Casa delle Stelle près de la belle ville d'Arcevia est une luxueuse villa en pierre avec du jasmin parfumé grimpant par la porte d'entrée et un chalet séparé. Il a sa propre piscine étincelante dans une position panoramique à proximité de la villa mais pas trop près. Avec une vue imprenable sur le magnifique parc naturel rural de Gola della Rossa, la Casa delle Stelle est parfaitement située. Isolé pendant que vous vous prélassez au soleil ou mangez en plein air sous le portique, vous n'êtes qu'à 3 minutes à pied d'un restaurant de haute qualité proposant de superbes produits frais locaux et à 10 minutes à pied de la boutique et du bar locaux, le centre de la vie de la Hamlet. La maison a été conçue avec le vacancier à l'esprit - des portes-fenêtres pour laisser entrer un maximum de lumière et pour apprécier la magnifique campagne, des meubles anciens de haute qualité des Marches, une table de terrasse qui s'étend pour accueillir de grands groupes pour de merveilleux repas à l'extérieur. Profitez de regarder votre famille dans la piscine pendant que vous préparez leur prosciutto e melone! Asseyez-vous sur les marches de la piscine et balancez vos orteils dans l'eau chaude. The house is beautiful, had everything we needed and was exceptionally clean. The view overlooking the hills and fields is stunning and we enjoyed eating outside every day! Fabiana who greeted us and showed us round was extremely welcoming and helpful. The pool was great and the kids spent a lot of time on the inflatables! It was lovely and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle which is just what we wanted. The nearest supermarket was 10 mins away which had everything we needed. Communication was excellent from the start with clear instructions and helpful info. Had an absolutely amazing time and would highly recommend it.

Italian Holiday

Our group of 12 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It is the perfect place for children and the pool is a big hit. The setting is absolutely stunning (think Lake District with warm weather) and the owners and property manager extremely welcoming.

Wonderful

Beautiful villa with breathtaking views. We loved the pool and outside patio. We stayed there for 11 days, a family of twelve, the age range 10 - 80 years, everybody was comfortable. We took day trips to the beach in Senigallia and loved it! The manager was super nice and helpful. Truly recommend!

Big villa with lovely views. Nice pool and great dining area near kitchen, would be even better with some more lights outside. Bedrooms and bathrooms were good and towels great. Pasta bowls would be a good addition and an electric kettle if possible. We had mixed weather and it was very windy on the first night. We really recommend the resto inAvacelli Il Picchio, ate outside and food was the best. Thanks

Italian Holiday

Beautiful Villa in a spectacular setting. Very well equipped and comfortable. The pool was enjoyed by all our group. The restaurant at the end of the road was good as was the small bar and shop in the village. Jesi, Singhallia and the local caves at Genga all worth a visit. Very pretty hillside towns within a short distance from the Villa. A perfect place for a relaxing, tranquil holiday.

Just do it!

Lovely house with lots of space for 5 couples plus an annex for another couple if needed. Furnished very sympathetically with rustic antique furniture. Outside space is very well maintained , including the pool area. The outdoor dining table is convenient to the kitchen and perfectly placed to admire the amazing views. Restaurant 5 minutes walk down the lane and only a 40 minute drive to Ancona airport add to the advantages of this beautiful house. Communication with the owners and the house manager, Fabiano, was great and they gave lots of useful information about the house and the area. We were a group of 10 and everyone had a fabulous week!

We are so going to miss that view!

Wauw, from the moment you drive through the gates you enter another world. The view from the terrace and pool are really mindblowing. Its so peacefull. You don't hear a sound here. Except from the crickets :-). The house is really spacious. The hallway is enormous. The kitchen is big. Spacious bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. The covered terrace is a big bonus, and again, that view, wow! The pool is not heated but the temperature is ok after the first 'shock' :-p. Plenty of sunbeds also. The first days we stayed here it was really hot inside. Bedrooms were around 30 degrees. There are plenty of fans available but especially those nights the fans couldnt cool it down because it didnt cool down at night. Airco's in the bedrooms would make this house even better. We stayed here for 10 days with 3 families. We really enjoyed it here. Plenty to visit around also. Also a big thanks to Fabiana who gave us a very warm welcome! She is fabulous! Thanks for everything!

