My family and I stayed at Serena’s beautiful home for a week and had the most wonderful time. The house is in a secluded location on the edge of a quiet village, which felt very sleepy indeed during a hot week in July. The house is cool and spacious inside, with air conditioning in two bedrooms and plenty of fans, which were much appreciated at night. It is tastefully decorated and the kitchen was a joy, my highlight being the sliding doors that could be opened on all sides to link up with the garden and make the most of the mountain breeze. However, with such incredible views from the pool and garden, we made sure we spent as much time outside as possible. The pool provided endless entertainment and a chance to cool off, and there was always shade to be found. The local area and numerous surrounding towns and villages are beautiful and provide plenty of opportunity to explore and sample local produce. We would happily have spent a lot more time here and will most likely return next year. Thank you to Nathalie and Vincent who were very welcoming and on hand to help with any questions or minor issues.
