Une merveilleuse villa de luxe avec piscine, meublée au plus haut niveau, à 2 minutes à pied de la marina animée et colorée avec une gamme de cafés et bars en front de mer et un plus grand complexe de la piscine de l'Orada Apartments. Avec vue sur la colline à gauche et à droite, dans une rue bordée d'arbres tranquilles. Grande enveloppe autour du jardin avec piscine en forme de L avec gazon et terrasse, salle à manger extérieure et barbecue. Cinq chambres (quatre ensuite), immense salon et salle à manger. Grande salle de jeux avec sous-sol avec table de billard et table de football et tennis de table. Télévision avec Sky et Playstation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. The quality of the accommodation was excellent, lots of lovely details and fixtures and fittings were great quality. We love cooking and entertaining and were away with another family so made the most of the outdoor kitchen and there was a serving dish for every occasion. The kitchen is so well stocked with crockery! The games room was an added bonus as we had a couple of chilly nights so nice to be in the warm! The area is nice and quiet and only a few mins walk to the marina which has lots of restaurants and bars. Uber was great, we used it loads for food shops, trips around the area there is no need to hire a car as it’s so reasonable. Overall a great stay, this villa is a gem! Must visit again!

We had a lovely week stay. The villa suited all our requirements and different age groups.It was very secluded, yet very close to the marina and restaurants..The only small issue we had was that the pool needed cleaning.

Lovely property but needs maintenance. It was very expensive for the problems we had. It wasn't ready when we arrived supposed to be ready at 4 they were still cleaning at 6:30pm. Doesn't have a table tennis table as advertised. Can only use half the BBQ. Broken pool lights, some shutters didn't work, broken glass on top of sideboard. One of the double beds had bent/broken legs so had to change bedroom to sleep. Empty parasol holder by the pool. Told it broke 2 years ago and not replaced so what's the point in the holder so being there. Holes in parasol over the external dining table. Lots of tiles coming off in the swimming pool.

We absolutely loved staying at your villa, so close to the marina. The games room is amazing, we had so much fun playing pool down there. Very well equipped. Stunning pool, we were in the pool every day.

We enjoyed our visit and the house was overall lovely and met our needs in a great location. The game room was a nice bonus to help escape the heat. We have returned for a 2nd year to our favourite Portuguese villa.The villa is very well equipped; it feels luxurious and spacious and we had another wonderful holiday. The games room and pool were especially enjoyed by the children and teenagers in our party! It is perfectly situated so that is is in a quiet location with a short walk to the Marina. Our Favourite restaurants are Tasca Portuguese on the Marina and Indian Ocean in New Town.We would highly recommend the villa and we hope to return again next year.

Wonderful and relaxing stay

We were a group of 9 adults and a baby visiting for a wedding. The layout of the house was fantastic and with many bedrooms and bathrooms allowed for space and privacy for our group. We loved sitting outside and by the pool. The house was truly was an oasis from the busy town. Beverly also accommodated us to have a shorter booking which was very much appreciated.

I spent a week with family at Beverley’s stunning villa and can’t recommend it enough.Check-in process We were greeted by Joao despite it being after 11pm. He quickly showed us round and demonstrated everything the villa had to offer.FacilitiesThere is everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The pool is excellent, a really nice size for the number of guests. And the various seating areas bring some welcome shade! The basement makes for a great entertainment space, we enjoyed the pool table very much! The kids also loved hanging out down there.RoomsWe found all the rooms spacious but with mixed reviews in regards to the beds. The two main upstairs bedrooms beds felt quite flimsy and were quite noisy. The only slight negative we had during our stay.LocationThe villa is ideally located within the marina area of Albufeira where there are some bars and restaurants, they aren’t the best in terms of quality but do the job in a pinch. Albufeira old town is only a 15/20 minute walk away where there are an abundance of amazing restaurants.All in all we absolutely loved our stay here and certainly wouldn’t hesitate in booking again!

All you need plus a little extra

Beautifully kept property. Well appointed. Loved the pool area and games room. More air conditioners than you’ll ever need! Property manager was great. Location was excellent with shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Made for a wonderful vacation for 3 generations of our family. We would definitely recommend this lovely home.

Definitely a 5 star villa. As a family of mixed ages it was everything we wanted. The owners have put a lot of thought into it and it catered for everything. The photos show exactly what you get. The marina and a small grocery shop are a short walk and we even found a lift just before the roundabout which was ideal as one of our party was disabled. Duncan and Bev couldn't have been more helpful. Hopefully we'll be able to return again. A great holiday

Idyllic villa in Albufeira

The villa is extremely roomy, with masses of individual spaces both in and outdoors. You want for absolutely nothing - the furnishings are of a very high standard and is brilliantly equipped with more than enough crockery, glasses, utensils. Choice of in or outdoor cooking and dining spaces is wonderful. Wonderful holiday

We have just finished a weeks stay at the villa and we had the best time. The house is stunning, the swimming pool was immaculate and a great size, and the outdoor kitchen / bbq area / pergolas were perfect for us to all eat together as a group. The location is fantastic, very close to the marina and a short taxi ride to bigger supermarkets and other attractions like water parks. We were so sad to leave and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to others, we would love to return again in the future. Without a doubt, the nicest villa we've stayed in 😊

A great space!

The property was great for a mixed group of friends and family with plenty of space for us all. The villa had everything we needed for a perfect stay. A great location too. Agree with a previous review about mats needed for the pool for little ones running around. But that’s the only niggle we had. Thank you for having us. We had a great holiday.

Perfect!

As a family of adults meeting up, this was the perfect villa. Had everything we needed with lots of extras! Perfect location within walking distance to the marina. Loads of choice of restaurants for every meal, easy(ish depending on temp!) walking route to the old town! Great communication from Beverly and Joao who made everything just right for us! Amazing

From tbe minute we arrived and greeted by Joao to show us arround the villa and explain the various appliances etc, the rest of the stay was simply wonderful. We had intentions to go and explore the surrounding areas of the Algarve, but the temptation to simply laze around the beautiful villa was too overpowering and most days we simply chilled. Our party of 8 people all said the same, highly recommended and we would love to return.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The perfect location - the Villa itself is private, on a quiet road and great for relaxation and enjoying the facilities, but it’s also a very easy walk to either the marina, with its selection of cafes, shops and bars or a 20 min walk or drive into Albufeira town for night life, restaurants and beaches. There are so many stunning beaches close to the villa, and all amenities are easily reached by walking, bus, taxi or car. There is always plenty to do for all ages we have found it’s not always necessary to hire a car.
