Situé dans l'ancien village de Santa Barbara de Nexe, cette joliment architecturé, villa toit de tuiles en terre cuite offre trois chambres et tout le luxe et le confort attendus par ses propriétaires, leurs familles, amis et invités. Une piscine privée avec une grande terrasse wrap-around éclairé entouré de jardins paysagers et irriguées qui évoquent un sentiment de tranquillité accueilli. La villa est orientée vers le sud en direction de la mer avec une vue à couper le souffle sur les collines de l'Algarve à l'ouest et au nord. La chambre des maîtres au deuxième étage offre sud et à l'ouest face à un balcon avec vue séduisantes de la mer. Une deuxième terrasse est situé à l'arrière de la villa et aménagé avec des palmiers natif, oliviers et de citronniers, des plantes et des fleurs et un point focal est le barbecue classique portugais offrant un lieu pour pratiquer les arts culinaires. Les repas sont servis sur une table en teck au design unique pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. Un portail privé ouvre sur une allée fournissant stationnement en tandem pour 2 voitures.

This was a marvelous Vacation

We had a beautiful house and a nice location. It was quiet and out of the tourism. We liked it very much. The Agency was helpful and always reachable. We will come back!

Great Family stay

Wonderful stay at a great Villa. We were met by the lovely Silvia . Villa was beautiful and finished to a very high standard, could not fault it . It was exactly what we wanted with peaceful and quiet surroundings . Santa Barbara de Nexe is a very small town but had a couple of nice restaurants and grocery store with everything you would need just a short walk from the Villa . Faro and Loulé were an easy drive or Uber away as was Mar shopping Mall and Designer outlet. We all loved our time here and will be back !

Quiet retreat

If you want to get away from it all. This is the villa for you. Situated on the outside of the village. A short walk to a supermarket, village shop, an Italian , fish restaurant, Portuguese bar and traditional food, a church. All perfect if you want to stay in a village . The villa was of a high standard , a kitchen that had everything you needed to cook a fabulous meal. The pool and poolside furniture tasteful . You will be very comfortable here. We never used the barbecue in the back of the property as the weather was too hot. We tended to eat inside with air conditioning. We did have a car and familiar with the Algarve so we were able to go to the beaches and towns. A perfect base.

Simply perfect!

Casa da Phoeba is an amazing villa and we are so grateful for finding it and spending two wonderful weeks there. Everything from the garden furniture to the kitchen appliences are high quality. The house itself is spacious and comfy and the garden with the pool area is lovely. But what really makes a difference is the care the owners has put into making it a home and providing a great experience; Spotlessly clean upon arrival you immediately relax and feel at home. All the manuals in one place, great binder with instructions and tips, newly sharpened kitchen knives etc etc. You have everything you need for a great vacation - and then some. The location is superb, very quiet and relaxing yet a only short stroll from the village where you find a couple of restaurants, shops and a supermarket. Laura was great and very quick to respons when we had a couple of questions. Overall it felt like a perfect blend of a luxury resort and your own home. We were sad to leave and would love to come back!

Maison impeccable rien à dire mais environnement très brouillant

Maison encore mieux que sur les photos emplacement propreté irréprochable équipement aux top !juste beaucoup de travaux autour et les maisons sont très proches les unes des autres les cries des enfants et la musique pas très reposant . donc pour le calme c’était pas ça Dommage sinon c’était un endroit parfait

Une jolie maison avec une hôte très réactive, merci encore. Piscine un peu froide du à la position de la maison mais logement propre et agréable surtout le salon de jardin où nous avons passé la plus grande partie de notre temps

maison confortable, très agréable dans un quartier calme proche de tout. Seul bémol la panne du frigo mais Laura s'est démenée pour nous trouver des solutions.

A wonderful location for our holiday

This property exceeded our expectations and is probably even nicer and more spacious than the photos suggest. It has a lovely pool and terrace as well as barbeque area to the rear of the house. The interior is spacious and tastefully equiped, with no shortage of anything you might need during your stay. It's within walking distance to the village, which has a few restaurants and snack bars as well as a small supermarket. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and it was a shame we could only stay for a week. Let's hope we can make it for longer next time! Thank you

Luxurious 5 Star Villa - Absolutely loved it!

This villa is a must for the perfect family holiday - absolutely spotless and excellently presented. The pool is a great size and was well used by energetic teenagers! Luxurious patio furniture was well used by not so energetic adults! The neighbourhood is fantastically quiet and added to the relaxation. The village, which is a two minute walk away, has all the amenities you need and the locals are very friendly. Laura the owner is extremely helpful and responds to correspondence very promptly, and ensured that eveything ran smoothly from start to finish. Deposit was returned within a few days of returning. Would definitely return to this villa and highly recommend it. Big thanks to Laura for giving us the perfect holiday!

Beautiful villa and central location

The villa is set just outside a lovely / friendly village, and is very private, facilities are excellent, all you need for a family break. We had a car and planned to drive to various places to visit, which is a must is you want to see some more of Portugal; but if you are happy to chill out, sun bathe and enjoy a BBQ, then you will just need yourselves and a bag. The villa is immaculate and kept very well, Victoriya (the lady who looks after the villa locally) is lolvey and on hand with any information you may require. An excellent choice for our family, it made a good holiday, a wonderful one.

BRILLIANT

We stayed at this beautiful villa from 14/08 - 21/08, it had everything and a lot more then we needed. Furnishings etc were of an exceptional high standard, it was in walking distance of local bars/supermarket etc.. Viktoria met us there on arrival and lived next door if we needed help. The owner Laura was very quick at answering emails, my only problem was getting breakages deposit back, that took 3 weeks, but that was not Laura's fault, as its paid back directly from Owner's Direct! Thank you Laura.

Amazing villa!

An amazing villa in a peaceful location that truly is a home from home. The owner Laura and property manager Viktoria could not have been more helpful. The villa is furnished to an exceptionally high standard and the facilities are fantastic. We had a wonderful time and would return without hesitation. Perfect for an amazing family holiday.

Our wonderful holiday

We would like to thank Laura for our wonderful holiday at Casa de Pheba. The villa surpassed our expectations, the photos don't do it justice. The villa is beautifully furnished and decorated, well equipped, Laura had thought of everything and more. Prior to arriving Laura answered all queries and requests promptly, giving us directions and instructions for arrival. The villa is very well maintained and spotlessly clean. The grounds and pool too are equally maintained and clean. We had a peaceful, relaxing holiday spending two weeks relaxing by the pool, enjoying the odd glass of wine on the balcony watching the sunset. Our three children (14, 9 and 7) loved the villa, we awoke to the sound of them jumping in the pool each morning. The villa is location is quiet and peaceful. However it is within walking distance to the village, where there are several restaurants and two supermarkets. There was plenty of activities such as water parks, and go karting within driving distance for the children. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend the villa, we will definitely return.

Our fervent hope is that our beautifully appointed villa will provide our families, friends and guests with same sense of well-being we so enjoy.

Attracted by the ideal climate and culture of the Algarve, we traveled to southern Portugal in 2012 viewing several properties in the hope of finding a villa in a location that offered all the amenities but without the numbing noise and meaningless bustle so prevalent in today's world. We found our gem in the ancient village of Santa Barbara de Nexe.
