La propriété est située sur la route du tombeau des rois qui relie Paphos à Coral Bay, juste derrière le supermarché Lidl. Il y a un service de bus fréquent à l'extérieur du complexe qui accède à toutes les commodités de Paphos et au-delà. Il y a un certain nombre de restaurants et de bars réputés à moins de 5 minutes à pied du complexe. Il y a un ascenseur pour les moins énergiques. La propriété est idéale pour explorer les routes des vins dans la région d'Akamas et de Paphos, des voitures peuvent être louées sur place. Le propriétaire est un marcheur passionné et peut vous conseiller sur les principales attractions touristiques, et celles moins connues, qui reflètent la «vie chypriote».

Does what it says on the tin but more

Never used vrbo before so apprehensive, Allan met us at the apartment and showed us how everything worked. He showed us a map of Paphos and how to access everything which was handy including bus routes ,and although it was late in the evening even suggested routes in the Troodos as we said we liked walking. Regularly kept in touch to check everything was ok,we did have a problem with a light in the kitchen which blew, after i texted to let him know he sorted it within a couple of hours. Apartment is great,spotless ,view's are great and location is ideal for for local sights or onward travel. All the basics were there washing up liquid liquid ,detergent for the washer, cleaning cloths, salt and pepper ,spices and herbs etc, even sun loungers to take to the beach . My only regret about giving a 5 star report is that it will be even harder to get a booking in the future as he is already so popular and i hope to go back next year the future ,even salt and pepper, Allan offererd to pi

First Class Accommodation

Very enjoyable stay in this comfortable apartment hosted by a very friendly and easily accessible owner. Large pool and well kept gardens with Venus Beach and restaurants a short walk away. Only slight caveat is its location to what was a very busy double carriageway which we found obtrusive.

Amazing stay

An amazing stay at this property. The apartment was spotless and all the necessities were provided. The host is very friendly and attentive. The view, the convenience of grocery, beach, close to uptown and downtown a very convenient and beautiful location. We will definintley be seeking to stay at this location upon return to Cyprus.

Everything indicated within the advertising was experienced and more. From the onset of booking this break everything went well and full communication with owner. The owner was very accommodating with our every need and even altered the original dates due to our flight being changed. Perfect Place

We have rented apartments in Paphos a number of times and always selected 2-3 bedroomed properties in order to have space for stays of 3 to 5 weeks. As our latest visit was for a short time, 10 days, we decided to economise and rent a 1 bedroom apartment. The reviews for this property did not lie, we were surprised by how large the lounge/diner was and the space available in the bedroom. In addition it was well furnished and in first class condition, a credit to the owners who have maintained it in such good condition. We knew that the location was good, having rented an apartment in the same complex previously, but we were very pleased with this apartment as it provided everything we needed and was very comfortable. The booking arrangements were straightforward and Allan was quick to respond through the VRBO message service and even quicker after providing his personal telephone number. After a shaky start, our flight was diverted to Rhodes after aborting landing at Paphos due to a storm, we arrived at the apartment in the early hours. The instructions for locating and accessing the apartment were easy to follow and milk/tea/coffee had been provided for us. In fact we were impressed by all the essentials that were provided, making our “emergency kitchen” redundant (as seasoned renters we are prepared for most eventualities). Would you be surprised if I said - 3 days after returning home we booked the apartment for a stay next March! I think that says it all!

Amazing apartment and Host.

Alan helped make this holiday a breeze. His communications are second to none. He helped us squeeze the most out of our last minute decision to have a late in the season getaway. He personally met us on arrival. He also advised us on travel and all the local attractions. He even organised beach towels to save us buying them. Our return flight flights were late afternoon and he kindly offered us the use of the apartment for the day. The location of the apartment is perfect for bus travel, walks, restaurants, beaches. The apartment was spotless and even had a full water cooler. We would highly recommend the Host and his lovely apartment. Thank you Alan, Paul & Jo

Great apartment, location & host

Great apartment in an ideal spot. Lidl on the doorstep so we had fresh pastries for breakfast every morning. There’s a bus stop right outside the apartment complex too so it’s really easy & cheap to explore more of Paphos & Coral Bay. Allan was a great host, kept in touch & was really helpful, especially with our awkward check in & check out times. The pool is fantastic & we spent plenty of time chilling beside it. Made for a fantastic holiday overall!

The whole process was so simple from from contact with Allan the host to the last day when we were able to stay an extra few hours because of a late flight time.Well equipped clean apartment on a quiet complex.Easy access to Paphos harbour and Coral Bay via the 615 bus . Great to have a well stocked Lidl right on the doorstep.

Home from Home

We had viewed this apartment and met the owners whilst in Paphos on holiday and we were looking for an apartment in this area. The apartment is well kept and furnished and very clean. The complex is also very good. The owners Alan and Linda are very friendly and live themselves at the complex and are always contactable if there are any issues. There is a lift to the apt which was essential for us as we are pensioners. We had a lovely stay and have already re booked for later in the year.

Great location with sea views. Unit was very well equipped and heating was very welcome in the cool February mornings and evenings. Just minutes from Lidl and convenient for buses into Paphos harbour area. Good selection of dining and bars within walking distance. Only negative was bed dipped in the middle.

