La propriété est entièrement équipée pour vos vacances et dispose d'un salon, d'une salle à manger et d'un coin cuisine. Dans le salon, vous trouverez une télévision avec chaînes locales, un lecteur DVD et un certain nombre de DVD disponibles.

Il y a deux chambres de bonne taille, l'une avec un lit double Queen, l'autre avec deux grands lits simples. Il y a aussi une télévision et un lecteur DVD dans la chambre

Le salon et les portes-fenêtres des deux chambres s'ouvrent sur un grand balcon qui s'étend sur toute la longueur de la propriété et dispose d'une table et de chaises ainsi que de chaises longues. Le balcon donne également sur la piscine commune

La propriété est parfaitement adaptée à la zone universelle et se trouve à distance de marche du port de Paphos et dispose d'un service de bus régulier pour le port. À quelques minutes à pied de l'appartement, vous trouverez un petit mini-marché, un marché aux fruits et un charmant bar / restaurant servant le petit-déjeuner, le déjeuner et le dîner.

L'appartement est climatisé avec 3 nouveaux climatiseurs installés en 2017.

La belle plage de sable se trouve à 7 minutes en voiture ou 20 à 25 minutes à pied.

Loved our stay at this beautiful apartment, very clean, 2 very good sized bedrooms with extremely comfy beds, kitchen well equipped, massive balcony with tables and chairs and loungers. The area was very quiet, around a 20 minute walk to the harbour area and there was also a few restaurants nearby as well which we frequented. The host was very responsive to all my questions prior to arriving and made several check ins whilst we were at the apartment to make sure we were happy with everything, a definite super host. Really loved our stay Dale and can’t thank you enough. We will be back.

The apartment was a good size, with very comfortable beds and air conditioning throughout, the balcony area was very spacious, with areas for shade or sun overlooking the quiet pool, the complex was very quiet of a night and a great base to explore Paphos and the surrounding area, communication with the host was excellent and faultless. We had a great relaxing break at the apartment.

Had a fantastic stay. We all really enjoyed it, brilliant location although it’s not a walk into Paphos, not for me anyway. We hired a car for our duration and visited the beach or ventured out for the day. Dale’s apartment was brilliant for us.Washing machine really good air-con, clean pool & plenty of shops and supermarkets in Paphos. Balcony is amazing and gets the sun all day.Please venture out to the Porto Antico restaurant it’s a must!! Visiting the blue Lagoon was great too with the floating bar. Thanks for having us. Lovely pool, great apartment had everything we needed for a week stay. Dale is very responsive with messages and helps in any way possible. Walking distance (20mins) to harbour which is full of restaurants & shops. Short walk (less than 10 mins ) to local mini market shops

Family holiday to Paphos

We stayed for 9 nights in this fab apartment. Was everything we needed with two little ones. Pool was pretty much empty every time we used it. Area was quiet but within easy reach of all the local amenities. Communication with property owner was fab - really helpful and the book/email of local info was fab. Simple checkin and checkout meant we could access the apartment straight away and leave when we needed to for our flight. We had the best time

From the minute we booked every thing went well any quires we had Dale the host responded very quickly. What you see on the can is what you get. Excellent balcony with adequate furniture, the rooms where a great size. sometimes you find the beds at some place not to comfortable but not here they where very comfortable, poll was great if i had any complaint it would be not there long enough. Lovely Apartment

My family and I stayed in this apartment in Oct/Nov 2024. The apartments was lovely and clean and the information contained in the listing was correct. Dale, our host, was great at replying to messages leading up to and during the holiday. The apartment is away from the main tourist area but close to the local bus stops which take you to the Kings Mall and near to the harbour where you can either take a short 15 minute walk or another bus directly to the harbour. The veranda is lovely, with lots of room to eat and sunbathe and dry your holiday wahsing and overlooks the pool. We had a lovely and enjoyable week and would consider the apartment again.

Fantastic apartment with everything you could need

Excellent apartment in a quiet complex. The apartment itself was equipped for any need. 2 spacious bedrooms a comfortable & spacious kitchen/lounge/diner and a massive balcony overlooking the pool. Bathroom was also spacious with an over the bath shower. All in all I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Had excellent communication with the owner, before, during & after our stay. Friendly neighbours and within an easy 10 min walk of an excellent diner (Pambis), Grill (Oreganos) & Farmers Market which has everything you may need, including fresh fruit & veg from the farm. The only thing you need to be aware of is the main area of Paphos is a 25-30 min walk, but if you are coming to Paphos, I would advice renting a car.

great holiday

We spent 14 days here at the end of June - apartment is situated in a nice and quiet area. The apartment was clean, very well maintained and had everything that you need. The balcony overlooked a large pool with a sunny area and a shadow area as well. On the balcony it was also ideal to chill out and eat breakfast in the morning or have a late drink. It was very peaceful all the time which made the holiday more relaxing. The internet connection was ok – just like in UK. The owner was very easy to reach and willing to help with any problem or information requested. The information pack provided by owner was very helpful, especially regarding the transport to the apartment, nearby farm-shop and nearby pub. We did enjoyed some very nice evenings at Pambis Bar. I would highly recommend and will be booking again.

Lovely clean apartment in a nice development.

