Hello Karen, Thank you for your review. Glad you felt the condo was a good location for couples as we are only 3 1/2 blocks from downtown, only a 10 minute walk. Unfortunately I can't add a picture of the bed tag, but I can assure you that these beds are queen, none of our condo's have any bed smaller than a queen. Our sofa sleepers are even a queen size. Glad you felt they were comfortable. As you can see by our previous reviews our guest are very happy with this condo. We have a lot of families stay in this condo as it is a short walk to downtown and the children love playing in the indoor pool. We have a couple of older people that live in this building and they walk to downtown everyday. Yes the are rebuilding in front of us, there is several areas around town rebuilding. I am very proud of this unit and the location of this building. We have trees and wildlife out back of this building which is very enjoying to watch. Close enough to downtown but far enough away from the busy parkway and noise. Thank you again for your stay, Patty

Hello Kelli, The pool heater stopped working this week and a new one has already been ordered. Our phone number was given to you twice before arrival and is also in the condo. If you would have called anytime during your stay we could have addressed any of your concerns and made your stay more pleasant. Please read our other reviews as they better reflect our prompt communication with our guest. Also the cleanliness and comfort of our condo. 1. Contact person was always helpful 2. Condo was clean and beds were comfortable. 3. Clean and simple beds were comfortable. 4. Communication was amazing. Had everything didn't need anything. 5. Stayed 5 nights never head our neighbors. Owners were very attentive. 6. Patty was amazing very responsive. Condo was very clean. As our other guest have done please call us if your have any issues. Our phone number is given to you when you book, when you arrive and is in the condo. We are available 24/7 during your stay. Hello Krista, Thank you for your stay and your review. Glad you had a great time. The condo does have a good location to downtown and is great for two couples. I'm sorry to hear about the 4 star review as I was not even notified about these issues until this review. We do strive to receive all 5 stars . I wish you would have given me the opportunity to take care of this during your stay. We have taken care of all the issues in your review. Internet is working great, plenty of knives, glass and mugs. I spent a day in the unit since your stay working on my computer with the internet and it is working great now. Thank you for bringing these items to my attention so we could take care of these items for our future guest. I do supply all guest with my phone number for any problems during their stay for any questions or problems. As far as the building being older and in need of a few upgrades, we are in the process of finishing a $4 million renovation to the building. We have new stucco, new windows, new roof, new pool roof, new floor in elevator and walkways have been painted. We are going to be painting the entry doors, railings and entry to elevator. We are very proud of the updates that have been going on at the building it is looking so good. Thank you again for your stay Patty
