La location est un appartement de 1000 pieds carrés dans un domaine de deux appartements. La location comprend une chambre avec un lit queen; une grande salle de bains avec une douche et une baignoire sur pieds; une salle à manger; un salon avec poêle à bois; un lave-linge et sèche-linge; et une cuisine complète. La maison dispose d'un plan d'étage ouvert et pas d'escaliers qui le rend très accessible. Le domaine a wifi et 40 "smart TV avec câble de base pour le divertissement.

Amazing stay

This house is perfectly located for country feel but just minutes from downtown. Clean and cute. Will stay again and recommend this property.

Great place in Durango

Thank you, Katrina and Jacob for a great stay in Durango last week. We enjoyed the quiet location on River Rd and the well equipped house. The location is great to access historic downtown area and all the hiking trails . We would definitely stay again

Easy access to everything without being in the fray of downtown. Nice, clean place with attentive and very nice owners.

The essence of SW Colorado

Beautiful adobe house, very well designed and built. Owners are very knowledgeable and helpful; they live above, but you'd never know it. Located outside town but nearby, and central base for adventures in all directions. Very highly recommended! Hope to be back.

Colorado dream vacation at the jack rabbit estate!

This has been one of our favorite homestays ever! The home is outstandingly clean, well designed, and comfortable, with the most stunning views for either sunrise or sunset! Our hosts’ left lovely surprises and many thoughtful touches that made our stay so special. It was amazing to be so close to all the great dining, breweries, outdoor activities, and steam engine station in Durango, yet in such a peaceful and quiet property surrounded by nature. We recommend the Jack Rabbit Estate highly and hope to come back again soon!

Just a short stay to enjoy this lovey place!

Durango is a wonderful area close to nature as well as being in a small town in nature! If one needs a place to turn off the world! Remember that is your choice (this location does have awesome connection) so if you need that great! But the owners are also very accommodating but respectful of your privacy too! We use VRBO and related this is a top stay!

Anniversary Vacation

JRE was the PERFECT place to stay. It was immaculate. The location was the best. We were 5 minutes from restaurants and shopping. The owners are lovely people. We were a couple of days late getting there and they gave us the extra days on the end of our stay. The house had every amenity one could ask for. The views are incredible. We will definitely be back!!🤗

Perfect

Such a lovely home! Beautiful location and everything we could possibly need was there. Katina is the perfect hostess and made us feel so welcome. Learned a lot about the amazing landscaping and Katina even gave me some seeds for planting in my own garden. She and Jacob have clearly loved this home and the property. Very much hoping to go back again next year! Thank you for everything Katina!

Great place with wonderful hosts!

This property is located just out of the downtown Durango area, so you have the best of both worlds - quick trip to downtown, and the quiet and convenience of being away from it. The property has a great layout and was very clean. We actually met one host, Katina, as we arrived. What differentiates this place from the others we've stayed at is the hospitality. Small touches and a very nice welcoming note, plus great communication. We would highly recommend this VRBO!

Great Retreat

We really enjoyed our visit to Durango. The upstairs space in the adobe house is terrific. There is a lot of space and well furnished with dishes, towels, and relaxing seating. We fell in love with the adobe house and the location was visited by lots of birds and other wildlife. The house is away from town and the bustle of downtown traffic. Katina is very friendly and we enjoyed our visit.

Best VRBO I’ve Stayed In

This was a perfect stay in every way. It was our 30th anniversary so the owners left us some nice surprises. The owners take pride in their property and worked very hard at giving you a enjoyable experience. I’ve stayed in many VRBO properties over the years and this is no doubt the best.

Home away from home!

We absolutely loved this little home.. It was comfortable, inviting, warm, and definitely felt like home! Love the little fireplace! The kitchen had everything that you could need! Comfortable beds! She's like butter! And the jetted tub was a bonus! And only 10 minutes from the center of Durango! 5 minutes to Walmart!! Lolol A stunningly little jem in Durango! Can't wait to go back!

A+ place to stay!!!

This was an absolute gem of a place in a very quiet area. We really enjoyed the view from the balcony and being able to see all the stars without the light pollution from the town. The day time view is amazing also. The amenitites are perfect for us; comfortable bed, plenty of space, cozy atmosphere and 3 acres to walk the dog around. The only item that would have made this better would be a fenced in area to let our dog run around. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely adobe apartment on a quiet street.

Perfect!

Jack Rabbit Estate was perfect for our visit to Durango. The apartment was nicely equipped and an easy drive to town and our family. We hope to stay again next summer when we return to Durango. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Great place to relax, indoors and out.

This is the perfect quiet retreat to relax, and yet close enough to Durango, to enjoy the social life there. The property is very nice, roomier than it looks in the photos. Clean and comfortable. We were very happy with it.
