Cabin was very nice. View was wonderful! Loved the fireplace. Loved the cows!! I would definitely rent again if we ever get back. We got to see the peak of the leaf change. House was very clean. This property is beautiful! The hosts treated us as if we were friends for years! The new wedding venue is beautiful! We will definitely be going back there!!

Wonderful little gettaway

Rented this out for my wife and daughters to have a special girls weekend. They loved everything about the cozy cabin and the beautiful area surrounding it. Great rates!

Peaceful and relaxing

We came from Florida for a getaway week with my mother. This was the perfect trip. Cabin is cozy and comfortable. We really enjoyed the fire pit and used it daily. It is close proximity to numerous waterfall trails and hikes. Loved our trip!! Thank you!!

Country Heaven

Me and a few friends spent the weekend here so we could attend our annual church gathering. This cabin was exactly what I was looking for, Country Heaven. Nothing fancy just a charming and cozy cabin. The most serene and peaceful place I have ever stayed. If you are looking for that cozy cabin to get away from the noise of life I highly recommend this cabin.

Charming Cabin in the Woods

We had a wonderful weekend in the mountains. Although we did not get to play our normal round of golf due to rain, we found a new waterfall and hiking trail in Young Harris. The owners are helpful and available if you need them or just in the background if you don't. I would recommend this cabin to my friend.

Very relaxing and loved the privacy.

Great time!!! This was our 1st Christmas together ( So it was Special). We was looking for an inexpensive, private and cozy place to get away and this cabin certainly fit the bill.We enjoyed relaxing in the Jaccuzi, as well as a walk down to the little pond. This cabin has some pretty veiws of the pasture and rolling hills, but it is surrounded by woods and is very secluded. We also enjoyed the gas fireplace, which kept the home warmThe Cabin is centered between several towns/ Cities, so there was plenty of things to see and to do. We will certainly come back!! The Hosts were very accommodating.

Spiders, spiders everywhere, and maintenance needed, too

Things looked good at first glance when we checked in. We got our luggage in and were settled in the bedroom downstairs without issue. The teens went upstairs only to find the wall above the bunk beds covered in cobwebs. Being boys, they went to work clearing the worst of the webs and killing numerous spiders, the largest of which was over 2 inches in diameter! One of the beds had spiders in it, so one kid slept downstairs on the sofa. By the second night, the second upstairs twin had spiders between the sheets as well, so teen #2 was curled up on the love seat for the night. The cabin has potential to be really nice with a good cleaning and some basic repairs. A loose tile that falls off the bottom step to the bathroom tub, a cracked floorboard in the dining room that is broken all the way through so our feet were getting pinched in the crack, a broken smoke detector in the dining room... We contacted the owners when we stopped for breakfast 30 minutes outside of town and let them know we had checked out a day early and why. They later admitted the cleaning crew had not cleaned the upstairs in over 4 months! They said they would be sending a check, but it's been 2 weeks and we have seen nothing. We were waiting to post a review to give them a chance to respond and resolve this privately, but after 2 weeks, we haven't heard anything.

Very Homey. We enjoyed every bit of our stay. We had one very minor problem and the owner was there within minutes to fix it.

Better than we could have even imagined!

This house is amazing! Me and my group had a very productive film shoot at this location, the grounds are immaculate and beautiful, an amazing place for a wedding or event! The mountain air was so refreshing, and the house itself is very roomy! Ronald and Janie were amazing and very communicative with me, helping me with whatever I needed. Highly highly recommend a stay here!!
