da Amoreira, Loulé oder Monchiquie nur maximal eine 3/4 Stunde Fahrtzeit entfernt. Auch das Haus wusste uns zu überzeugen. Es ist sehr modern, gut ausgestattet und äußerst geräumig. Einzig beim Check-in gab es Schwierigkeiten, da unsere Reservierung aufgrund eines Missverständnisses mit dem Vermieter nicht für den eigentlichen Anreisetag berücksichtigt wurde. Nach unserem Anruf wurden wir jedoch umgehend an der Villa in Empfang genommen und diese innerhalb von zwei Stunden auf Vordermann gebracht. Darüber hinaus hat uns der Vermieter für unsere Unannehmlichkeiten das erste Abendessen in der Altstadt spendiert. Eine tolle Geste, die wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Great modern villa

This a very well presented modern open plan villa. Located in a quiet residential area the villa is a perfect place to relax. 10 minute walk gets you to the local Intermarche supermarket and the centre of Lagos is 10 minutes away in taxi (7-8 euros). I was very pleased I chose this villa.

Wonderful Villa

This is a lovely villa - well designed and proportioned for ideal family living. It’s location is in a very quiet close, yet only a short walk into Lagos Old Town. It all made for a perfect holiday.

Fabulous holiday!

This villa was perfect. The pictures don’t do it justice! The grounds were beautiful, decent size pool, well equipped kitchen. Added bonus of the games room downstairs for older kids. Beautiful sunset views from the balcony. Walkable distance into town, all in all a fabulous holiday, thank you.

A lovely relaxing stay

We have just returned from a lovely stay at this villa. We were met on our arrival and everything explained to us. There was a nice welcome pack which was much appreciated. The villa is well situated, walkable into Lagos although as we had younger children so we often got a taxi home which was easy and not expensive. The villa itself had everything we could wish for…we really enjoyed the pool area and made use of the bbq. The owner was really accommodating and helpful with any questions we had. Thank you for a lovely holiday…we only wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful villa in great location

We were a family of 6 (kids 3,9,11,12) and stayed Aug 2021. The property was perfect. Very spacious, modern, comfortable, in a quiet area with all the things you needed for a family stay. We typically had breakfast and lunch at the villa and ate out at night. There is a large supermarket within 7 min walk which made it very easy to walk to buy whatever we needed each day. The kitchen has all you need to cook. Lagos town is walkable, downhill on the way in, but taxis were readily available and only cost 6 euro for the 6 of us. I would recommend getting a taxi back to avoid the uphill. The pool area is very private with a lovely garden, and the pool is a decent size. Worth noting that the deep end is not very deep (our 9 year old could stand in the deep end), but that was a positive for us as made it safer for the kids and we could move around the whole pool with our 3 year old, not just confined to shallow part. Just make sure nobody tries to dive in. Table tennis and darts in basement also a positive. As others said the pictures don't do justice. Would highly recommend.

A piscina aquecida estava espectacular, vale a pena o preço extra, mesmo com vento e temperatura mais baixa, podemos disfrutar dela a todas as horas. A casa é muito espaçosa e o espaço exterior está bem cuidado e tem muita privacidade. Danny foi muito atencioso, deu todas as informações necessárias. Espero poder voltar para o ano.

Loved it!

We spent an amazing two weeks here and did not want to leave.......the villa has everything you need or want and it is impossible not to relax! The pool and garden are awesome. Fab place.....

Beautiful villa

This is a lovely villa in a quiet residential area about 15 / 20 minute walk from the town centre. The amenities if the villa are excellent, pots, pans, glasses, cutlery are all in abundance. The outside BBQ was perfect and the heated pool was lovely given our stay was late October. My only criticism is that the towels, bath towels and pool towels were tiny,

Spotlessly clean well equipped villa. Even the pictures don’t show how lovely this place really is.

The villa is spotlessly clean and feels very new. Beautiful inside and out. Good sized pool and good loungers, with plenty of shade if you want it and a good quality wind out awning. A very peaceful area but walkable to Porto de Mos beach and even into Lagos if you fancy a walk, roughly 25 minutes to town. You do need a car for supermarket visits, plenty of parking outside the villa. There are electric shutters and mosquito screens in every room which made us feel very safe with a new baby. We arrived quite late at night and Danny met us with a welcome pack and a very good intro to the villa amenities. The red wine was a welcome arrival drink to sit out by the pool before retiring to our lovely cool room. All rooms are air conditioned. There is a fabulous huge area downstairs which we didn’t need to use but great for a larger group/older children etc. We would definitely rent this villa again.

Great villa and pool

Great property in quiet residential area. The villa has a beautiful garden, lovely swimming pool and large, sunny, patio areas. It is a 15 or 20 minute walk to the centre of Lagos or 5 or 6 Euro taxi ride. Large and well stocked intermarche supermarket is about 5 minutes walk. We had a great week at the property and would highly recommend
