A wonderful property. Quiet with beautiful views. Excellent amenities. Gorgeous little village with restaurants and a lovely beach is just about 5 minutes walk down the hill.

Beautiful villa and ocean views exactly as described, you will not be disappointed. The host was very responsive and quick to solve any questions. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed.We were a three generation family of nine and there was plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. Would definitely return, a very quaint village with lots of good restaurants!

Fantastic Villa with all the amenities you could ask for: well stocked kitchen with plenty of cooking equipment etc. 2 fridge freezers - everything we needed for 10 people; excellent pool and sun lounge area, lots of different seating areas and a ping pong table; bbq and lounge with a television you could get English channels on as well. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

A grand villa with everything we needed and fabulous views across the sea, with lovely bedrooms, big comfortable beds and plenty of space for everyone. Also a beautiful pool to relax around. However, we did need to point out to the owner that one of the apartment’s front door would not lock causing a little worry when we went out. Be aware, for small children, access to the pool is by concrete steps which is concerning, albeit there is a gate at the top. Some of the external cleaning left a little to be desired especially the food remnants trapped under the glass top dining table and the glass surrounding the patio.We would strongly recommend a car to travel up and down the steep hill to the town for shopping, restaurants etc. we did not have one and wished we had!! Salema is a small friendly town with a stunning beach.Overall a lovely property, which we thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend.

Amazing villa with amazing views

Great stay . The villa was well setup with great decor. The views are amazing. It's a bit of a walk uphill from the main town but well worth it for the view you have.

Wonderful home from home!

Beautiful well equipped spacious villa! Space for 10 of us to relax, cook and eat together, or in smaller groups. View was wonderful, beach a short walk away, great cocktail bars and restaurants also walking distance. We would definitely return!

Amazing Accommodation and view

We had a great stay in the House. We found everything we needed for an amazing family vacation! Several coffee options, electric milk frother, all kind of kitchen utensils, the amazing view, the pool and the spacious villa…We would definitely come again. Consider to bring some warm clothes as it was very windy, especially in the evening.

We had a fabulous week in Salema. The Villa was exactly as advertised and so well equipped which was very welcome given this is not always the case for larger group stays. The view is as stunning as it looks in the photos and the rooms are just as luxurious. Check in and check out was very smooth and contact with the host, Helen, was easy, quick and friendly. It was a 10 minute walk to access the beach, shops, bars and restaurants in the center of Salema all of which were friendly and delicious. The hill up to the villa is a bit of a climb by foot but totally worth it for the view at the top! Overall a lovely stay! Thanks again to Helen and the team.

really fantastic views

My opinion may be affected by a glass of wine verde we brought from Portugal, but our stay at the end of June was just great. This house is exceptionally situated, with a view of the sea and Salema, has a spacious terrace safely separated from the pool part. With the pool, jacuzzi and a grill, 4 rooms with doublebeds, we (4 families with 4 kids) enjoyed our stay very much. Salema is quiet place - exactly what we wanted and needed. Highly recommended. Great house with great conditions and view

The house is really amazing. The place is beautiful but quite windy. The communication with the host was the lowest part: the number is not always available and the directions to the check in were confusing, which made us lost for some time. Nonetheless, the house is very beautiful with a great pool and view and everything you need for a confortable stay.

Regarding communication with the host, both we as owners and our property manager always strive to respond to phone calls as quickly as possible, but in this case we unfortunately did not notice a missed call.