Magnificent Home; Stunning Location

Being a frequent renter of holiday homes all over Italy it can sometimes be challenging to find a property that is spacious, elegant, well furnished, well maintained with multiple guest rooms and bathrooms, plus a pool and nice views. Judging from the web listing this property seemed to tick all the boxes, but upon our arrival I have to say that it even exceeded our expectations! Both my maternal and paternal grandfathers were born in Le Marche, in villages very near to La Casa delle Stelle, so it was the ideal location to base ourselves for visiting family. The villa provided us with a magnificent venue to reciprocate family hospitality and invite them to lunch or dinner - needless to say they were just as impressed as we were with the dimensions of the house, the quality of the furniture and furnishings, the multiple bathrooms and of course how spotlessly clean everything was. Having Le Betulle Agriturismo just up the lane way was an added benefit as we wandered up there a few times for a traditional Marchigiano meal or for our little boys to use their well equipped playground. The property manager, Fabiana, lives nearby and was extremely friendly and attentive in ensuring everything regarding our stay was perfect. Within a short drive there are supermarkets, beaches, wonderful medieval hill towns, walking trails and stunning vistas everywhere. This property is definitely one of the best in this region of Italy and is highly recommended.

Gino, Thank you so much for your comments which are much appreciated. We believe the position of Casa delle Stelle is excellent because although it is secluded it is also near so many amenities for holiday makers. The addition of a lovely restaurant with a great playground in easy walking distance is such a bonus too. In fact Ulivio now has some ponies in a field you pass going to our villa which is fun for children. We have tried to furnish the house in a rustic yet modern way which we hope our guests like. Fabiana our manager is absolutely lovely and does her very best along with her sister Isabella to make sure our guests really enjoy their stay in our home. Along with Achille and Abele who help us in the garden, there is James who makes sure the pool is kept sparkling. Jane

Very relaxing and fun

We stayed at the property for 9 nights as part of our summer vacation as a family of four including our boys 12 and 16. Communication was great and check-in was easy. There are 2 houses which are included in the rental but we only used the main house as by itself, it was bigger than what we needed. House is very nicely furnished with antique furniture and it was very private. House doesn't have A/C but property manager gave us fans if needed. Due to house being stone, house was generally cool. Especially in the evening, it get a very nice cross-breeze and it has bug nets on the bedroom windows that we were very comfortable. I might had the best sleeps in my life. Pool is bigger than in the picture, I think it is around 6x12m or so and it is a lot of fun. Due to harvesting season, we had a lot of bugs around and in the pool. It is cleaned once a week but a pool robot might be a good investment for the owners to clean the bottom of the pool much more regularly. Owners had a nice booklet for things to do, see around and restaurants. We were surprised with how delicious were the restaurants around, and we did not get disappointed with any of them. There are also nice things to the around, cave tours, San Marino, Rimini, etc. But you can just stay and relax at the countryside as well. I have 2 suggestions, one is that wifi is not strong in the house except living room, so kitchen, master, etc. don't get any wifi. So extenders would be a cheap but very good investment for the owners. Also, bug nets on the windows are available only on the bedroom, it would have been nice to have couple windows downstairs as well to feel the breeze without the bugs at night. But they were very minor, and we still had amazing time at the villa. I would certainly recommend it. It has a lot of space so it can be good for larger families and friends as well.

Thank you so much Burak for your excellent review which we much appreciate. We also are very grateful for your detailed comments. Just to clarify the position about mosquito nets all the bedrooms have them. We do have a pool robot but we found that guests found it difficult to operate and it was sometimes misused. Unfortunately in the country especially when it’s very hot as it has been this year there are always insects. There is always a net available to remove insects . As for wifi we have now (September 2022) upgraded it to a mesh wifi system with several extenders which provides much better coverage. Thank you again for your very helpful suggestions and comments.

Maison très confortable, bien équipée et bien décorée. Vu sur les collines avoisinantes sans vis à vis depuis la terrasse et la piscine. L accueil par Fabiana a été très chaleureux et pleins de conseils. Le fait d avoir 5 salle de bain pour 6 chambres avec chacune des toilettes est Top !

Siamo lieti che abbiate apprezzato la nostra splendida vista sul Parco Naturale della Gola della Rossa. La vista cambia continuamente a seconda di cio' che gli agricoltori piantano per la stagione. Per la prossima stagione' prevista una maggiore illuminazione esterna per il patio. Prendiamo nota di cio' che dice sulle pentole ma forniamo un set completo di pentole, e padelle e c'e' una grande casseruola, molto adatta per cucinare la pasta per 12 persone. C'e' anche una pentola molto grande nell'armadio sotto il lavandino. La nostra manager ottima Fabiana e' sempre disposta a rispondere alle domande.

