Bienvenue sur le pitter de petits pieds. Conçu par Ty Nun, architecte de la ville de FL, ce cottage d’invité à Pitter Patter est baigné de lumière naturelle. Le porche vous accueille dans le salon doté d'une télévision à écran plat, du système Sonos, d'un canapé-lit queen-size et d'un coin repas intégré. La cuisine a des étagères ouvertes, des fenêtres du sol au plafond, un four micro-ondes, un réchaud Wolf à deux brûleurs, un réfrigérateur / congélateur avec machine à glaçons et un lave-linge / sèche-linge.

Montez l'escalier en colimaçon qui mène à la suite avec lit queen size, placard et tiroirs intégrés, une grande télévision à écran plat, un coin salon entouré de fenêtres offrant une vue qui vous donnera le sentiment d'être dans une maison dans les arbres. Profitez du balcon pour prendre un verre de vin ou un café tôt le matin. La salle de bain a une douche tout en verre avec tête de pluie portable, lavabo et beaucoup de lumière naturelle.

Cute, modern house. There was 4 of us. Worked fine for 2 adults and 2 kids. Location can’t be beat. Right by downtown and private beach.

The property is a cute, well-designed structure behind the main house. The complementary beach bag with towels and a bottle of wine were nice touches. The sticking exterior doors are in need of adjustment, but otherwise everything was in good condition and clean.

Bed is horrible

The bed is actually an air mattress and has to be the most comfortable mattress/air mattress I’ve ever seen It should be replaced with a REAL mattress asap. Shower leaks as well and there is no garbage disposal in the kitchen sink…. No dishwasher so having a disposal would have been nice.

It was within a short walking distance to the shops and restaurants in Seaside as well as the beach but far enough away that it was really quiet. Super convenient to go to the beach in the morning for coffee on the pavilion benches and easy walk back to the house for a lunch break if you are spending all day on the beach. The layout of the house was great and made it feel larger than it was. Perfect for two people. My only complaint is that the mattress in the bedroom was uncomfortable and has a noticeable sag in the middle.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about this place was great, but don’t be fooled when it says it can sleep 4. It can, but two people are going to be uncomfortable to say the least. Extra sleeping is a pull out couch that had broken springs. We put the mattress on the floor so we wouldn’t fall through in the middle of the night, but in this day and age for the price, the mattress better be comfortable and it was not. It’s very thing and extremely spring loaded. Beware. We did tell the prop management company and they said they would forward the message to the owners, so until they replace it, only stay here if there are two of you as that would be much more comfortable. Other than that a great location.

Great little place walking distance to everything.

Loved this little place and would definitely stay again. It was a short walk to everything you need including a little store that sold just about anything you can think of. It was private and quiet. Perfect for 2 people. Check in was a little rocky because we were missing our parking pass and pool passes and the management company phone lines were not working. Given that check in is at 4 pm you only have a short time to get any of that rectified, so it was a bit of a panic moment when a neighbor said they had been coming around writing parking tickets. Parking is first come, first serve on the street and we ended up parking in front of another property because the space in front of the main house to this property was taken. Every gate for amenities has a different code so that is a bit to remember and the pool codes are specific to the rental so security was no help there. You need to have a little bit of physical fitness because the cottage is located behind the main house down a short footpath and the only bathroom is located upstairs via a spiral staircase. Having the knowledge on the parking, location and pool issue would have been a help, and I hope it helps here. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely like to return to this property in the future.

Perfect Anniversary trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and amenities were perfect! It was within walking distance to most of our favorite restaurants and shopping. The beach bag and towels were a special bonus. Short walk to private beach access. If we had an issue it was handled fast, except the refrigerator beeped continuously unless you went down stairs to reset. This was very annoying during the night. We were told that a filter was orders but had not arrived. Hopefully it will be replaced before the next person stays. Other than that it was a wonderful place to stay!!

It couldn’t have been a better location with a toddler. We set up the pack & play with a slumber pod in the living room for my son and had breakfast on the porch each morning. It was just what we needed! Homeowner’s Collection is wonderful to work with and extremely responsive and helpful! Nothing but the best trip at Little Feet!

Didn't want to leave

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I travel down to Seaside often due to a home renovation in Watercolor. This little gem is hands down my favorite place I have stayed in to date. I even extended my stay because I didn't want to leave it. The home's location is incredible. Walking to all the restaurants and to the beach was very convenient. I am particular about cleanliness and have been known to leave a property if it doesn't live up to the promise of clean. This home is exactly as a property should be. When I come back in a few weeks, this will be where I will stay again. Truly a home away from home.
