The perfect villa. The views are incredible - even better than the photos. The villa itself is extremely spacious, modern appliances while maintaining a traditional feel. The most wonderful hosts. We really couldn’t have asked for more. Can’t wait to visit again!

A fabulous spot

We loved Villa Lithos, it did not disappoint in any way, fabulous views, well equipped, lots of storage, large BBQ area and lots of different places to sit outside, comfy pool beds, a well stocked bookshelf, good TV and wifi, lovely hosts with helpful suggestions - loved it!

The perfect Corfu Villa!

The villa was perfect in a perfect location with a wonderful view! We loved the outdoor relaxing space that offered a number of seating areas and a lovely infinity pool that overlooked the sea and surrounding coastline. There are lots of great restaurants close by and the hosts were fantastic with their welcome, management of the villa and restaurant/places to visit recommendations that made our holiday even more special. We highly recommend this villa and hope to return ourselves one day soon!

Gorgeous Villa

A home from home with everything we needed as a family. The Villa was exactly as described, check in was extremely easy and Demetris visited with his fountain of knowledge. We found it hard to leave the villa and it’s amazing pool but the beaches we visited close by were amazing. We were sad to leave, thank you for a brilliant holiday!

Fabulous property with a beautiful view

Fabulous property with a beautiful view: The beaches in Corfu are excellent but it was we difficult to leave to the Villa as it was so comfortable. The pool provides an infinity view over the bay. The owner Demetris visited to see how we getting on and it was incredibly helpful and friendly

Fabulous Stay at Lithos

The property was exactly as expected from the pictures. Kate and Dimitris the property owners were very friendly and communicative. The setting really is spectacular. It was hard to decide between going out for dinner at night or eat at the Villa and enjoy the view. Directions to get to the Villas were perfectly given. Great spot to explore beaches on the north wise of Corfu as well as drive into Corfu town.

Exceptional stay

Thank you to our hosts Kate and Dimitrios. Your villa is exceptional. My husband and I travelled with my 86 year old father, 19 year old daughter and her friend ; and everyone was happy. The villa is spacious both inside and out, so there is a space for everyone to relax . We loved the options of eating areas . Bbq was great and outside fridge ! The pool with views over the ocean was lovely An easy 20min walk to local beach and was nice for an early morning swim. The Vitamin restaurant and Agni restaurant( with sea taxi ) were great recommendations. Thank you Happy summer The Darbyshire - Jenkins family

Gorgeous villa with amazing viewsWe have just returned from spending a week in the lovely Villa Lithos. The villa, both inside and out are just as beautiful as the photos suggest, with many peaceful areas to relax on the patio, absorb the fabulous views, have a leisurely breakfast or enjoy al fresco dining.The infinity pool is just perfect for a refreshing dip.Inside, the villa is equally comfortable and very spacious with the well equipped kitchen and clean, bright living areas to relax in later in the evening. We didn't have a car but the villa is well located with everything we needed close by in Nisaki village - friendly tavernas, supermarkets and a short downhill stroll to the little beach cove where we enjoyed swimming and breakfasts overlooking the bay. Also, easily accessible by taxi boat and worth visiting is Corfu town and Agni Bay. Thank you to Kate, DImitris and Alison for all your help in organising taxi transfers, sharing your knowledge and information about places to visit, for keeping the villa so clean and comfortable and welcoming us warmly to Villa Lithos. We would love to return for a second visit.

Magical place!

This villa is a dream! I don’t think I have ever loved a place so much. Could have most definitely stayed forever. The house is sparkling clean and the cleaning lady is very nice. She comes every other day. The kitchen is very well stocked and has everything you could possibly need to cook at home if you wish to. We had a hard time finding it because there was a festival in town that evening and all the landmarks on the directions were blocked by lots of parked cars or transformed for the festivities. The host, Kate was hard to get ahold of that evening and the villa does not have a name displayed at the entrance. In the end we were able to talk to her and figure our way in. Communication remained a bit of a problem throughout with Kate. But her husband, Dimitri was very nice. They are very much around and will be there to make sure the house is not misused and the guests are treating it as the magical place it is.

