Just perfect!

Been to paphos many a time first time staying at Diana 44 apartments and cannot fault at all spacious apartment .Spotlessly clean with everything you need for cooking ect. Great size pool which we had to ourselves most of the time . and very friendly complex just a short 20 min walk to harbour or there’s a bus stop just outside the complex . Tina was fantastic with communication from start to finish we will be returning .

Simply Fabulous

Great apartment with everything you could ever need. Location was excellent with Harbour walkable although regular bus service made for easy travelling into Paphos and further afield. Host was excellent both prior to and during our stay and who also arranged Taxi to / from the airport. Would definitely recommend and will hope we will return soon.

Tina's apartment is superb spotlessly clean all you need for a fantastic stay Brilliant aircon +fans no steps and 25 paces to pool (you will need it)20 minutes slow walk into town for all bars and beach Nothing to much trouble for tina to contact should you need to Shop 2 minutes down rd for essentials You will not be disappointed

Super flat

The flat was even better than advertised. The neighbors were welcoming. The neighborhood is a short walk to the beach and everything that you would need. This is the second time I have stayed at Tina’s and I will visit again. Wether you are a couple or single this flat is perfect.

Lovely apartment

We had a wonderful week staying in this lovely apartment and from the very onset Tina the host communicated with us. Tina arranged airport transfers for us with Tony who lives in the complex and gave us recommendations for Car hire. She is always at the end of a text if you need help with anything. The apartment is in a quiet residential area and we felt safe walking about. It has a lovely pool and the apartment has everything you would need. There are a couple of really nice restaurants nearby and a well stocked Farm supermarket for any groceries. If your looking for a relaxing holiday you won't be disappointed. We have booked again for next year.

Quiet complex

Tina is really easy to deal with and allowed me a late check out. She arranged taxi transfers with Tony who lives on the same complex. Really straightforward. Complex is quiet and often you can have the pool to yourself. Apartment is really well equipped if you want to cook and it is only a 10-15 min stroll to the beaches and coastal walkway. Nothing us too much trouble with any minor issues dealt with immediately. Complex is a mix of residents and tourists who are all very friendly. The Farm supermarket is a couple of mins away for basic needs and the main supermarket "Paps" is about a 15 min gentle stroll. Looking forward to going back.

Super 👍

Appartement très fonctionnel, bien équipé, situé dans une résidence très calme. Pas loin de toutes les commodités (bus, supermarché, port....). Piscine agréable, nous l'avions pratiquement pour nous tout seul. Tina est une hôte très agréable à l'écoute en cas de problème, elle nous avait commandé un taxi avec Tony. Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances reposantes.

Super Apartment and Host

Stayed in Tina's apartment for 2 weeks and had such a fabulous experience. Any queries prior and after reserving were answered immediately. The apartment was perfect for us, spacious, every facility needed was there, great aircon, washing machine, super cold fridge and freezer, all TV channels, hairdryer, towels, etc. Tina is an amazing host, she provided lots of useful info on local restaurants, travel advice, car hire, arranged taxi transfers for us with Tony who lives in the same complex, great guy. Cannot recommend this apartment and host enough, am hoping to return some day soon. Thanks again Tina!

Cozy and comfy and tasteful

I’m not usually effusive about lodgings but this place has nearly everything one could want. And it’s clean and attractive. Being next to a big resort means lots of conveniences - gym, pharmacy, small market. My one small suggestion would be a shelf or small table near the bathroom sink for toiletries. Tremendous value for money.

Very comfortable property, all amenities included, a/c, cable tv, pool a 30 second walk away. Fully equipped kitchen and a patio to dine on. You could spend your whole holiday there in comfort, fortunately the harbour waterfront with all its bars and restaurants is only a quick 15 minute walk away, so you are not forced to! Tina very helpful, quick to respond to queries even helped arrange taxi transfer to the property.

Paphos fun in the sun

Holiday arranged by a friend as he knew the area so really had no idea what to expect. Very pleasantly surprised on arrival. Excellent location within 15 mins. walk of seafront where there are very nice restaurants and bars. Only slight niggle is the lack of info in the apartment about how to use things like tv, safe, and the fact that it takes quite a few minutes of running taps for hot water, to the point where you become quite concerned about wasting water. These are only little things and did not spoil our stay and would definitely book again

Paul and I (Tina) live in Romford, Essex. We are a couple that both work fulltime and love great holidays. We bought our apartment off plan in 2003 and took possession in Oct.2004. We use the apartment 4/5 times a year. Where we have made many friends and have really fallen in love with the country. We keep the apartment in great order as its home from home. The people of Cyprus are extremely friendly and make families feel welcome whether its in their shops or restaurants. We are more than happy to tell you more.

We love Cyprus because of the fantastic facilities in the area. There are some beautiful beaches and the marina boasts a great range of bars and restaurants. There really is something for everyone here. The area is easily accessible with Paphos airport Approximately 20 minute drive away.
