MAGNIFIQUE VILLA DE 3 CHAMBRES AVEC PISCINE PRIVÉE

Binibequer Vell est situé à l'extrémité sud de l'île et comprend un groupe de villas privées construites autour du village de pêcheurs de Binibeca Vell. Le village de Binibequer Vell a été construit en 1972 pour recréer un village de pêcheurs de Minorque. Il y a une bonne sélection de magasins, restaurants et bars et c'est une zone sans circulation. La villa est à 5 minutes à pied de tous les restaurants, bars et supermarchés. La plage de Binibequer est à quelques pas et possède l'un des meilleurs restaurants de bar de plage de l'île. L'emplacement est pratique pour Mahon et l'aéroport. Les deux étant à seulement 15 minutes en voiture.
Il y a deux supermarchés, quatre bars, trois restaurants et un glacier à 5 minutes à pied.
La villa dispose d'une connexion Internet et de la télévision par satellite (WIFI gratuit), qui comprend les chaînes britanniques et la climatisation dans toutes les chambres.
La villa a un jardin avec pelouse (pas de gravier ou de pierre) et une fabuleuse terrasse sur le toit.
Il dispose également d'une piscine privée et d'un jacuzzi.

Fabulous Villa Stay

We had a wonderful week at this villa with four adults. The location was ideal -just a short walk to local bars and restaurants. Binibeca is a charming and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The beach was a bit further but still within walking distance. The villa itself was spacious, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We would recommend staying here and would love to return!

We had a fabulous week in the villa which did not disappoint. The location is within walking distance of all amenities and the accommodation itself had everything and more we could have asked for to make it a home from home.

Perfect villa in a perfect location! The villa had a great lay out with a large pool and wonderfully air conditioned bedrooms. The top terrace was a great place to watch the sunset. All shops, bars and restaurants were a 5-10 minute stroll from the villa. It was a great place to spend our wedding announcement with our family.

Enjoyable stay

The villa is spacious and in a good location just 5 minutes walk to the sea and various places to eat. The garden and pool are well kept and well secluded. We were well looked after by Tina and Brian who take care of the villa and live close by so are on hand if needed. They allowed us to check in early and were very helpful and friendly. As with all well used holiday villas, there are some things that are looking a bit tired and could do with some updating. However overall the villa was good and we had a very enjoyable stay.

This is our 6th stay in a villa in Menorca. This villa is the best by along way. (Including ones owned by James Villas!) Its so well appointed, the kitchen lacks nothing and is an excellent working space. The lounge furniture is comfortable and the tv and wifi are a great bonus. The beds are very comfy and theres plenty of storage. We love the laundry area. The outside space is well maintained and the pool a very good size and a sea view from the roof terrace. It is ideaaly situated for a stroll down to the sea with supermarkets and restaurants all in walking distance. A fabulous traditional villa with modern extras . The owners are easy to contact and very happy to answer questions. 5 stars are not enough.exce

Carr Wilson's at Casa Del Verano

We had the most incredible fortnight at Casa Del Verano and Binibeca. This large villa is furnished to the highest standard and is very tasteful and not too far away from the town (and BB Cocktails Bar). The bedrooms are all large and the facilities, kitchen, showers etc are perfect and very clean. The pool (with little jacuzzi pool) isn't huge but it was perfect for our family of five and the garden and grounds are beautiful and large. We sat on the lovely rooftop terrace every night watching the incredible sunsets. The villa was a perfect base for our daily trips and for whole days just spent in the pool. A wonderful villa for our family, we felt spoilt and we couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended.

Nice villa and good location

Everything about the holiday was easy, booking it, directions from the airport, getting into the property and the location. Had everything we needed there and didn't have a reason to move from the villa all week. Shops and restaurants in easy reach (walking mainly) and a great pizza van just down the road. Great holiday

Relaxing stay

Had a very enjoyable week in this villa It has everything you could need with a beautiful pool with plenty of sun loungers The villa was clean and well presented and had everything you could need for a weeks holiday We did have one issue with the water after the pool guy had been he inadvertently turned water off for the villa but this was quickly rectified with a call and he was back within 15 mins and it was all sorted

Wonderful villa

My wife, 2 year old son & I have just got back from a week long stay here. It’s in a great location with just a 10 minute walk to the sea, restaurants & shops. It has a beautiful garden & pool area that we really enjoyed. The inside has everything you need & is very comfortable. I highly recommend this villa.

A beautiful, clean welcoming villa!

After contacting the owners who were very prompt and accommodating in their replies, we were sure this was the correct choice - how right we were! The villa was in immaculate condition and on a large plot containing a beautifully kept garden and pool. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for R&R in Menorca.

Beautiful property located in an idilic part of Menorca

Local restaurants are very nice, but not much choice/variety. Due to this a hire car would be recommended. Limited selection at supermarkets also. The villa is very nice but in need of some updating, such as fridge/cooker not very efficient. Some of the window/door locks not very good/secure. A welcome pack (basic store cupboard items, tea coffee, bread, butter, water) would be a nice touch, especially for those arriving later in the evening, due to the early closure of supermarkets. Overall we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to those who are looking for a quiet and chilled out holiday.

Fab pool area & very convenient villa!

Stayed in the area several times and this villa was located perfectly for wandering down to several restaurants and a couple of supermarkets but in a very quiet private street. Punta Prima beach is our favourite less than 10minutes drive but Binibeca beach only about 5 minutes drive is lovely too! The villa is spacious and handy areas like the washing and drying area are really useful, all the basics are well catered for and the under Bougainvillea area for the car was fab, stopping it getting too hot! The pool was the best we’ve had and our 9 year old son was very happy for the two weeks! If I had to criticise I’d say the villa decor is a bit tired and would also benefit from permanent shading over the patio but it certainly wouldn’t put us off coming again! Really recommend for a relaxing holiday!

Great villa, excellent customer service

Very comfortable villa with everything anyone could need. All facilities were as described and worked well and the villa was spotlessly clean. Maid service, pool cleaning and garden maintenance were all done regularly to a high standard and the local management were very helpful too. Within easy walking distance of restaurants, local supermarkets and the sea. We didn't ned to use our hire car for everyday essentials and getting out and about was easy from this very convenient location. We were looking for a relaxing holiday and we got exactly what we wanted. The booking process was so easy and so friendly, possibly the best we've ever had over many years. Although our family are grown up we would thoroughly recommend this property for any family whether with or without children.

Fabulous villa, great location

We have stayed in various different villas in Binibeca from having tiny children to primary aged, and this is by far the best villa for several reasons. The location is perfect, you are within walking distance of the restaurants and shops and only a 5 minute drive from a beautiful virgin beach. The villa is really well appointed, each room leads to the pool area, the garden is a great size, perfect for kids, and you are not overlooked at all. The kitchen is very well equipped and the BBQ area is perfectly located next to the kitchen door. Highly recommend this villa!!

Fabulous villa in a great location.

A great villa within easy reach of shops and restaurants. Super pool area with attractive, well maintained gardens and good quality patio furniture and sun loungers. The patio awnings offer welcome shade during the heat of the day. The layout of the villa is superb, the master "suite" is spacious and there are a further 2 generous sized bedrooms. The rooms are light and airy and all have patio doors out onto the pool area. The efficient air conditioning is a welcome advantage. The property was spotlessly clean and the towels and bedding were of a good quality. We enjoyed a memorable week here and very much hope to return. As a family of 4 with children aged 7 and 9 we would highly recommend this villa.