Absolutely outstanding choice of accommodation

I think the best way to summarise our stay was that we spent our first week in Greece at villa Lithos followed by a week at a superb resort nearby. Lovely as the resort is, we have spent the last 2 days talking about our time at Lithos and saying how we could easily have remained there. Here's why: * Kate and Dimitris are the most incredibly kind, helpful and willing hosts we have ever had the privilege of meeting. Kate was quick to respond to guide our taxi driver from the airport and with recommending a local service for our return. She was so easy to talk to and was genuinely keen to assist with anything. Dimitris is a wealth of knowledge on everything about the island, where to go, when to go, where to eat, where to shop etc and he was right every time. To be honest, I would have happily invited them for dinner. * The views from the villa are even better than shown on the website. We woke up early every morning to ensure we could sit sipping coffee on the patio waiting for day to break. It was so peaceful. * The villa is spotless and equipped with absolutely everything you want or need. There are plenty of books to read and although we only watched one thing on TV, there was plenty to choose from. * The small cove of Nissaki is walking distance with a fabulous little jetty, two great restaurants and a boat hire place which we highly recommend. There is so much more to say, but space doesn't allow.

Die Villa Lithos hat unsere Erwartungen deutlich übertroffen. Die Lage ist perfekt und ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt, um den nördlichen Teil oberhalb Korfu Stadt zu erkunden. Nach Korfu Stadt Brauch man ca. 45min. Fußläufig sind Strand, kleine Supermärkte, Bäckerei und tolle Tavernen zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto ist die Villa am Berg gut zu erreichen, wenn man den Dreh raus hat. Die Villa selbst ist ein kleines Paradies. Die Zimmer und auch die Küche sind liebevoll gestaltet, sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Es war für uns wie ein zweites zu Hause.Es sieht alles so aus, wie auf den Fotos. Die Aufteilung der Villa mit der offenen und modernen Küche, das große Wohnzimmer und die beiden oberen beiden Schlafzimmer habe uns besonders gut gefallen.Der Außenbereich lässt auch keine Wünsche offen. Neben dem fanatischen Ausblick und dem großen Infinity-Pool, gibt es viele gemütliche Sitzecken und Liegen zum Entspannen. Der Außenbereich ist traumhaft und lässt keine Wünsche offen! Kate und Dimitris sind tolle Gastgeber, super freundlich, haben immer sehr schnell reagiert und sich um alles liebevoll gekümmert. Dimitris konnten wir sogar persönlich kennen lernen. In der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes wurde der Pool und das Haus mehrfach gereinigt und die Zeit konnten wir abstimmen - wirklich großartig! Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub! Wir haben die Ruhe, die Spaziergänge und den Außenbereich sehr genossen und werden 100% nochmal einen Urlaub in der Villa Lithos buchen.

Fantastic villa in a beautiful location.

The Villa was everything we were expecting from the on line information and photographs. The Villa is very well laid out and kept spotlessly clean - Rena the cleaner visits everyday (except Sundays). The outside space is just brilliant, private infinity pool with fabulous views and a lovely outside eating area and barbecue. The local village is small but very friendly with all you need close by. We loved stopping here just a shame it wasn’t for longer !

Beautiful villa with fantastic views and private pool

If you love peace and private then this house is a must. Dear Kate, thank you for your hospitality and the good care to make our stay as optimal as possible. We were with three couples, enough space and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. To reach the villa you have to make a small climb. To explore the area we have rented a car and we regularly visited Agni beach for lunch, sunbathing and swimming. We had a wonderful holiday partly because of this great location.

Our first visit to Corfu and the villa was everything we wanted, the views are breathtaking from the front of the property, we loved the pool which allowed you to keep cool but also reflect on the surrounding area, inside was bright and clean, the entrance to the drive was very precarious but this is what gave you access to the wonderful views so not too bad a trade off! Kate and Dimitris were very accommodating and accessible, we found some incredible coves with wonderful restaurants, great walks and very friendly local shops, the barbecue area was used frequently as well, Thanks for the memories we loved our stay.

Tranquil paradise in Nissaki

Would highly recommend Villa Lithos. The villa is perfect for a family holiday or equally with friends. The owners and daily staff keep the property immaculately clean and are extremely amiable but equally respectful of your privacy. There are numerous seating areas around the property to enjoy the fabulous view, which is breathtaking. An easy walk into Nissaki and to the beach. Numerous superb tavernas and restaurants to experience, would recommend hiring a boat locally too, to explore the gorgeous coastline. A real gem and we look forward to hopefully returning very soon.

My name is Kate Eales and I have worked in Corfu for almost 30 years, mainly in the specialist villa market. I currently live in Corfu, with my husband and 2 children, where we built our 2 villas just over 15 years ago.
