Hébergement avec piscine privée chauffée et vue sur la mer

Casa Lontra peut accueillir huit personnes (4 chambres) et possède sa propre piscine chauffée et une vue magnifique sur la mer. La villa est située dans le quartier paisible et établi de Luz Parque et à 1,5 km de la plage et du village. La villa a été rénovée pour offrir une maison lumineuse et aérée avec deux magnifiques terrasses. La terrasse autour de la piscine peut être sécurisée permettant aux petits de jouer en toute sécurité dans le jardin ou sur la terrasse principale. il y a beaucoup de matériel pour bébés / tout-petits à emprunter ainsi que des jouets et des livres pour tous les âges. Il existe de nombreux terrains de golf à moins d'une demi-heure de route de la villa, et encore plus si vous êtes heureux d'aller plus loin.

We were extremely delighted with this house! It worked perfectly for our family. It felt comfortable and cozy. We used the pool a little bit (still a bit too cool), and it was very nice. The views are incredible - much more panoramic and beautiful than the pictures on the website. Very calming and peaceful on the patio. The management company was awesome too; I felt like I had a lot of questions and requests and they were always dealt with timely and with a great deal of courtesy. Highly recommended and we hope to be back.

Our family had the most lovely stay at Casa Lontra. The villa has a beautiful view of the ocean and lots of amenities. The host Claire and the Villa mgmt company are very responsive and were quick to resolve any issues we had while staying at the house. Overall 10/10 and would definitely book again!

Beautiful spacious villa

This ocean view lovely villa provided ample space for our group of 8 - the pool and patio with shade provided a great place to cool off! Plenty of bathroom and bed space for all! Thank you for a terrific stay in Luz!

Fantastic Villa in great location

Great Villa for families - plenty of space inside and out and a short walk or drive to Luz or Lagos. Villa was clean and the one issue we had during the week was resolved quickly. Would recommend.

Lovely Villa Perfect for Young Families

Our little boy loved playing with all the toys at the villa. The salted pool was lovely to cool off in and the terrace with the sunshade was very pretty to sit out on. Great location to walk into Luz (15 mins) and also to get to Burgau, Lagos.

Definitely worth a visit

Perfect property for a family holiday. Everything you could need is there. The views are stunning in a great quiet location. Having a heated pool made a massive difference. Would definitely recommend.

Specious getaway in Luz

It was as advertised. Four larger bedrooms. Large living spaces both indoor and out. Well equiped kitchen. Great heated pool. Walking distance (20 mins) to Luz Beach promenade abd restaurants. And, quiet neighborhood.

We had a brilliant stay at this property. Great location. Short walk into Luz,.

The property is very spacious and is in a great location for several golf courses. A walk into Luz didn't take long and there are a range of bars and restaurants. The owner and the managing agent are extremely helpful.

Beautiful home for a family holiday.

We had a wonderful 5 night break at Claire’s villa. The home was spotless, the pool made it such a a fun break for our children and we all had so much space for time together and time apart! Conveniently located and with every amenity we needed we will be recommending to others. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

Perfect child friendly villa

We stayed for a week to celebrate a big family birthday. Plenty of space for extended family. Perfect for 1 year old as pool is gated off and selection of toys, books etc provided. Beautiful terrace to enjoy meals on. Good bonus having the heated pool as we stayed in April and would have been too cold otherwise. Good communication with management company before and during our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Home away from hone

Excellent property and within easy reach of town. Very spacious which is what a family of four need and large bedrooms. 2 en suite and a large family bathroom. Outside space was good and the pool was enjoyed by all. We are returners to Luz and know what to expect and book restaurants in advance so as to avoid disappointment. My only criticism is that we only booked a week and not two!!

Wonderful bright and modern villa

With its contemporary layout and decor, modern bathroom facilities, large terrace and super swimming pool Casa Lontra ticked all the boxes for our choice of villa. It is situated in a peaceful, pretty, established area of Praia de Luz on a slight incline with beautiful views of the sea and within 15 minutes walking distance from the beach. We had a fab holiday!