An incredibly relaxing October stay

My arrival was carefully coordinated ans great care taken on Allan's part to ensure all was accessible and understood. He included tips on good resteraunts and live music. The location is exceptional. A beach with lounge chairs at 2.5 erous a day is across the street and a grocery store is next door. Coffee shops. Bistros. Resteraunts. Dietary exclusions are not exactly with the times here but if a couple wanted to they could stay a month and not eat everywhere. The lighthouse and New Paphos World Heritage tile mosaics are a short 1hr walk along the beach. My strongest recommendation is to get a sim card at a kiosk for 15 euros and walk to this amazing place. Also busses stop right out front and (you guessed it) 2.50 euros and you can ride all day up and down the coast. To the harbor at Paphos 1hrs walk away. I rented a car. Not necessary. In fact renting a car is a waste of money. The private lounge bed at the pool and the pool itself is extraordinary. October is considered the end of tourism season. I will likely be back next October and November to relax. Only 3 to 6 people at the pool and in September it is packed. AC. Laundry. And an impressive movie library. Books like Tom Sharp's Vintahe stuff. An elevator. Centrally located. I will be back. One recommendation. Can the wifi be improved? The local cell and data package though works well too. As for the sunsets. Incredible.

Perfect Location for holiday - lazy, busy, active - all possible

My partner and me, we highly enjoyed our two weeks in Allans Appartment. He cared warmheartedly and professionally for us - even before arrival. Got some groceries, extra towels for the beach, just to name a few . The appartement is superclean, big, well furnished, kitschen perfect equipped, good air condition and Habanicos. Spacious Balcony , fresh in the morning, super sunsets with beach view and palm tree right in front of 2nd level balcony Clean shared pool with own sunbeds and umbrella. 3 minutes to supermarket Lidl for shopping. 5 minutes to sandy beach with warm water, nice waves, sunbeds, drinks, ..... and great TV, WLAN and Wifi as well. Bus station to go to shopping mall and harbour 2 min walk. In walking distance pubs, restaurants, bars, .... Own car park. The street with some traffic is there but was fairly o.k. for us. The only little non-perfect point. Allan is an experienced guide, also for hiking and walking tours. Living close. Ready to support if needed. Fantastic Apartment

This property was faultless. Everything you need from holiday accommodation and more. Apartment was spotless and had all the facilities needed. Beautiful view from the balcony overlooking the pool and to the sea beyond. Amazing sunset views. Alan met me at the apartment to hand over the keys and was very friendly and informative. Fabulous beach over the road. Within walking instance to paphos centre about an hour along the coastal path or 40 mins via the main road. I would highly recommend a stay at this lovely apartment.

Perfect holiday apartment

We have just returned from Allan’s apartment at The Kings Palace. It was perfect from beginning to end. Allan was quick to reply to all my communication. On arrival he was waiting to welcome us. Showing us what we needed to know. The apartment was so comfortable and very clean. It has everything you could ever need. Home from home. The bed is so comfortable which I usually find a problem due to back issues so it was lovely to jump up and out to the beach over the road. The pool is a nice place to be also. Warm water and peaceful. Lots of restaurants are in walking distance where food is good and staff accommodating. Lidl is literally opposite so very easy to eat at home as well. On departure Allan recommended a great taxi service and kindly offered to print anything to help with our COVID 19 papers. All in all we had one of the best holidays and didn’t want to go. Thanks Allan for sharing your apartment with us.

Hi everyone, I've owned my property in Kings Palace since 2004 and lived and worked here in Cyprus since 2009. I have a lot of friends over here in Paphos and with their help, I've decided to earn more income by renting out my apartment.
I love walking around Cyprus, and I especially like hiking in the Akamas. If you want to go walking talk to me, and I'll advise on the best routes, it's what clear blue skies and a good pair of boots were made for.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Since my first holiday in Cyprus I've loved the island and in 2004 decided to buy a place over here. I brought my apartment because of it's view of the sea and the communal pool. There is also a Management Committee in Kings Palace that looks after the properties on the complex. (I'm now a member).

It's also 5 minutes walk to some of the best restaurants and bars, which have improved greatly since I moved here.
Lidl supermarket is situated in front and below the complex and opened in 2011. It is very convenient and gives you the option of eating in if you want to. The local bus route is outside the complex so access to all facilities is good.

The local municipality has over the last couple of years improved the beachfront directly over the road, behind the Venus Beach Hotel. They installed two stone breakers which have made the beach safer and there are lifeguards on duty for most of the days during the summer. The beach has sunbeds and umbrellas for hire, and a small bar. It is now heavily used by the locals and tourists as it is so much closer to Paphos. I have 2 portable sunbeds which are ideal for the beach.

During the spring of 2020 I took the opportunity to redecorate my apartment completely, get some new artwork and generally improve it. In 2023 I redecorated the balcony and replaced the chairs.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The complex and communal pool is one of the best in Paphos. and the pool is checked and cleaned frequently each week. The complex has a fully trained lifeguard stationed at the poolside 6 days per week, from 10.00am until 18.30pm, April to mid November.

I now live nearby and can answer or deal with any problems that arise for you, my clients. I can also advise where the best places to eat and drink are and generally help you get the most from your holiday.
