amazing location and home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is in a nice quiet spot in Cayman Kai. It had a little pool for our kids to swim and the dock was perfect for hanging out fishing etc. The house has great AC and each bedroom has its own unit. The screened areas are super fun for meals and hanging out. We will be back!

Home away from home

We had a wonderful time here. Had everything you need to make it a home away from home. Very comfortable, clean and relaxing. Plenty of sitting areas, loved the hammock. Great communication from the property manager. All very helpful if there was a need. Will definitely be back if I visit Grand Cayman again. Thanks.

Relax in Paradise

Sea Magic is fabulous. This is the location if your family likes low-key, relaxing vacations. We spent two weeks enjoying the house, the kayaks, and Bioluminescent Bay. Enjoyed, memorable vacation

Clean house and more than enough space for our family. The backyard beachfront bioluminescent bay was a nightly kayaking treat. Most things to do on the island (Stingrays, starfish, Botanical Garden, Crystal Cave) is closer to Rums Point, so shorter drives/boat rides. Also recommend renting a car, and Hurleys grocery delivery.

Very relaxed

We loved our time at Grand Cayman. Crazy how you can be 7 miles away via water and yet it takes an hour to get to most places. We lived the bedrooms and the use of the kayaks and the little pool. Great vacation!

Great Property Great Stay

If you want a quiet place to stay, away from the Commerical and Touristy Seven Mile Beach - then this is the place. The home is well constructed and designed and as described on the listing. ground floor and upper level balconies to look out at the sunrise and sunset over the bioluminescence bay. Very peaceful and serene and ample space to entertain if you so desire. Judy was very responsive. Will definitely stay here again.

Great property for 2 adults and 2 kids (12 and 16)

Really nice villa on Bio Bay. Great launching off point for a day trip by charter boat to snorkeling, stingrays, etc. Be sure to rent bikes and a third kayak before you come if you have 4 people - really easy to do through emptysuitcases.com. Also stop at the grocery store along the way if staying more than a few nights and want to cook in. We'll be back!

Winter getaway

My family and I spent 10 days at this beautiful property. It is in a quiet neighborhood perfect for relaxation. The property is as advertised. It was clean and very well appointed. We had an issue with the water heater but the property manager had it resolved in about an hour. I can't wait to return to Cayman and I would stay at this property again.

Perfect quiet getaway

This was the perfect quiet getaway my husband and I were looking for. The house is in a beautiful location & we were able to see the bioluminescence in the lagoon right out front. We brought our paddle boards with us and enjoyed those on the calm waters just off the private beach. We also snorkeled. Enjoyed coffee on the beach, the dunk pool/hot tub and amazing weather. Beautifully decorated, comfortable home. We hope to return again soon!

Paradise on Grand Cayman

We had a wonderful experience at Sea Magic on Grand Cayman. The property is everything described in the listing and more. Perfectly located at the open end of Bioluminescence Bay, the vistas and water activities were awesome. The two kayaks provided were a big plus. Janice from Cayman Villas was very helpful and answered all our questions. The house is beautifully decorated and the floor plan is very comfortable. The Rum Point area is very mellow and has a very private, non-touristy feel. We can’t wait to come back to Sea Magic!

Awesome location. Very nice house.

The only reason that we did not give the property a five star review was the construction next door and the inability to control the air conditioning. Also, there was no pool, just a very large hot tub which was great once we got the heater working (24 hour delay). We loved the place and would stay again. The checkin process could be much easier using technology.

Amazing stay!

Beautiful property located right on Bio Bay and very close to Rum Point and Starfish Island. My parents and I took the available kayaks out on Bio Bay each night and saw bioluminescence every evening! We also took the kayaks to Rum Point and Starfish Island where we did see starfish! We enjoyed this part of the island and were very happy we stayed here versus seven mile beach area. We did rent a car and drove the entire island during our stay and saw many beaches. All were beautiful, Bio Bay is just calmer and quieter. Almost all tours head to the places we were able to see on our own each day. We took the Cayman Ferry taxi to Camana Bay from Kaibo (just anround the corner from Sea Magic) and that was a nice little boat trip across the island. Judy, the property manager was great with responding to questions. It was a wonderful stay and I hope to stay at Sea Magic again!

Cayman at its Best!

We absolutely loved staying at the sea magic home. It was located wonderfully in Cayman Kai so it had very much a neighborhood community feel. The property felt like it was our home for the week. It had everything we needed, and the property manager Judy was wonderful to deal with. We have been coming to Grand Cayman since 91 on our honeymoon, and slowly we have transitioned from 7 mile Island to the run point area because of the relaxing feel and less crowds. It’s like you have the beach all to yourself at the sea magic. We enjoyed the kayaks and the dipping pool every day. We will be planning another return trip and staying here again!

Relaxing family getaway

We had a wonderful and relaxing beach getaway at Sea Magic. It’s a beautiful home with a fresh beach feel. It’s location in the bay feels private and peaceful. We loved kayaking in the bay and the beautiful views.The upside down jelly fish kept us from snorkeling like we had hoped. There was a red starfish that hung around the dock and Rum Point was just down the road to catch a boat out for snorkeling or other water activities. We loved Kaibo! We liked making day trips to Seven Mile beach (about an hour drive) and then coming home to the privacy of Sea Magic. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Just as great the second time

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had another lovely stay at Sea Magic. The house is on a quiet dead end street in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay, which was mostly just peace and quiet. We timed it perfectly for an amazing bioluminescent display. Having two kayaks was great and we were able to get to the reef a few times for some snorkeling. The “mini stingray city” down past Rum Point is always fun to pet the rays. If we have a choice it will always be Sea Magic. And dinner at Tukka’s of course

Wonderful stay near Rum Point

We really enjoyed staying in this house during our short visit. It was very close to Rum Point. We did a great snorkel from Cayman Kai Beach to Rum Point & Starfish Point. We could see the tour boats out at Stingray City...they looked pretty far, but it was a beautiful day, so we decided to try taking the kayak from the house out there. It took about 45 minutes each way (~2.25 miles each way)...it was great. We also tried to see the bioluminescent bay one night on the kayak, but it's dependent on the moon cycle, so we didn't have great luck with that. We enjoyed a sunset dinner at Over The Edge. Would love to go back and stay at Sea Magic again!