Fantastico!

Wij hebben echt een heerlijke vakantie gehad! Het vakantiehuis is echt een fantastisch mooi Italiaans plaatje, zowel van buiten als ook van binnen. Wij hebben 2 weken verbleven in het huis met 3 gezinnen en onze moeder. Genoeg ruimte voor iedereen en erg fijn dat er zoveel badkamers aanwezig zijn. Onze kinderen in de leeftijd van 1 tot 16 jaar hebben zich prima vermaakt. Zwembad is van top formaat met een geweldig uitzicht. Wij zijn vaak naar Senigallia gereden om leker naar het strand te gaan, ook echt een aanrader. Als je iets verder wilt rijden is Porto Novo ook de moeite waard om te bezoeken. Kortom ik zou hier zeker terugkomen en dit prachtige vakantiehuis absoluut aanraden. Wij hebben kunnen genieten van "Il dolce far niente"!

Entspannung pur

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit sechs Erwachsenen und sechs Kindern sehr genossen. Der Blick von der Terrasse sorgt für Entspannung und das Haus ist großzügig, ruhig und sehr schön eingerichtet. . Es gibt vier Schlafzimmerr in der ersten Etage sowie eins im Etdgeschoss, was vergleichsweise klein ist und uns nicht ganz so gut gefallen hat wie die Zimmer oben. Ein weiteres Schlafzimmer findet sich im Cottage. Toll wäre es, wenn auch die Fenster des Wohnzimmers Fliegengitter hätten. Dann könnte man abends gut durchlüften. Zudem wäre es schön, wenn die Stühle auf der Terrasse Sitzpolster hätten. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss ist kleiner als die im ersten Stock, aber sie sind besonders groß und haben eine schöne Aussicht, die der andere natürlich nicht hat. Es hat ein schönes Bad und ist bequem für diejenigen, die Treppen nicht verwalten können. Just to clarify the position about mosquito nets all the bedrooms have them. We do have a pool robot but we found that guests found it difficult to operate and it was sometimes misused. Unfortunately in the country especially when it’s very hot as it has been this year there are always insects. There is always a net available to remove insects . As for wifi the modem is normally in the kitchen which is the main room in the summer but someone must have moved it. From there it will provide wifi in the main bedroom above and in the hall and outside close to the house. We will certainly investigate the use of extenders but in the past have been told they will now help. Thank you again for your very helpful suggestions and comments.

Familien Treffen mit zwölf Personen.

Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus in einer tollen Landschaft. Bei den Temperaturen von 35° war der Swimmingpool natürlich der Haupt Tummelplatz unserer 5 Kinder zwischen 3 und 13 Jahren. Mit unseren Mountainbikes konnten wir Wunderbar die Gegend erkunden. Nachmittags und nachts hätte man sich doch manchmal, Trotz sorgfältig geschlossener Fensterläden, eine Klimaanlage gewünscht. Mit 1 oder 2 WLAN Repeatern könnte man für einen besseren Internet Zugang draussen ,und auch in den Schlafräumen Sorgen.

Regenerating holiday with all comforts

The villa is exactly as awesome as you expect It to be by looking at the pictures. Very spacious, it has all the comforts, kitchen fully equipped, generous tableware and swimming pool accessories. It was handed over to us very clean. The manager and the owner were very open to our requests and always available to help. The villa is immersed in a fantastic countryside. The landscape, the nature and the quiet are regenerating. In short distance you can find nice villages, seaside and nice walks. Car is recommended to enjoy fully the surroundings. WiFi connectivity available though signal weak in some rooms.

Family Holiday

This villa was ideal for us and our five grandchildren. The children loved the swimming pool and we all enjoyed the amazing views. Good access to local shops and a short distance from the seaside.

Perfect stay with good fiends!

A wonderful house in a beautiful setting pefect for us, 3 families with teenage children! Plenty of room, a very nice pool and the surroundings are beautiful! A bit of a challenge to cook for 12 people though - maybee it is time to update the pots and pans in the kitchen to match the high standard in the rest of the house?