Dale gave us good directions to the apt and left lots of useful info. He checked we had settled in OK and was a caring and flexible host. The apartment is very clean and well equipped, with a wonderful large balcony which offers both shade and sun throughout the day (a rare combination). And the pool area is lovely for a dip... well tended and nice and quiet. The old town, harbour area and shopping mall are all a fair distance away (25-30 mins) but we walked to each of them a couple of times and just took it easy, chatting and enjoying the sunshine. (We were passed by quite a few buses which had local stops but decided to walk anyway.) Lot's of nice restaurants at those locations but our favourite was the nearby (8 mins) "Pambis Diner" which had great food, service and entertainment. Thanks Dale.

Lovely Apartment Complex Average.

The apartment was the cleanest and tidiest rental we have ever had. There was plenty of bed linen and towels. The kitchen was well equiped for our self catering. The pool had been drained supposedly for maintenance but none done in the time we were there. Dale had told us of this beforehand and compensated us. We found that the complex was very noisey due to a lot of apartments being modernised. With lots of building type rubbish left around the dustbins which the dustmen would not take. I realise this was beyond Dales control but still part of our holiday. Thank you Dale for your contact to ensure everything was fine we enjoyed our stay the apartment was great.

Needs Deep Clean and Updated Photos

Overall in good decorative order, good water pressure and host communicative but kitchen needs deep clean, pillows and mattress topper were stained, compound/kitchen photos inaccurate as pictures do not show new apartments and building works which have been there for some time or missing vegetation. Pool UW lights do not work, 4 of 6 poolside sunbeds broken, officially 'closed' as compound will not pay for lifeguard, not suitable for little children as 0.8M shallow end and not screened from compound traffic. Noisy as mixed Cypriot, Brits and refugee compound between main road & local school. Witnessed 4 domestics and 1 visit by Police during 2 week stay. Welcome pack out of date, 1 spare toilet roll, no hand soap on arrival not great as is 1 8W light bulb in 1 room. Host seemed surprised by issues & apologetic. Cleanliness &photos can be fixed easily but not sure about the rest.

Thank you for your view point however it appears to be in total contradiction to other guests that have stayed at our apartment from a cleanliness, noise pollution perspective and overall holiday experience. Mattress topper and pillows are fitted with mattress protectors and pillow protectors which are washed along with bed sheets, pillow cases etc between guests. We have no knowledge of any refugee compound close to this complex. We have no personal experience of this from our very many visits, neither have we received any other reports from guests regarding this matter. We have owned and rented this apartment for 20 years and have never before received any reports of domestic or any other type of dispute. Neither have we witnessed such events personally during the numerous occasions we have stayed at our apartment. The pool/complex photos are as you state out of date as the pool has been renovated and relined at the beginning of this year and is now deep blue in colour There is also a new round glass table in the kitchen/living room. Photos of the upgraded pool/kitchen are to be uploaded in the next few days. Paphos is a thriving cosmopolitan city in Cyprus where the landscape is continuously improving due to investment and growth. High quality property development projects of varying levels of completion can be observed throughout Paphos. None of these developments impact the outlook or holiday experience at this complex.

First visit to Cyprus, Paphos.

This is our first booking through VRBO, to be honest we hadn't heard of them before, but if this is what to expect then we will certainly be using them in the future. The apartment, exactly what we wanted, as described, clean and with all the facitilies that a family might require for a self contained holiday. Everything worked well from the air conditioning (definately required to get to sleep in the evenings), the good wifi, this only struggled a little when all 4 of us we using it simultaneously, and the solar heating meant plenty of hot water for showers. The property managers communication was excellent. The terrace was ideally located and you could sunbathe on the sunloungers provided in privacy until the sun was almost set. The complex was OK, the pool and area was clean and not overly used. There is a sign that the pool is closed but the property manager advised that it was still fine to use, the sign has been put up as there are no lifeguards available. Location was very quiet, an excellent restaurant, Pambis Diner, is just a few minutes walk and in the opposite direction Tasty takeaway. There's a couple of supermakets just 5 minutes walk away too. To get to the centre of Paphos you will need to walk for around 30 minutes, or if you can work out the timetables a bus service. The only thing to let it down were the lack of sunloungers by the pool and damage to the steps leading to the apartment. This comment does not reflect on who we let the apartment from.

Le logement était conforme au descriptif fourni. Le propriétaire est très réactif au niveau de la communication. L’appartement est propre, spacieux, avec une belle terrasse bien exposée et la piscine de la résidence est très bien. Le tout se situe dans un environnement assez calme. Le front de mer n’est pas à proximité et il est préférable d’avoir un véhicule afin de visiter les différents endroits de l’île. Seul le réseau wifi n’a pas fonctionné pendant notre séjour mais cela n’a pas été un problème.

Très bonne communication avec Dale le propriétaire. Le logement est conforme au descriptif, très bien équipé et climatisé, parking facile pour se garer. Il y a 2 piscines et une magnifique terrasse très bien orientée avec vue sur piscine. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Lovely comfortable apartment with a large balcony.. the pool was large and well kept.

Good place, quite a walk to the sea but bus stops close by. The staircase could be if it from some tiles being replaced and sun beds needed around the pool as some were in disrepair. Equipment in the apartment was ok in need of oven proof dishes as we was there for 6 weeks and so cooked to eat in. Sharp knifes also needed only a bread knife . I do also think that bathroom shelving would benefit the apartment help

Everything was a breeze from booking to arriving. Apartment was superb. Had an issue with airon which was dealt with the next day. 2 very happy holiday makers

A great apartment. Very clean and spacious. Loved our balcony.

Dale is very helpful. He arranged for our pick up from the airport with Rob who was also great. The apartment was as described and just what we wanted. Area was quiet and we pretty much had sole use of the pool. Would definitely recommend this again. Had a lovely holiday.
