This stunning large and luxurious 2 double bedroom 1st floor apartment (with lift) is set in an enormous 9 acre tropical garden, which boasts 2 swimming pools and 2 tennis courts. With mountain and garden views from one side, and panoramic sea views from the other, this unique peaceful location is just 5 minutes drive east of Marbella itself, next to Rio Real golf course (considered to be the best course in the region), and just above uber-fashionable Trocadero beach club. With a very large living/dining room, lovely bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) each with its own bathroom, and a choice of two terraces (one overlooking the sea, and the other the lovely gardens) on which to dine, this apartment has it all. Specified as a home, rather than a rental property, the flat oozes quality and charm. It has fibre optic WiFi and a SmartTV with both British terrestrial channels, Netflix, You Tube and Amazon Prime . The 9 acre garden is exceptionally generous for this area, and has a very large (Olympic size+) pool, as well as a smaller lap pool whic is open all the year round. In common with all shared pools in Europe over a certain size, by law, the large pool may only be used when a lifeguard is present. Therefore it is only open in shoulder and high seasons, and then only at specified times....usually from noon until the afternoon/evening depending on the month. There are also two hard tennis courts. The beautifully maintained grounds (5 full time gardeners) also has a boules pitch, and a small children's play area with 2 swings. There is non-allocated parking outside the building for visitor's cars. We do not allow smoking in this apartment.

Lovely apartment, great location

We stayed at Paul’s apartment for three very wet weeks in March. Despite the weather, we had a lovely time and felt that the roominess and homeliness of the apartment made our holiday a success. The location makes it easy to get into Marbella and also Elviria, where there are so many excellent restaurants. We used the busses to go into Marbella and you can also walk along the boardwalk, which takes about an hour. If you want peace and quiet, but within easy reach of all the facilities and entertainment, this is the place.

Amazing stay

We had an amazing stay at Paul’s apartment. The pictures don’t do justice to the place. Its spacious, clean and has all what you can think of. The view of the ocean is incredible. The location is perfect, you can walk to the beach and have the option to rent a sun-lounger or just find a spot in the vaste long beach. By car, everything is 5-10 mins away. We will definitely go back and I do recommend it. Don’t think twice, its THE place to stay in Marbella.

Wonderful stay

We had a really lovely stay here. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, with beautiful decor and and fully equipped with everything you could need. More a well cared for home than a holiday apartment. We loved the 2 balconies and the wonderful sea view! The location is close to Marbella, Elviria, La Cañada etc so lots of day trips, restaurants and shopping within a short driving distance. The 2 pools were fabulous - very spacious areas and a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. Both Paul and Rosa Maria were great to deal with and everything went very smoothly. We wouldn’t hesitate to return! Thank you.

Great location

Communication for check in straight forward with Rosa . Had a hire car and parking right outside . Stairs and a lift to first floor if needed. The Appartment is well furnished with everything you will need for your stay and more Even tennis rackets which was good . The two balconies are perfect too , the back one with views of the sea . Only a 5 min walk down to the beach leading to the boardwalk ., from there a brisk walk of 30 mins will take you to the centre of Marbella. It’s about a 9 min drive to the centre . Anyone who likes golf the Rio real golf course is only a short walk or 3 min drive away. Really nice enjoyable stay . Thanks Paul

Absolutely fantastic stay!

We are a family of four that travels all over the globe, however we always visit spain at least once a year. Staying at the apartment was absolutely delightful, especially if like us you enjoy cooking some nights as the kitchen is fully stocked, even with spices and essential condiments. One of the reasons I booked with paul was, the apartment was large & has many areas for the family to relax. My children were able to play games together, while me & my partner could enjoy a glass of wine & music on the front lounge terrace. Some nights we all sat together and watched the sunset over the sea. The dining table is excellent to have family dinner together. Rosa is the manager & she is so caring & wonderful, she helped us in every way, always available to advise. She is a gem! Otherwise, all facilities are excellent, parking, security, hot water, Ac & much more. I will be coming back very soon! Thank you for a 5 Stars apartment & service.

Lovely stay in a comfortable apartment in beautiful grounds in a great location.

