Longtemps considérés comme l'une des propriétés les plus prestigieuses de la plage de Napili Bay, les condominiums de la baie de Napili sont sur la plage! Notre studio en front de mer # 205 a une vue incroyable sur le front de mer et fait notre fierté et notre joie! Nous nous efforçons d'entretenir notre unité, tant pour nos clients que pour notre famille et nos amis qui la louent souvent. Nous avons récemment achevé un remodelage complet de notre cuisine et de notre salle de bains avec des comptoirs en granit, de nouveaux appareils ménagers et des accessoires de maison neufs. Notre téléviseur à écran plat est équipé d’un lecteur DVD intégré, vous trouverez également un lecteur de documents iPod et CD, et un accès Internet WIF GRATUIT. UN SERVICE. Sur notre véranda, nous gardons quelques chaises de plage à utiliser à votre convenance.

L'unité peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes très confortablement pour deux adultes et peut-être 2 enfants. La salle de bain a une vanité séparée de la douche, y compris une nouvelle porte en verre gravé à l'eau-forte pour plus d'intimité. Nous avons fourni tous les équipements standard auxquels on peut s'attendre dans une location de vacances, puis un peu plus pour satisfaire notre passion pour la cuisine. Notre société de gestion sous licence sur l'île, MAUI BEACHFRONT RENTALS, dessert nos clients depuis plus de 20 ans. Nous sommes très heureux de savoir que notre propriété est gérée par une équipe de professionnels qui offrent des services complets à nos clients tout au long de leur séjour. Les services à votre disposition incluent la location de voitures, des tarifs aériens à prix réduits avec Hawaiian Airlines, des services de conciergerie pour toutes les activités sur l’île, une assistance pour tous les besoins en matière de garde d’enfants ou de vie assistée, qui proposent également un service de livraison de courses de pointe.

Sur place, vous trouverez une laverie à pièces ainsi qu’un charmant coin barbecue pour pique-nique avec des grils à gaz et des tables de pique-nique pour les repas en plein air. Il n'y a pas de piscine ici, mais vous avez l'une des plus belles plages de Maui juste à votre porte. Kapalua Resort se trouve à un pâté de maisons de deux terrains de golf de championnat et de 23 courts de tennis éclairés. Sans parler de vous pouvez visiter l'une des trois autres plages de sable blanc en cours de route. C'est une délicieuse promenade le long de la plage jusqu'à The Seahouse Restaurants, situé à l'extrémité nord de la plage de Napili Bay. Ne le manquez pas!

Favorite Stay of the Trip

Loved this place. The building and room itself aren't brand new, but good enough and the location and view were both incredible. The stay came with all the equipment to enjoy the beach and we sure did. The beach had decent snorkeling and the waves were big enough to be fun without being scary. BBQ's for cooking were useful as there aren't tons of restaurants around, but that was a good thing. Less traffic and a little quieter. We started a 12 day trip here and loved it.

Beautiful view

I loved staying on Napili Bay. Great place to relax and swim. The place is exactly as pictured with a wonderful balcony to enjoy the full ocean view of Napili Bay. The property manager was very responsive even after hours. I was here in the middle of April. There is a nice breeze all day long to keep the temperature comfortable. Can I tell you again of the fantastic view? Kapalua Bay is a 12 minute walk and my favorite spot to scuba. I will definitely be back.

Unfortunately the place needs renovation. Be careful of the wooden blinds. They are old, stiff and brittle. We were blamed for damage and when we asked for proof, pictures of torn up blinds were sent we are and older couple who save for these trips, we were blindsided

Aloha Michelle, We value every guest’s experience and always aim to provide transparency, fairness, and exceptional service. As part of our standard operating procedures, a detailed pre-arrival inspection is completed prior to each stay, including time-stamped photos that document the unit’s condition. These photos clearly show there was no damage to the lanai door or wooden louvers prior to your arrival. After your departure, we discovered damage that had not been reported during your stay. We shared these before-and-after photos with you, along with a receipt for the necessary repairs, to ensure full transparency. During your stay, you reached out to us regarding discomfort with the lanai chairs, but at no point were issues with the louvers or door mentioned. In fact, in one conversation, when we reached out regarding the damages after your departure, you stated you had not used the lanai at all, and later indicated you spent most of your time there but believed the damage was pre-existing—which is why it was never reported. Had you informed us during your stay, we would have responded immediately, as we do with all guest concerns, and there would have been no charge. A complaint from a neighboring guest was also received regarding excessive noise from your unit. While we understand that everyone vacations differently, we kindly ask all guests to be mindful of their surroundings so everyone can enjoy a peaceful Maui experience. We want to reassure future guests that we treat all guests with fairness and respect. Our team takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, communication, and hospitality—and we do not charge for pre-existing damage. In this case, the damage was new, unreported, and verified through dated visual documentation. We understand how meaningful these trips are, and we regret that this issue wasn’t brought to our attention during your stay, as we would have welcomed the opportunity to address it promptly. Ah-maz-zing!

