This beautiful villa is located in a privileged and quiet location in the outskirts of Benidorm, the perfect place for a relaxed vacation away from the city's hustle but close enough to reach the main supermarkets, bars, restaurants, theme parks, and golf clubs within a 5-minute drive! The renowned beaches of Benidorm, considered some of the most beautiful in Spain due to their clear waters and lenghty shores, are only 7 minutes away. These beaches are ideal for sunbathing, swimming, walking, and snorkeling! The nearest airport in Alicante is only a 40 minutes drive away.

Indoor features:
The villa consists of 300 m2, including 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an indoor dining room with capacity for 8 diners, and a large living room with cable TV and a cozy fireplace. Excellent WiFi connection is available to work from home or connect to the Internet whenever needed. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

Outdoor features:
The 120m2 terrace surrounding the villa features a covered porch with two outdoor dining tables and a chill-out zone overlooking the sea and beautiful garden. This is an ideal spot for reading, resting, and appreciating nature. Adjacent to the house are the parking lot and the garage, which includes an area complete with all the amenities to take care of your garments (washing machine, dryer, drying rack, iron, and ironing board).

The property counts with a private perimeter garden of 10,000m², a marvelous place to walk around and enjoy the beautiful vegetation, including palm trees, cypresses, azalea bushes, pine trees, and more!

To refresh yourself during the sunny weather, there is a large swimming pool with sunbeds and beach umbrellas right beneath the main floor where bougainvillea’s cascade down the terrace's wall. Enjoy this setting surrounded by flush vegetation whilst you relax in the pool. You may do this both during day and night-time hours, since there is an installed lighting system inside the pool.

The villa also features a southern-style outdoor BBQ which is fully equipped and an additional dining area to enjoy some delicious meals such as a seafood paella, a meat barbeque, or some fresh grilled fish!

Depending on the time of the year, you will also be able to delight your palate with the fresh fruits from our variety of fruit trees. Visit us and try your luck picking up lemons, oranges, mandarins, pomegranates, figs, grapes, apricots, pears, avocados, meddlers, almonds, and more! Apart from this, we have a small organic garden of aromatic herbs where we you may find celery, three different types of mint, coriander, chive, basil, and rosemary! A paradise for food and nature lovers!

The best villa in benidorm!!

This villa is absolutely fantastic and by far the best we have EVER stayed in. Has everything that you could ever wish for and Doris was always on hand if needed. 5 star is not enough for this villa a 10 star would be more fitting for this property. Thank you Doris for sharing your wonderful home . We had a truly amazing holiday and would highly recommend to everybody.

A beautiful villa

Altozano is a beautiful villa just as described The rooms are a good size with everything you need to have a lovely holiday It is not a modern villa but it has oodles of charm we loved it The orchards are pretty with lovely flowers and fruit trees We were 3 generations of family the youngest being 9mths Doris was unbelievably helpful checking we had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay We were welcomed by Rafa who was very friendly and helpful Also Leo the gardener was friendly We hired a car while we were there as we were there for 3 weeks and wanted to check out the area We loved our holiday there

Beautiful Villa

Thank you so much to Doris and the team for a wonderful stay. The villa is just beautiful. It is exactly like the images and perfect for our three generational stay. Taxi's are easy to order and quick (about 11 euro to Benidorm) Car hire is recommended. There is lots to do nearby especially the VIP trip to Mundamar. The Benidorm Palace is excellent also. We would love to stay again. Do note that the property does not have air conditioning but is designed in such a way to allow the wind to travel through the rooms. Thank you Doris for being such a wonderful host and letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Fantastisches Haus mit top Ausstattung!

Wir haben in diesem wundervollem Haus Neujahr verbracht. Alles war perfekt, sauber und die Lage und Aussicht ein Traum! Es gibt im Garten Orangen und Zitronen und wir durften uns davon freizügig welche gönnen. Mit Auto ist Benidorm innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreichbar und Supermärkte liegen ganz in der Nähe. Wir waren erstaunt wie dieses Haus mit allem ausgetattet ist und erinnert nicht im geringsten an eine Ferienwohnung, sondern man fühlt sich dort richtig zu Hause. Die Küche ist fantastisch und ermöglicht es auch ohne Einschränkungen richtige Festmalzeiten zu bereiten (z.B. für Neujahr!). Hoffentlich können wir eines Tages wieder Zeit hier verbringen!

