Une villa de luxe situé dans des jardins privés. La villa a été construite à une spécification de haut et sur l'un des plus beaux endroits et offre une vue à couper le souffle sur la mer et les montagnes. La plage est à quelques mètres. Il ya 2 doubles et 2 chambre à deux lits, deux salles de bains avec une douche et une baignoire, 3 WC, buanderie, un grand salon et salle à manger ouverte avec une cuisine entièrement équipée. A l'extérieur, un beau jardin avec vos propres lits de la piscine privée et des chaises. La grande terrasse sur le toit bénéficie de quelques-unes des plus belles vues sur la baie de Coral Bay, les montagnes et le coucher du soleil qui tout villa peut offrir.

Lovely location

A lovely large property, perfect for our needs. The Tsindos family were very welcoming and helpful. Right by the beach and not too far from a main supermarket that also does home deliveries which was great as we didn’t have a car. Would happily stay again

Great value villa

Lovely villa in a great location very handy for beach and a short walk to local restaurants and about 10 mins to main Coral Bay area. Well looked after by the family when needed any assistance and they are nearby.

Perfect location

We had a great time staying here! The villa is about 3 minutes walk to the beach, which was perfect, and a short walk to local restaurants. The villa had all the basics needed for our stay and was really spacious. George, the owner's father was on hand to assist with any queries, leftvus a lovely package of fruit, water and bread and gave us some great local recommendations. Would recommend this villa for anyone staying in this area.

Wonderful holiday home

There were 6 people in our party and we had a wonderful holiday stay in Villa Svetlana. The villa is very spacious, the outside area is great with a fabulous pool and location is fabulous for beach, and the main strip with restaurants and bars. George took care of us all and suggested a Greek Night up in the village he lives in FANTASTIC best nite of the holiday, it's a must.

Excellent Location

Great communication with Andreas an George, the villa is in the perfect location within walking distance to the bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Therefore a car is not necessary . The villa itself has excellent views from the roof terrace overlooking Coral Bay. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Thank you George and Andreas for the welcome, especially George who was still on two sticks from a recent leg operation.The villa is well situated, 2 minute walk to the steps to the beach, 5 minutes one way to shops, bars and restaurants, and 15 minutes the other way to Coral Bay strip.The villa itself is spacious but basic and in need of complete updating and refurbishment to achieve a 5 star rating. The rooftop patio would be a good addition, as the pool area gets no sun after mid afternoon, but there is no furniture up there.Some decent BBQ equipment would also be a good idea, as would parasols in the pool area.

What can I say, this is my first time staying in a villa and it was very tidy and very local to shops and beach. My favourite part is the rooftop I sat early most mornings with my cup of tea admiring the beautiful view. I was here for my son's wedding and the weather was fantastic. Great villa, great holiday destination!

Our family of 5 had a great holiday at the villa, and can highly recommend it. The owners are very friendly and went out of their way to help with arrangements to ensure the the stay was a good one. The property itself offered everything we needed and is well located, close to the beach. We also spent a lot of time in the pool. We think Cyprus itself as a holiday destination has a lot to offer, from beaches and waterparks to archaeological remains. There was plenty to do over a two week stay and the climate was just fantastic, offering blue skies and sunshine, which we were sorely lacking in the UK.

Great location

Property is nicelly situated near Paphos Beach. The villa itself has everything you need, i would say it is looking tired now and could do with redecoration inside and out, the ensuite shower needs repaired door hangs off. George the owners dad is fantastic though, informative, helpful and knowledgeable and because of george you kind of overlook the obvious shortcomings of the villa, but i would still highly recommend it.

Coral Bay Delights

Villa Svetlana is a large building set in a fantastic location. Compared to newer villa's the space is great and more than roomy for the 8 guests that it sleeps. The villa is showing signs of age but then the weekly price reflects this and it didn't bother us. Father of the owner, George lived nearby and was on hand when needed but otherwise left us in peace. The area is quiet and away from the main shops, which we wanted but you can easily walk to restaurants nearby. Lovely island, we will be back!

Great value for money

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the villa, it is spacious, very clean, in a great location and the service and attention we received whilst staying was superb. It is stretching it a little to say it is a luxury villa, it does need updating in certain areas but, as I read elsewhere, the price reflects this. Communication prior to our stay was very good. The owner's son and brother (who live next door) were just great, the couple of minor issues we had were dealt with immediately. We very much appreciated the vast quantity of freshly picked grapes brought round by George. Would highly recommend this villa

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Svitlana. The communication with George, father of the owner, was very good, some things were immediately fixed. One thing, we forgot to mention to George: the beds in the ground floor creak and squeak with every movement. But this is the only little complaint. All in all: The house is very spacious with much storage space, Very calm, no traffic noise. The swimming pool is in a very good condition and well maintained. Internet is okay, in the ground floor better than in the first floor. Air conditioner work well, The beach is very close. For snorkling, the right end of the beach is very good. The bus stop is very close, too, and every 10-15 min you can drive to Paphos city for only1,50 €. So: Thanks a lot to Andreas and George

Lovely villa close to beach!

Lovely villa, close to beach, few minutes walk.. close to shops and restaurants. George was a very charming host nothing was too much trouble. If more than five staying I felt it needed extra seating in lounge area. And you might struggle with only one on suite and family bathroom + a toilet on ground floor. Kitchen well equipped and a amazing roof top terrace, watching sunset a must! 😊 we would book again as a family of four or five!

Excellent location

We holiday every year in Cyprus and this is our second time this year. Always in villas. This is a good villa for the price. A little updating is needed but the location made up for it. It’s 5 minutes walk into Coral Bay centre. We normally stay in villas that are more remote in Tala, Argaka, Nea Dimmata, Sea Caves areas. This time we wanted to be near the bars and action and this villas location was perfect. 2 mins walk and you’re on Coral Bay beach with all its watersports as well.

Lovely holiday home

Villa Svetlana is a great property with a fabulous pool. The roof terrace is an added bonus with fabulous views of the sunset. It is in walking distance of restaurants and shops and an easy bus route to Paphos. The fruit, water and bread left was very much appreciated. George is a great guy and was very helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous villa

What can I say about villa svetlana other than it was fabulous. From the check in to the location to the customer care we recieved it definitely deserves its five stars. Coral Bay is stunning and this villa is within walking distance to everything. Only down side was we had to leave it to go home but we will definitely e booking again. The perfect location

The whole process was very easy and the family run rental made for a welcoming and thoroughly enjoyable holiday. The spacious villa could not be better located. It is literally 3 minutes walk to the beach. The pool is stepped and of an appropriate size -good for younger children and those learning to swim. Excellent pricing - it’s not luxurious inside ( basic yet perfectly serviceable decor and furnishings) and as a result, you get a fabulous space in an unbeatable location for far less than nearby over priced alternatives. Would definitely come here again...

Sensational Svetlana

A fabulous family run villa - nothing was too much trouble! We felt totally relaxed and welcome and at home! It is spacious, quite modern ( living/ dining room could be updated) fantastic roof terrace with exquisite views - did lack furniture up there but we carried some up. We enjoyed every evening under the stars chatting, laughing, drinking and star gazing .. absolutely fabulous! Thank you ALL so much . I would definitely recommend this villa - such good value for money and we hope to return one day too xx

Normally the furniture is on the roof terrace, but you were the 1st guest of the season and the furniture was missed to be taken up :-(. We very much look forward to welcoming you back anytime. Another lovely week in coral bays villa svetlana

This is the fifth time in coral Bay and the third in the Villa Svetlana.We all had an amazing time as always Julián was there to welcome us nothing is ever a bother will definatley be returning