I would love to rate it one star to keep it less busy so my family and I can book whenever but this place was AMAZING! The only problem I had was that the ocean was too loud while trying to sleep... what a horrible problem to have (not!). It was perfect for my husband and I, the location was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do around the island. Great place for couples but can also be a great place for kids! Restaurant down the way is a little pricy for dinner but great for breakfast! The adventure equipment provided was great and so helpful with going to the beach and exploring the island. Make sure to check the room before you rent and snorkel gear or boogie boards, this place comes with most everything. We did not want to leave at all and are looking forward to coming back ASAP!

Amazing view, good unit.

This complex was built probably in the 70's, but is reasonably well maintained. Some of the units we saw had more updated appliances (range and nicer countertops) than this one. The range was a little on the beat up side, but worked. New refer and microwave. Very litmited counter space. It was a little skimpy on cookware, with nothing to use in the microwave., The unit was quite nice, not luxury by any means, but very adequate. The best part of the unit is its location. Right on the beach with spectacular views. Very good unit for the price, and we are definitely coming back to this unit next year. THe unit was very clean and comfortable and had two beach chairs, boogie boardds and umbrellas. We left two beach loungers, which will hopefully be there next year. The rental office people (Maui Beachfront Rentals) were top notch. If it had a newer stove, I would give it 5 stars.

Great Location - Very Small and Outdated Unit

We were scheduled to stay in Kapalua Bay Villas when we had to change due to a change in management companies for the unit we were to stay in. We had never stayed in Napili, so we thought it would be a good change. The unit is right on the beach and close to the ocean. The unit is very small with a small kitchenette, small shower and small bathroom. It is somewhat outdated and certainly shows a lot of wear, especially on the outdoor deck. The sign next to the main door remains guests to turn off AC/dishwasher - but there are no such amenities in this unit. There are actually dishwasher pods provided - which I am not clear why. Many of the units are being updated with dishwashers, etc. - but not this one. There really isn't much of a place to eat - a small glass table next to the TV. And there are absolutely no comfortable chairs - neither inside or outside the unit. The location to the beach is great. However, on three mornings, the family next door had their small kids on the beach screaming at 6AM. This unit really is designed for a small family with 1 or 2 small kids. For two adults in their 60's - absolutely would not recommend. It just wasn't comfortable and way too small. And in the summer time when it is a little hotter - this unit would border on being uncomfortable without AC. There is a nice outdoor barbecue area which we used once. The unit is also next door to the Gazebo. Unfortunateyl, we will not be returning. Sorry.

Sand, surf and whales

We lucked into this wonderful condo and I'm so happy we did. Sand, surf and whales - what better way to enjoy your morning coffee on the lanai? Napili Bay is wonderful, and we loved being right on the beach. This condo is well equipped in the kitchen, has a very comfortable king size bed, and everything you need for the beach. We would definately stay here again.

Great location, but amenities in the condo were slim

The location of the property cannot be beat! My husband and I stayed here for 10 days with our 5 year old daughter and loved being this close to the beach and listening to the ocean right outside. The nightly sunsets and the snorkeling were great here as was the swimming! Parking and cooking at the grills was also seamless and easy. We had family in three other units on the property at the same time and each unit was equipped very differently. Our unit was not as equipped as I expected, but we made do. There was only one ceiling fan partially above the bed that did not move the air very well (without A/C this is a necessity in July), there was no storage space in the kitchen for food and the stove/oven was very small. Additionally, there were not any spices/foil/or basic cooking supplies leftover from the previous renters (the listing read there were "a bit more amenities to accommodate for their passion for cooking") and it appeared the unit was completely cleared out of anything that could have been left behind as a courtesy for others. The fridge also had a seafood smell to it when you opened it. Overall, the unit was satisfactory, but slightly disappointing for the several thousand dollars we paid to stay here. We would definitely stay on the property again, but perhaps a different unit, since we got to see what some of the amenities were elsewhere.