Nous avons passez un excellent séjour dans la villa Altozano, tout été parfait. L’accueil au top, l’emplacement est idéale pas en pleine ville mais très proche a 5min en voiture à peine. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir un temps fabuleux pour profitez de la magnifique piscine de la villa. L’équipement été très complet ainsi que tout produit de première nécessité (trousse de secours, pastille de lave vaisselle, sel poivre et bien plus encore). Si nous repassons un séjour à benidorm nous retournerons avec certitude dans cette propriété. Merci pour tout. Johana

Wonderful week

This property is wonderful and very well appointed. We had all kinds of weather and had just as good a time what ever we did. The balcony overlooking the pool was a firm favorite where we had breakfast and enjoyed most evenings. The pool and surrounds are beautiful and we relaxed in glorious sunshine for most of the holiday. Aldi is just down the road, as are a few take always and some great eating places. Benidorm is 10 Euros for a taxi or you can drive in 10 mins if you have a hire car. The property is well maintained and the views are wonderful. I don't think you can fault it at all.

Great stay- but the write up needs reviewing.

- Beautiful external grounds - Amazing BBQ and pool area - The whole villa is a sun trap - Communication from Doris was a pleasure -Cleaner has a cute dog! - Doris and her team provide house phone, mosquito spray (you will Need this) and a kitchen full of equipment and supplies, which was very kind - A crazy good buffet just around the corner with stunning views - Views at the villa were also incredible Constructive feedback and notes to consider:- - Most definitely not suitable for any person disabled or with walking / breathing difficulties - extremely steep hills and no lighting on the path or road area - Cleaner and her family rush around the house and very impolite/rude -The villa was not cleaned by the cleaner other than a quick hoover, towel and bed sheet change. It seemed on the last day that she was more interested in getting her kids in the pool! -Cleaner also marching around taking photographs mid way through the stay, which, whilst I can see why, it was just plain rude. - There are no working games, and the pool table is a minature kids style which it does not state - No AirCon- whilst there are fans and windows, this is just not enough to regulate temperatures in the summer season - Noisy water park next door - Bins not big enough and you are expected to take them to the bins which are located outside of the property (at the bottom of a huge incline). You definitely need a vehicle if staying here. Don't get me wrong, we had a fab time and villa was nice, however I do think it is showing quite a bit of signs of wear Nd tear, so the write up and photographs require updating.

Fantastic Villa

This was an amazing place to stay for our first big family holiday abroad in a villa. As a party of 6 adults & 1 toddler it was the perfect sized villa with all the equipment/utensils etc we could need, a cot was prepared for my little boy which was lovely, although he did end up sharing the bed with my husband & I on a few nights as he was attempting to climb the sides of the cot. The grounds to the villa are huge with beautiful flowers & trees throughout the garden to give beautiful scenery & privacy without blocking the sea view. The only thing that worried me about the grounds was the balcony railing as I felt the bottom of the railing was too high from the balcony ground as it could fit a football under the balcony so I was worried about my 22 month old getting too close. The driveway up to the villa is also a very steep hill which at first is a bit of trek especially as we didn’t know to ask the taxi driver to take us up so we had all of our luggage to walk up, however, you soon get used to the walk but the taxi drivers will take you to the top if you ask them. The swimming pool is lovely & warm and well maintained with a gardener there several times in the week who was so good we barely knew he was there but he was also so lovely & helpful when we did see him & spoke to him. On arrival to the villa Miriam & her daughter were extremely helpful & explained a lot to us. The owner Doris was so helpful from start to finish & was always there at the end of the phone if we needed her. Doris also gave a birthday gift to both my dad & husband as we celebrated their birthdays whilst on holiday which was so lovely of her. The taxis are so quick at arriving to the villa they were always there in what felt like seconds, although at 10€ Each way twice a day some days & requiring 2 taxis for the 7 of us the cost did add up. There is an Aldi shop, a Chinese all u can eat buffet & a convenience shop within walking distance of around 10minutes and there is an amazing restaurant in Benidorm old town called Amigo’s which is definitely worth a visit to. The splash park & zoo were fantastic & although they can be seen from the back of the villa it is about a 30-40minute walk away but only a couple minutes drive in a taxi. We didn’t really visit many other places as we were so content at the villa. It was overall an absolutely lovely family holiday and I would definitely recommend Doris & her villa Altozano! Amazing villa, Perfect location

This was our first experience staying in a villa and we won’t go to a hotel again. It was perfect for our family. The kids loved the pool and as its a bit lower than the main part of the villa we could still relax whilst they were having fun. The location was perfect as away from the hustle and bustle of the centre but close enough to travel. The gardens were amazing, lovely to walk through and look at all the plants. Finally Doris made the trip so enjoyable from the original contact, everything was easy and she was very kind to my family and I. We will be back!

