The complex was stunning. The pool was gorgeous. Close to the harbour and Lidl was so handy. Our host was extremely accommodating when we explained that our flight home wasn’t until late at night. There was nothing to fault at all and I would definitely stay here again

Property was excellent, very clean and the view across pool and sea was beautiful. Furniture could do with updating but was perfectly fine. Bed was comfy but was the squeakiest bed we have ever slept in and balcony received no sun throughout day, The kitchen had everything you could need and welcome pack was great. The location was perfect - 5 minutes from the beach, and only a couple minutes walk from a great wee pub, lovely restaurants and lidl. Would definitely stay again,

Perfect place for rest and relaxation in the sunshine

Had a fab week in the sunshine staying here, everything was well provided for and it’s in a great location for buses and supermarket (Lidl is nearby).Frequent bus service to the beaches and harbour.Couldn’t fault it and would happily recommend a stay here

Super little apartment that has everything we needed. Great location, lovely pool. I have stayed here 6 or 7 times and can't fault it . Excellent host , great standard of cleanliness and exemplary communication.

We loved our stay

The apartment has a great location, clean pool and all necessities needed. The additional welcoming pack of a few necessary products was a nice touch and was appreciated. We would come back to the same apartment!

Lovely apartment in a great location with sea views and lovely swimming pool and gardens Very clean apartment but a little tired a few things need replacing eg. Chopping board, clothes dryer, wi.fi very slow no good for remote working but fine if you are sat in the lounge, settees are not the most comfortable . Plenty of bedding but a quilt cover would have been useful. But saying that I had a lovely stay and would stay again

Thank you very much for your feedback, I am glad you loved my apartment and the area and I will of course immediately replace the chopping board and washing line rail as well as get a second quilt cover. The settees are standard for Paphos. The broadband was upgraded a few years ago to provide much faster speeds for people to work etc, so as there now appears from your comments to be an issue with it going slower, Helen my cleaner has contacted CYTA and asked them to investigate and resolve the issue.

The apartment is functional and well-equipped, with a beautiful view of the sea and the pool. There’s a Lidl and several restaurants nearby, and a bus stop right outside the building that makes it easy to reach the main points of interest. Communication with the host was excellent. I highly recommend it.

Great location

Great location for beach, supermarket 2 minute walk, basic furnishings, but you got what you saw in the photos, liked that you had extra bedding to wash and change as you needed, I think a fridge freezer would have made all the difference for someone who likes to weekly shop, as the small fridge in the kitchen to me didn’t work to full capacity and the freezer part didn’t freeze the items put into it,, other than that,there were most things you would need and use in your own home

Kings Palace Apartment

Perfect for my husband who is in a wheelchair to get around. Food parcel on arrival was brilliant especially as we arrived after 11 pm. No problems or concerns but purchased an additional umbrella stand for around the pool and left in apartment for next guests.

Lovely Apartment

Great apartment. Host easily contactable. Fantastic views of area and sea view. Ideally situated for shopping, bars, restaurants and beach. Bus stop outside complex. I have stayed in 4 apartments in this complex, and this one is the best 😊. Great welcome pack on arrival. Much appreciated. Apartment fully equipped with everything you need for a fantastic holiday. Am already booking for next year.