We had 15 nights in this lovely apartment which is so comfortable and feels like a home rather than rental property. It is exactly as described with a sea view and In beautiful grounds with a large swimming pool. Opening the doors to back a front balconies creates a cooling through sea breeze. Location is excellent for the best beaches in Marbella ( go East) and being close to the N340 it is very easy to get in and out of Marbella by Uber, Bolt or Marbella Taxis. We ate in Marbella ..mainly in the old town
13 of the 15 nights. The other two we drove 10 minutes to Los Sardinales which is consistently good, is right on the beach and has fantastic views of the setting sun. Surprisingly the N340 has very little impact even when on the front balcony. The double glazing in the front bedroom keeps out the sound completely. Rosa who looks after the property was very attentive and dealt with the minor issues that arose. We loved it and are talking about returning next year.

Superbe piscines. Ont na donné le mauvais code pour ouvrir le portail u.e personne sympa nous a ouvert sinon l'appartement rien a dire au top jusque qu'ils ya pas de barbecue sur lanonce c'était dit.la plage a pied il faut traverser la voix express par un pont pas super il faut longer la voix express. Ont a trouvé une plage a pied a 5minute plus sympathique a aller a pied lautre cÎte.

Fantastisches Appartment in ruhiger Umgebung und wundervoller Garten mit Mega-Pool

Sehr gut eingerichtetes, großzĂŒgiges Appartment, vollstĂ€ndig ausgestattet KĂŒche, es ist tatsĂ€chlich alles vorhanden, was man gebraucht! 2 schöne Terassen, die grĂ¶ĂŸere geht allerdings zur Schnellstrasse heraus, im Schlafzimmer zur selben Seite ist es dank doppelter Fenster jedoch vollkommen ruhig. Die riesige, ruhige und sehr gut gepflegte Gartenanlage mit dem Mega-Pool und dem zweiten, kleineren Pool ist ein Traum! Es gab immer ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme, hĂ€ufig waren wir alleine im Wasser. Das Meer ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuß zu erreichen mit schönem kilometerlangem Sandstrand. (Leider fĂŒhrt die zur Wohnanlage nĂ€chstgelegene BrĂŒcke ĂŒber die Autobahn ins Nichts, sodass man an der Autobahn entlang die nĂ€chste BrĂŒcke nehmen muss.) Über die gut ausgebaute Strandpromenade ist man zu Fuß schnell in Marbella!. Insgesamt war es ein rundum wundervoller Urlaub, wir werden gerne wiederkommen!

Echt een gezellig appartement waar iedereen zich direct thuis voelt.

Zeer compleet en gezellig ingericht. Meer een woonhuis dan een vakantie woning. Lekker ruim en alles werkt. Het is alleen jammer dat hoewel het prachtig warm weer was het zwembad zelfs in april nog gesloten is. We hebben dus niet in dat enorme bad kunnen zwemmen helaas. Vlakbij is er een prachtig stil strand waar je jezelf in het Caribisch gebied waant. Adembenemend mooie duinen en strand.

High quality and homely apartment located close to the best of Marbella

Paul and Fiona’s apartment at Torre Real is high quality and located close to the best that Marbella has to offer. The interiors of the property are tasteful and have been gathered over many years with books and art from different parts of the world. The main living space is generous with two zones for relaxing and a formal dining area. A very pleasant and bright sun room adjoins these spaces and opens to one of the two terraces; one to the south is large and ideal for sun bathing and has an expansive sea view (in the early light of the morning the white cliffs of the Rock of Gibraltar are visible in the distance at the most southern tip of Spain, while in the golden evening light the mountains of North Africa are backlit on the horizon). The second terrace is ideal for breakfast and looks on to the pool area. The mature garden setting of the complex benefits from a splendid pool area which is a quiet, excellently maintained, lifeguard-supervised, and nicely designed (gentle steps lead into the water on the shallow side) oasis. Highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment and surrounding grounds in which anyone could enjoy a holiday. I cannot praise the property highly enough. The next door manger was really friendly and helpful as were the owners. The only fault from my perspective was the location. Although it is only 3 km from Marbella you really have to use the car and then you can'take find anywhere to park. A walk to the sea front is the other option which takes 15 to 20 minutes depending on your fitness, but that is all there is there, except for a very expensive restaurant. A short walk on the sands and there is a boardwalk which takes you the rest of the way to Marbella. Other bars and restaurants are quite a bit further, again needing the car. And of course the dreaded A7 road is a nightmare for even the bravest of divers. Nevertheless I would wholeheartedly recommend this quality accommodation anytime.