Absolutely wonderful holiday in a beautiful villa.

Myself, partner, 5 teenagers and my father in law spent an idyllic week from the 23 July 2018 to the 30th July 2018. The villa is by far the nicest I have ever had the pleasure to stay in, its fully equipped for all requirements. The veranda has outstanding views of Benidorm and surrounding areas. I would suggest you take the time to walk in the gardens/ orchards as they are lovely. The pool has the sun until around 7.30pm so it's perfect for when you want to laze round the pool until later in the evening. Myriam and her daughter who met us on arrival were extremely helpful and gave us an overview of all the local amenities. The nearest supermarket which you can walk to is Aldi which is approximately 15 minutes away. We didn't hire a car given the size of our party but I would probably suggest this as it would make like easier. Taxi's into Benidorm cost about 10 euros. We went down to Levante Beach a couple of times which is also well worth a visit, we also went to the water park and although literally situated at the back of the villa you can't access it that way again also well worth a visit. Terra Mitica was another day out and again the kids loved it. Also well worth a visit is the Bamboo Buffet which is literally 10 minutes walk. Beautiful food again with lovely views. All in all not 1 criticism and a big thank you to Doris for letting us stay in here wonderful villa.

absolutely fabulous

the villa is magnificent everything you need is there. the housekeeper myriam and maria were very helpful and the gardener was brilliant. the only problem we had was finding the villa, the road to the villa is not recognised on sat nav so we got lost for a while until I managed to phone maria who came and got us at a shop nearby. we will definitely be going back to the villa next year, my 3 granddaughters loved it and didn't want to go home john greenlees

A beautiful and perfect villa for a family holiday

We stayed at this lovely villa for 1 week at the end of May 2018, 3 Adults and 2 Children. Upon arrival, Myriam and Maria who showed us around the villa and explained how everything works. The villa is very spacious and had everything we need for our stay. Our kids could not wait to use the pool which was very big and had steps into it. We hired a car for this holiday, as the villa is about 10 minutes ’drive away from Benidorm and about 5 minutes’ drive away from Aldi. We used Drivalia and drove from Alicante to the Villa, which took us around 55 minutes. We travelled into Benidorm a few times and it was around 10 Euro per taxi (taxis only hold 4 passengers) so it cost us 20 Euros each time. If you travel into La Nucia they have an Aldi and Mercadona for groceries and lots of great restaurants. Our favourites where Bar La Parada for breakfast, Novo China Garden and Pizza Creperia Venezia for dinner. However, our favourite, which is just round the corner from the villa, was Bamboo Buffet Libre. The water park is just over the back garden from the Villa, this was great fun. Definitely take a walk through the orchard as we found fresh peaches, oranges and limes. There was also grapes growing, I would love to visit again later in the year to sample more fruit. I cannot recommend this Villa enough, perfect for families and the most beautiful peaceful area. Only gripe from our kids was the speed of the internet, they had buffering. Fantastic villa!

A truly wonderful villa to stay in. My whole family loved being there. It has everything you could ask for, beautiful gardens and surrounding area and Doris is a pleasure to deal with and genuinely cares about you. We will definitely be returning and next time I want two weeks!! Thank you Doris😁

i would recomend this villa as it is home from home a truly amazing place and lovely owner doris and myriam made us really welcome and catered all our needs,the pool was great getting the sun all day the villa was well equipped and had everything there that you needed, we spent a lot of time at the villa as we didn't want to leave it, my husband derek said there was only 1 fault that he could find ?? which was that we didn't book longer to stay because it was so nice, the old town benidorm for 8 euro taxi was supreme going to the back street alley ways bar and restaurants. We were a group of 8 age ranging from 21 up to 70 and not 1 fault from anyone of us and you feel like a millionaire staying at this villa and we honestly recommend it, the waterpark is on the back of the villa for 6 euro per person and 5 euro taxi there .I could go on talking forever about the villa and the service,simply excellent and will be returning next year, so don't hesitate to book this villa.Thankyou so much doris and myriam for such a wonderful holiday xx.

Wonderful Spacious Villa

We were a party of 5 adults and two children taking a week leading up to Easter.We were met on arrival by Myriam and her 12 yr old daughter (who spoke perfect English). They showed us round and made us feel at home instantly.They provided us with food and drink for our first evening meal and made sure we had all the information we needed.The villa is absolutely beautiful and a real credit to Doris the owner who called us twice during the week to make sure all was well. The villa has a stunning view of Benidorm from the terrace which overlooks the pool and there is a huge garden, again beautifully kept.We were provided with everything that we needed and more.We really did not want to leave and hope to spend time here again.
