Cette villa très spacieuse entièrement équipée est idéale pour les grandes réunions de famille, cerf et parties de poule, les clubs et les sociétés, d'anniversaire et d'autres parties privées. Le jardin dispose d'une grande piscine et d'une zone de bronzage avec un bar, un barbecue, et un jacuzzi extérieur. Le premier étage dispose d'un grand salon-salle à manger avec terrasse et vue sur la mer et les montagnes et une cuisine entièrement équipée. Chauffage central et cheminée foyer.

Maintenant les 12 chambres (toutes en-suite) sont climatisées pour dormir bien pendant les nuits d'été.

Absolutely brilliant villa - we stayed with 14 lads for the fiesta and the villa had everything, and i mean everything. They even brought us some kegs of beer (reasonably priced) Nacho and Roberto are just the easiest and nicest people to deal with and superb communications. Nacho especially nothing was to much trouble and a real nice bloke. Do not think twice about booking this villa, just book it, its brilliant and huge rooms - we will be back next year but no fireworks this time lol. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We were a group of 17 hens celebrating my daughter’s upcoming wedding. We had an amazing time at the villa which had everything we needed. Lovely pool and jacuzzi and all the rooms were great with their own bathroom. Bob was very helpful and we could not fault anything. Even had its own bar!

This is a lovely villa with a motel feel about it. Nice and clean and a great entertainment space beside the pool, bar hot tub. Every room has their own bathroom. Lovely big kitchen and lounge, lots of hidden terraces. Would recommend for big family get aways

Incredible facilities

Villa is much larger than it looks online, the pool and bar area is great for spending your time. The rooms are all self contained which is great for large groups. Shops are nearby and a cafe and bakery just a 10 minute walk away. Bob was great at responding on WhatsApp with any questions and organising taxis for large groups. Would definitely stay again!

Thank you for your kind comments generally. Yes, there are flies as we are on the edge of countryside and the weather is unseasonably warm, but I'm afraid it is not practical to screen them out of the kitchen as apart from the windows there are also three doors in constant use, being the main access to the whole first floor and also a hatch to the living room and dining area. We have put an electric fly killer in the kitchen but it clearly was insufficient at this time. The small windows in each en suite bathroom are screened to restrict flies entering into the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Absolutely Fabulous. From the moment we booked villa Los Arcos, the owner Bob has been amazing with communication, helpful information and bookings. The villa is fantastic and we had more than enough room for 22 ladies on a Hen do, the rooms were clean, plenty of towels including pool towels. The pool area with bar, jacuzzi, WC, shower & BBQ was our favourite space with plenty of sun loungers, chairs and tables for entertaining. The location was perfect to explore Benidorm, we used local taxis which were cheap and always available. All 22 of us would recommend Bob’s villa and we are already looking to book again. Everything met expectations was a great holiday, only real negative was aircon, the week we went was exceptionally hot and everyone found it very difficult to sleep, however the price of the Villa does reflect the no air con so all good.

I agree that aircon would be lovely, but unfortunately it is impractical in this building as all ground floor bedrooms are independent rooms accessed only from the outside and we would therefore have to install many separate units, giving extremely high total peak electrical demand to cover and potential very high energy costs if so many units are not sensibly operated. We do provide electric fans, and as you say our prices reflect this.

Beautiful big villa

Beautiful villa had everything you need . There were 19 of us and no one wanted to leave . Bob the host of as great booked all our taxis going to town most days and nights . Booked transfers . Had sangria and beer on tap at the outside bar . Sauna jaquizzi by the pool . We are asked it a few times into Benidorm which took about an hour lovely stroll but go early in morning before sun gets too hot . What we really liked also was as mimi and Bella would come round the host dogs they were lovely very friendly and we felt very safe having them around. Beat villa Iv been too has everything you need were talking about for next year but more maybe coming 🙈 you won’t be disappointed if you book this villa and the host can’t do enough for you Evan did a big shop for us b gore we got to the villa so we could enjoy our holiday as soon as we stepped in the villa . Thankyou to Bob and mimi and Bella xx

Dont hesitate to book this villa

What can i say about bob ! fantastic host looked after our every need, so helpful and always on hand to help , booked us airport transfer each way,phoned us taxis to get to benidorm there was 21 of us went for my daughters hen do and everyone loved it, villa is amazing great having the cold beer and wine on tap all ready and fitted for our arrival plenty space ,hair dryers and towels in every room all ensuite well stocked kitchen and bob even went for supplies for us arriving legend, rooms dotted all around the villa make sure to have a good look around so you find them all ,pool great and added bonus sauna and jacuzzi too 😀 great chinese buffett down and around the corner with an aldi for shopping . Benidorm is a short taxi ride away around 15 euros a trip was great to travel back to villa to get away from the madness of benidorm and have our own space to chill before partying again 😀 would also be good for big family get together would definitely book again all the girls raving about what a great find it was and yes some of the chairs in the villa need replaced as a bit wobbly but apart from that fantastic !! Thanks again bob your villa made my daughter's hen do one we will never forget xxxx

Family Holiday (14 people)

We have spent an amazing 10 days at Finca los Arcos. 14 of us aged between 14-74 lov3d having an en suite room each and enough space find some piece & Quiet between the holiday Chaos! Here are some of the highlights. - Bob the villa manager was amazing, great communication before our holiday, helped us book minibus for family days out, got a massive shop so we had all we needed on arrival, arranged airport transfer, allowed early check in, meet and greet was smooth, fast and gave us all the info we needed. Check out was seemless took 2 minutes! - The pool is big, nice temperature and Jaccuzi is nice and warm - Outdoor space has lots of seating and longers and the outdoor shower was a bonus - Bar area had 2 x huges drinks fridges a freezer and was a great focal point. - Kitchen has everthing you need and you can tell it can handle groups of 25 - Wifi was good in all areas ( it went down but at no fault of villa manager ( it went down in the whole region) - Aircon in all bedrooms was amazing - Lots of items left by previuos holiday makers ( Sun tan lotion, pool toys, Beer!,) - Lots of boardgames and cards - Aldi 10 min walk and very cheap - fast food 10 min walk - Great restaurants 10 - 15 min walk -Taxi App Worked well ( @ €10 to Benidorm) The villa is close to waterpark and 10 miles from Waterfalls and rivers where you can swim / play / Picnic. Its amazing value for money in a very popular resort and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend it. 1

amazing villa for friends

Probably had the best time ever in this beautiful villa. Went there with 24 other friends and we were able to have fun every night without a problem. All the important stores or other necessities are very close by. The villa and the pool can really handle 25 persons and everything looks bigger than on the pictures. The host (Bob) is really kind and comprehensive and knows lots about Benidorm and its activities!
