Villa Chalet Benidorm is a huge villa with a large private swimming pool, two BBQ's (gas and charcoal) and a large garden.

And it's not just about the house or the location. We keep an eye on all the details and we pride ourselves on excellent service to our guests, please see reviews.

Villa Chalet Benidorm has 7 bedrooms with 17 beds in total (14 single beds plus 3 double beds) and 3 bathrooms, including one en-suite.

Kitchen and eating utensils as well as bed sheets and towels are all provided. A limited amount of toiletries are provided too.

There's a small convenience shop 2 min walk and a large supermarket 15 min walk.

Price shown is only valid for the number of guests entered. Base price includes up to 8 people. Above that number children under 13 will stay FREE, please contact us so we can apply an equivalent discount.

Maximum capacity is 16 guests. We may exceptionally be able to host additional guests but this must be requested prior to booking.

High speed fibre-based wifi (300 Mbps), large TV, three large fridges, oven, microwave, kettle, espresso & filter coffee machines, iron, hair dryer, UK style adaptors... no need to bring anything with you!! ... If in doubt, please ask.

Other things to note
Air conditioning is available at no additional cost 24 hours a day.

In winter the same units can be used to heat most areas of the house, but please note there is not individual heating to each room (rarely needed in Benidorm!). Please contact us for more information.

There is a separate area adjacent to the villa which is fenced off and not included in the rent. There is no access to this area. The available building space is over 250 sqm (2700 sqft) and the plot is 800 sqm (8500 sqft).

Please note official check-in time is 5pm as on your last day you will enjoy a generous departure time of 12 (noon). We need 5 hours to clean such a large house for the next guests, hence the 5pm check-in.

Earlier check-in might be possible on certain dates if the house is not booked the night before which is common in low and mid seasons, or if you wish to guarantee this by blocking bookings upon payment of a fee at half the previous night's rate... if you require this service, please note you must enquire before booking.