Thank you for your feedback, Summer. We're glad overall you had a good stay, if slightly disappointing, but if possible I would like to address a couple of the issues you raised in your review. In regards to the overhead fan, since this is a studio unit, there really isn't any room to get another overhead fan installed. Usually there is a gentle crosswind that blows through the unit keeping things cool, but you also came during the hottest part of summer, when the heat goes up and the winds tend to die down. In a similiar vein, we're little confused about your lack of storage comment. The unit has had new cabinets put in, and you can in the see in the pictures there is plenty of space. In looking through our listing we don't have anywhere we mention where "there are a bit more amenities to accommodate for their passion of cooking". We do provide some utensils and cooking items, but it's not expansive. Sorry, about the seafood smell in the fridge. That has been addressed. We appreciate you being our guest, and are sorry your stay wasn't quite as nice as expected. Please do give us a chance to make up to you in the future. Mahalo.

Pefect beach front property

This place was awesome. My only regret in this positive review is writing this positive review because we want this place to be available next time we go to Maui. We loved staying here. The place is small, but has everything you need, fridge, stove , kitchen supplies, a comfortable bed and as a bonus some snorkel gear and beach chairs. The ocean did keep us up a little the first night, but we got used to the sound and it was fun to hear the ocean waves each night. The place was clean and well maintained. No shampoo though. Love the deck it was fun to sit out and watch the waves and the whales in the distance.

The Napili Bay Resort is a gem!

I absolutely loved my stay at the Napili Bay Resort in West Maui. Although there is a strange flat tree directly in front of the lanai, the view of the Napili Bay, Napili Point and Molokai is still amazing. This studio has everything on might need to enjoy a fabulous Maui vacation. The kitchen and bathroom are well appointed, and the living space is comfortable. The star of the condo and where I spent all my time when in the condo, is the lanai. I will be back!

A lovely condo in paradise

A marvelous condo. We had a nice, week-long vacation staying here. As romantic holidays go this was one of the better one's we've ever had. This is a quiet location that just puts you in a relaxed state of mind instantly. Appliances and furniture were in great shape, bed was comfortable, and the unit was in good shape. If you're looking for a low-key location to unwind you'd be hard-pressed to find a better location.

Very Satisfied

Just got back from our glorious trip to Maui. You're condo was just perfect for my wife and I. Nothing but pure relaxation. She got to lay out daily on the lovely beach at the back of the property, and I got to golf my tail off at those beautiful Kapalua courses. Wow, I think I could play that there just about everyday not get bored. The course views were otherworldly. My wife really appreciated that the condo was clean and in good shape. We were very comfortable. Just how you want to be on vacation. Thanks!

We had a fun stay

We just got back from staying in this unit, and we were really impressed. The condo is very clean and well maintained. Likewise, the furniture and linens were also like new. The wifi was fast, the cable TV and DVD came in handy, and the beach on the backside of the property was phenomenal. It's very cool not to have to drive to get to a beach. It's just right there. There were a few restaurants we went and checked out, and they were good, but we were really there to lounge, and boy did we! The booking process was professional and easy with the company in Maui. We called their office when we arrived to walk us through logging onto the wifi and they friendly and got us right up and going. Thanks for helping to make our vacation truly special.

Sensational Studio

My husband and I had a wonderful stay on our anniversary. We were looking for a nice place away from the tourist traffic and this condo delivered. Having that beach right out back was just awesome. We were surprised at having such a decent selection of nearby restaurants and nearby places to check out. Imagine my husband's surprise when he found out there was a brew pub very close. So very happy! We look to definitely come again.

Great Oceanfront Value!

This was our second stay in this unit. It has the best views of any unit in the complex. Very clean upon arrival. Equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, beach towels, and everything else that you'll need for a day at the beach. Speaking of the beach.....Napili Bay is one of if not the best beach on the west side. Great snorkeling here with plenty of turtles that hang around. For the location and price point, you will not beat Napili Bay 205. We would def stay here again.