Golf 2024

This was our second year in this lovely villa. It doesn’t disappoint. Lots of space. Easy walk into town. Great location for golf courses. I hope it’s not our last visit.

Amazing house and pool

I must say that it’s much nicer in real life than the photos. Amazing pool (heating worked perfect) and really nice social areas in the house with seaviews. The thing that pulls it down a star was the very hard beds. With better/softer beds this would be a 5 star easily.

Great house for a getaway to Luz!

We had an absolutely amazing time in this property. We were 2 families with 4 children ranging from 6 months to 4. The house was far better than we expected, the photos don't do it justice. There was loads of room and great safe places for the kids to play and for everyone to have space. There were so many toys for the children they were thoroughly entertained and loved playing in the garden and in the pool. We'd definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely Villa

We had a really lovely stay. The pool is great our 6 year old daughter loved it. The rooms were spacious with lots of storage. The beds were abit hard, could do with changing or mattress covers. Some were very creaky. Over all though we had a lovely holiday , Thankyou !

A lovely villa in a good location.

The villa was well equipped. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for a family holiday. Beautiful and comfortable lounge with great views from the terrace which was ideal for outdoor eating. Good pool but beware concrete steps and bottom. We had a few scraped toes. It was let down by the very hard beds and could have been a bit cleaner.

The house should have been spotless so I will definitely ask them about that. The beds get mixed reviews - some people love them, some find them hard so perhaps I’ll supply some toppers for those who prefer softer beds. I shall also look at the pool. Great Villa for a family holiday

The villa is really spacious and clean and has everything you need for a family holdiday (from kids cutlery and plastic plate to toys and travel cots). A big plus for us was that the pool was gated (not common in portugal). The outside space is amazing too - big pool and some garden for the kids to play and run around. The location is handy to explore Luz as well as the Western algarve, I would suggest having a rental car as the property is a bit up a hill (especially when with younger kids & pram). The property manager was easily reachable when we had questions and the check in procedure was very easy.

Fantastic from begging to end!

Just got back from a brilliant week in Luz with friends and our young families! The villa was super clean, communication throughout was great and it was one of the best equipped properties we’ve stayed in…..sharp knives! (Makes all the difference) The location is lovely with a short drive to the local beach and a choice of so many other beautiful beaches all within 30 mins. Breakfast/lunch/dinner with sea views over the pool were a stunning luxury! The weather was perfect too, cool in the mornings and evenings and then 20-26C each day…and no mosquitoes! Overall an 11 out of 10 holiday! Thank you

October break

Property is fantastic. Pictures online do not let you see how large the house is. Beautifully appointed and laid out. While we had teenagers with us, I could see clearly how well equipped the house would be if we’d been there when the kids were toddlers- everything had been thought of for safety and play time for young kids. Pool heating made the holiday for us- we used the pool daily, even on the rainy day! About a 20 min walk into town. Thank you so much to the management company for checking in on us on day 1 and to Louisa for the mid week clean. We had a great break.

The Willmott Family live in the South of England and enjoy looking after our animals which currently include a very naughty cocker spaniel, a greedy black Labrador and the Queen of the house is our wire haired Portuguese Podengo who we rescued from the streets of Portugal a few years ago. We have been visiting the Algarve for more than 15 years. We love it there so much that in 2007 we bought a villa in Luz now called Casa Lontra. After a huge refurbishment, the villa is our favourite place to holiday and we enjoy the local beaches (easy for a lazy day and a bit more sociable) as well as exploring further afield and spending long days on the west coast beaches pretending they can surf and body board (the kids aren’t bad - the parents are a poor excuse!).

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The sea view sold the house to us - with that view we could look past the old fashioned decor, orange kitchen and dog bath in the garden! We loved the traditional feel of the outside but totally refurbished the inside so it now offers a clean, modern villa which works brilliantly for families (and has room for the grandparents too).

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The villa has been refurbished and equipped with families in mind with the swimming pool, terrace area and garden all individually fenced so little ones can play safely. In addition, cots, highchairs and children's crockery are all provided. The villa is a short drive from the beach at Luz and the village shops but is in a long established lovely, quiet residential area. The views from the villa are of the sea - what more can we say!