Superb rental in Marbella

We recently had a very enjoyable stay at this apartment just outside the centre of Marbella. The apartment is very homely and is set in beautiful grounds. Penny who looks after the apartment was very helpful and friendly when we arrived and showed us around the apartment. It was nice to know that should we have any issues Penny was there to help. The apartment is in a great location and it only took a few minutes to get into Marbella and Orange Sq in the old town. I would definitely recommend the apartment as it has everything you need for a lovely holiday.

Summer sunshine

Excellent spacious apartment with all amenities for an enjoyable holiday. Beautiful well maintained gardens & superb swimming pools. The view from the rear of the apartment overlooked the extensive grounds, pools & mountains was lovely a lovely feature when dining out on the balcony. The beautiful magnolia tree at the rear of the apartment obscured the view of the high rise flats. The view from the front balcony overlooking the gardens & sea was also delightful however the drone from the A7 dual carriage way which was at the bottom of the drive was a little noisy for sitting out for any length of time. Penny the manager who lived opposite was very helpful & informative. Overall we had a wonderful 3 week break & hope to return in the near future.

Rymligt och fint med mycket bra lÀge

Bostaden var precis lagom för oss med gott om utrymme. Alla bekvÀmligheter fanns med ett vÀlutrustat kök. Varmvattnet i det ena badrummet krÄnglade lite dÄ det först tog en stund innan det blev varmt och efter nÄgon minut sÄ blev det kallt igen för att sen bli varmt igen. LÀget var perfekt med bÄde garage och parkeringsplats precis utanför.

WĂ€hrend unserer Andalusienrundreise haben wir mit 4 Erwachsenen eine Woche in diesem Appartement verbracht. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Am Pool kann man gut relaxen oder auch nur eine Runde schwimmen. Vorm Haus kann man das Auto abstellen oder auch in der Tiefgarage parken. Marbella, Ronda und viele andere StrĂ€nde sind schnell erreichbar. Vielen Dank auch Penny!

Excellent location for a relaxing break in stunning surroundings

The apartment complex is set back from the main Malaga to Marbella coast road in beautiful landscaped grounds. So it is easy to find and ideally located just outside the bustle of Marbella, but it is also a calm tranquil oasis. The pool is huge, well maintained and not at all busy. You have a great view of the sea from the apartments sun terrace and the beach is a short 5 minute stroll away. From the balcony on the other side of the apartment you have views over the pool to the mountains beyond, though the apartment tower opposite is a bit of an eyesore! The apartment itself is very spacious, luxuriously fitted out, with ice cold air conditioning if required, and has everything you could need for a great holiday, far more like borrowing a cared for family home than a usual holiday rental. Parking was very easy, right outside the apartment entrance. Paul was a pleasure to deal with and guided us through the whole rental process, answering all my e-mails promptly. Penny, who manages the apartment for Paul on site, was lovely and just as helpful. We had a fantastic holiday, would fully recommend it to anyone, and would be delighted to return again! Thanks again Paul, Julian, Helen and William.

well presented, great location, couldnt fault it

We stayed in this apartment for 3 weeks and have just returned home. Before arriving we were sent a very handy guide to the area and instructions on directions how to pick up our keys etc.. On arrival we were met with the owners neighbour Penny, a lovely lady who couldnt do enough to help and was always on hand to answer any questions we had. The apartment itself is big and beautifully decorated. It was spotless on arrival and had plenty clean bedding, towels, beach towels etc.. Everything you need is on hand. There are two balconies, one of which we sat at every morning having breakfast overlooking the pool just lovely! The other is at the back and has a lovely garden and sea view. The gardens and pool area are immaculate and are tended to every day.The gardeners always had a smile for us. The pool is huge and lovely and warm, there are plenty sun loungers and umberellas if you prefer shade. The apartment is in a great location and surrounded by beautiful beaches and resteraunts. we visited Benalmadena and Gibralter while there and it only took us an hour in the car. You can walk to the local beach and even along to marbella town along the promenade if you feel like it. If you have a car there are lots of other beaches to explore. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone.

Paul and Fiona also have a luxurious one bedroom flat in Battersea, London, situated right by the River Thames, and just 100 metres from trendy Battersea Square. This property is also offere for short term rental (6845369) via Owners Direct and its associate companies.
Paul has enjoyed collecting classic Jaguars for more years than he cares to remember, and he and Fiona have enjoyed driving them in Russia, Argentina, Australia and Tasmania.