Hi Elisabet, Rob and I are delighted you had a "perfect stay". At present we have two sets of saucepans-one in the villa and one in the cottage, frying pans and at least one extra large pot for cooking a lot of pasta. We will certainly have a look when we are next there -it may be some need replacing with so many guests using them. Wishing you all the best for the rest of the summer. Wonderful house in a great area

We had a really nice family time at the house. Finding it turned out to be hard in the beginning as our navigation systems weren‘t very helpful. But once we got there everything was great. Fabiana was a lovely host and was happy to help anytime. The house is furnished beautifully and has everything you could possibly need! Very clean and comfy and very family-friendly. The view and the entire area is extremely nice. The restaurant just up the road „Le Bertulle“ is good for dinner too! Overall we enjoyed ourselves very much and would recommend it anytime! Many thanks Rob and Jane!

So glad you had a lovely time in our home and that Fabiana was so helpful. She is always at the villa to welcome guests and show them around and answer any questions. We love being able to stroll to Le Betulle for a meal. The lunch fixed menu is really good value and the same excellent food.

Lovely villa for an all-age family holiday

Ranging in age from 6 to 79, the whole family enjoyed staying at this lovely house for a week, enjoying its tranquillity, the surrounding hills and the night sky in particular. The pool, of course, was very popular and we also went on trips to surrounding villages as well as to Le Cantine del Cardinale with their lovely cherry products. A couple of evening visits to local restaurants gave us a chance to join with Italian families. A small niggle: one or two nights were quite cool and we would have appreciated a sheet which tucked in and/or a light cover.

We are glad you enjoyed going to surrounding villages-there are so many of them up on the hill tops-it's not just Tuscany which has medieval hilltop villages! So sorry about your niggle. You should have called Fabiana who would have sorted out some extra linen for you. It's really very unusual at this time of year to feel chilly in the bedrooms. It seems that summer all over Europe has not been the same as in previous years. Jane

Great property

The property is in a wonderful location - quiet, private, fabulous views, and lots of outdoor space to enjoy. We were a large family of 3 generations and there was plenty of space for everybody to do their 'own thing'. The house is very well appointed, and the kitchen in particular was well equipped for a holiday rental, which was a bonus. The pool area is lovely and the pool is well maintained. The local manager, Fabiana, was very helpful too. All in all, we had a great stay.

Living in London,we have 4 grown up children-2 sons,2 daughters and seven grandchildren. Rob my husband has always loved Italy ever since he was a student at Perugia University many years ago. Our romantic dream was to one day have a place in Italy, where we could meet up with our family as well as having friends to stay. Having fallen in love with Le Marche and the people-the scenery is amazing with beautiful unspoilt medieval hill-top villages and undulating countryside- we achieved our dream in 2005. The region offers all the best 21st century facilities but in a laid-back atmosphere reminiscent of a much earlier time. We restructured our farmhouse with a view to making it a wonderful holiday home-large living space downstairs with lots of doors onto the garden and easy access to the pool. After spending many years sourcing high-quality rustic furniture typical of old houses in the area and carrying out improvements we decided a few years ago that the time had come to share it with others-we hope that you enjoy our villa as much as we do!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The location of our home is fantastic for holiday makers in summer and winter because it has everything you need so close to hand and yet at the same time you have a feeling of isolation and tranquillity. Turn off the road, down a short white road and around the corner is Casa delle Stelle and the annesso or cottage nestling among the trees and through the wrought-iron gates It is a 45 minute easy drive from Ancona airport in a beautiful part of Le Marche in the depths of the countryside and outside the little charming hilltop village of Avacelli. From our garden you can see the highest mountain in the region Monte Murano as well as the natural park Gola della Rossa and the hilltop villages of Mergo and Rosora. There are great restaurants close by but Sunday lunch at Le Betulle our very own local is a must.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

You can walk to the restaurant with a playground in 3 minutes and our local village shop and bar in 10 minutes and be part of a real Italian rural farming community. But back in our home eating al fresco or lazing on our sun loungers you feel away from everything and everyone!The pace of life is genuinely very slow. This is good in itself but also makes driving a pleasure with hardly any cars on the roads.
It is an ideal location -if you want a day out you can go to the seaside, explore the hills and the world famous Frasassi caves or take in a bit of culture in Urbino. And then there are the beautiful walks right from our house into the park, down the valley or through the fields to reach the shop which is always open and buy one of Cesari's great ice-creams or his own salami.
