L'appartement dispose d'une cuisine moderne équipée et la salle a été ouvert pour créer un superbe cuisine / salle à manger / salon tirer le maximum de la vue. Il ya des portes-fenêtres donnant sur le jardin et une terrasse avec barbecue et confortable mobilier de jardin en teck. 4 chambres et 3 salles de bains complètent l'ensemble. Les meubles ont été choisis avec goût pour refléter l'espace lumineux et moderne et, surtout, ils sont extrêmement confortables. Eh bien équipés et nous avons essayé de penser à tout ce que vous aurez besoin pour rendre votre séjour aussi relaxant que possible. Les vues sur l'estuaire de Camel sont fantastiques et avec la marée en constante évolution, vous pouvez passer des heures en appréciant la vue sur la mer. Beau Vista doit vraiment être l'un des meilleurs endroits pour séjourner à Padstow. L'appartement est entièrement chauffé et compris dans le prix, ainsi que le linge de lit et les serviettes en coton égyptien.

Lovely!

We’ve had a lovely stay at Beauvista, the views from the property are wonderful, such a peaceful location, but only a brief walk into Padstow and only minutes from the Camel trail. Very comfortable, question is excellently equipped. And the customer service from Cornish Seaview Cottages was first class. Thank you!

Beautiful view

The view from the property is fabulous but sadly you have to walk up quite a steep hill to get to it, which was fine for us but not for the grandparents. The property is a little tired and could benefit from upgrading.

Well located flat

Beau Vista is a lovely flat and we have stayed there many times over the years. We love the views and the sunrises, the warmth and comfort, the comfy beds and seating areas. As always, the showers are at best mediocre and are the only weak point in a beautiful flat. We had a lovely stay.

Lovely view!

We have stayed here many times before and love the location and size of the property. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and plenty of space for a large group. The property is starting to show a bit of wear in places and a few things need some attention. Despite this it is a great holiday location.

Lovely stay overall

First impressions on approach to property were disappointing paintwork and front area need some attention. Inside the property is huge, lovely and clean and well equipped. Bathrooms are functional but again would benefit from an update. Views from lounge and 3 bedrooms are stunning and location to Padstow is perfect - however be advisable to mention it is hilly to walk into town & back for those with reduced mobility, like my husband. We had a fabulous week. Only one issue with apartment above shower overflowing and coming through bedroom ceiling . I did call the caretaker who offered to send someone round promptly however issue resolved itself and it didn't really impact us.

Superb property...

Great place to stay. Fantastic facility and a great “social” apartment if there are a few of you. Only downside is for an apartment that sleeps 8-10 there are only two parking spaces, one of which is in a garage which is tiny. The smallest car we had with us only just fitted in there and the driver had to crawl out through the tailgate after we had unloaded the car. He couldn’t open his or passenger doors. This was a BMW X2 so not a big car by any means.

Spacious and well appointed property with good views to the estuary.

The property lived up to the details on the website and we enjoyed a pleasant week. The bedrooms, kitchen and living area were all clean and to a good standard. The welcome pack was a nice gesture which we appreciated. Parking in Padstow is very limited but it is possible to walk to the town centre which we were able to do. The only downsides to our stay were: - 1. The parking arrangements - Although we knew that only two spaces were provided, as we were 10 in number and had arrived from different parts of the country finding places to leave extra cars was difficult. 2. The climb up from the property to the main road was very steep and not good for elderly or those with physical impairment. 3. The noise from the first floor property was rather excessive as there was constant sound of what appeared to be people running about. Also there was the sound of what appeared to be a tumble dryer or washing machine operating in the room above one of the ground floor bedrooms. This is probably due to inadequate sound proofing. 4. The facilities for dealing with general rubbish and recyclable materials was vey poor and although we tried to observe the instructions there was so much recyclable and inadequate containers to recycle effectively. The occupants of the first floor property were very friendly and we have no criticism of them.

Tolle Wohnung in Padstow

Sehr, sehr große, schöne Wohnung. Große Terrasse mit Garten. Sehr gepflegt. Ruhige Lage in einer Sackgasse. Schöner Blick auf den Fluss. Freundlicher Besitzer. Etwas hellhörig, wenn jmd. in der oberen Wohnung geht.

Beau Vista Apartment

Great apartment, clean, well appointed, fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. Stayed for a week with our daughters & their partners so the large lounge worked well and the views are amazing. The garden and terrace are incredibly peaceful & there are plenty of chairs & tables. The short walk into Padstow means that you don’t need to use the car. The only downside was that the WiFi had a very weak signal and kept cutting out. Excellent apartment in a brilliant location made for a fantastic holiday- thank you so much & we will be back!

Stunning !!

An overall stunning and beautiful decorated apartment ideal for families or groups of friends wishing to travel around cornwall whilst being based in the idyllic historic fishing town of padstow. Absolutely fantastic Apartment. Will definitely be back :)

Beau Vista, Padstow - See below.

Overall very happy. Apartment light, bright, very clean, spacious and well-equipped. Parking wasn't easy and best achieved by parking second/third car in Sarah's Lane. Bearing in mind there were only two people occupying the flat above, noise travelled a lot - ie TV, footfalls and dish washer. Knowing Padstow well, access to town was fine and location suited our overall requirements for the week. Jackie's support was very good.

Lovely comfortable, clean, spacious flat in a great location

We stayed here at the start of October and had a wonderful time. The flat was large and spacious and had everything we needed including the most comfortable beds, plenty of hot water and heating when needed. It was great for my elderly mother who has limited mobility. We really enjoyed the view up the estuary and being able to walk into Padstow (which took about 10 minutes) though a bit of a push back up with a wheelchair. We would definitely come back. Very good value for money.

Very spacious, clean and good position

Beau vista was a great apartment to stay. The location was excellent and very quiet. It was spacious and had every kitchen machine you could possibly need. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Lovely apartment and location

8 of us stayed for my husbands 40th birthday weekend break. He wanted to be within walking distance of the harbour and the location was perfect for us. The apartment was clean and well equipped and the large living area worked well for our group. Beautiful views and good value. Would definitely stay again if we return to beautiful Padstow.

Fantastic deceptively large apartment

The property was slightly undersold with its description. It was clean, well equipped and ver spacious. House keeper made contact before arrival and everything was ready for our early arrival. Definitely recommend
