Quiet and peaceful the villa is perfect for families couples or golfers. Optional safety fence -perfect for families with small children. Free Wifi. Within walking distance is a shopping complex complete with large supermarket, bars, restaurants, designer shops, hairdressers. There is also a bowling alley and 10 screen cinema.

Lovely Villa in a very peaceful location, amazing views, plenty of outside seating & sunbeds needs a sun umbrella as not much shade, villa it’s self could do with a bit of a make over but it’s clean & has everything you need. Have booked again for next year

Great place just needs some updating

Overall great stay. Good communication with a very responsive host. Outside facilities including pool were excellent. Inside all just a bit tired and shabby. Needs some modernising. Good value for money.

Family break

Had an absolutely fabulous time at this gorgeous villa a real home from home. Loved relaxing by the pool and watching the golf. Pool was lovely and heated. We stayed in a couple of nights and had a BBQ . Would definitely recommend great location hopefully we can come back soon! 😊

Casa Jose

Great villa in a lovely quiet setting. Although we’re not golfers we enjoyed the view of the golf course and views beyond down to the sea. 20 minute walk to the supermarket and beach was easy so didn’t need a car. A walk along the beach would take you to bars and restaurants. We did hire a car for a few days to explore the island. A enjoyable and relaxing week. A helpful and friendly host.

Villa met prachtig uitzicht.

De vrijstaande villa heeft een prachtig uitzicht op de golfbaan en een heerlijk verwarmd zwembad. De bedden zijn ook goed. De zonligging is ideaal. Keuken kan een upgrade gebruiken al hoewel er een prima koffiemachine is.Linda, de manager was erg aardig. Bijzonder was dat de lakens en de handdoeken na een week verschoond werden door Linda. Wij raden de villa aan.

Beautiful garden view, nice pool, nice house

Nice stay, much room, nice sleepingrooms with window, lighting color livingroom terrible, no dimm possible , kitchen renovation nessesary, all equipment was working but oven and gas stove nobs were not readable anymore. Bbq outsite very nice, nice two seats and lot of beds.

Villa in schöner, ruhiger Lage

Eine sehr schöne Villa in ruhiger Lage mit Blick auf dem Golfplatz. Ausreichend Sitz und Liegeflächen vorhanden. Die Sauberkeit in der Küche hätte besser sekn können, aber man kann sich seine Sachen auch selbst mal erst durch wachschen und reinigen. Aber eine tolle Einrichtung im Gesamtergebnis. Es ist alles vorhanden.

Lovely villa with fantastic views of the golf course

The property was very clean and well looked after. We found the situation just fine, wandered down most days for a stroll along the sea front and a coffee. Brisk walk of an evening, working up an appetite for a meal at one of the many restaurants in Caleta de Fuesta. The pool was great, only got out when we were in danger of turning into prunes!! The inside is a little bit tired in areas, but there is a new fridge and washing machine. We found the sofa quite comfortable but did make use of the many, many cushions. Linda and Martin from the management company were very pleasant and helpful -came to our rescue when we managed to lock ourselves. Oops! We had a lovely holiday, even with storm hermine paying us a visit, never expected to be driving through flooded roads in Fuerteventura, and am sure we shall be back.

Casa engañosa

La ubicación de la vivienda y la piscina privada, es lo mejor y único que tiene la casa. Todo fue un despropósito, desde una señora que nos recibe sin mascarilla en el interior de la vivienda , pasando por la falta de mantenimiento y la escasa limpieza de la casa. Esta casa contaba con dos baños, los cuales uno de ellos no usamos ya que tenía un olor horroroso a cloaca que era imposible soportar eso sin contar con que la silicona de la tasa del WC estada de color negro y despegada totalmente, por otro lado las cortinas de la vivienda presentaban gran cantidad de polvo, las sábanas de las camas descoloridas y los colchones fue lo peor, el de matrimonio estaba totalmente vencido te hundías en él continuamente haciendo imposible dormir, cuando cambiamos el colchón por otro que había en la casa vimos que este estaba lleno manchas amarillas e insectos. Horrible... El otro colchón que había tenía los muelles sueltos así que te los clavabas toda la noche. Todo esto lo comunicamos a la propietaria, pero la solución ya nos llegó en forma de un colchón nuevo el último día de estancia así que permanecimos así durante los ocho días que teníamos la casa, con dolor de espalda y sin poder dormir bien. Por otro lada tenía más colchones debajo de las camas acumulando polvo, y el cuarto donde tenía la lavadora presentaba un montón de trastos viejos como un somier , junto con polvo, etc. La nevera estaba con la puerta oxidada y se veía que la habían remendado mal pintándola. Los cajones de la cocina donde estaban los cubiertos presentaban suciedad siscos, etc, y el resto de cajones de la cocina la suciedad y el desorden continuaban haciendo acto de presencia, polvo por todos lados, destornilladores junto con cacharos de cocina etc, es imposible describir tal desatino. en la terraza los nidos de avispas proliferaban contamos más de cinco así que tenías que estar continuamente con cuidado con los niños por miedo a que los picaran y la suciedad de la piscina se hacía presente en forma de cachos de plástico, insectos, tierra, etc. Me siento estafada porque lo mínimo que pides para un alquiler es limpieza y orden y esta casa no tiene ni lo uno ni lo otro. Lo peor es que el precio que pagas por la vivienda es no está para nada acorde con el estado de la vivienda y tampoco les importa lo que te puedas quejar .

Disappointed family

Communication with the villa owner was poor from booking to the day we arrived. The villa is not within walking distance of the beach/shops. You definitely would need to use taxis or hire a car. The villa is lovely in general but note, it has no air con and for August time this is a must. The fans supplied are not substantial to keep you cool but if you open the windows, the mosquitoes swarm In off the golf course . The boiler was a big problem as it is supplying the dirtiest brown water you have ever seen, so warm showers and washes were out the question. If you filled the sink up, it looked like a stewed cup of tea and when you emptied it, it left rust residue. We had to boil the kettle constantly. The villa seemed to have damp issues. My son was bitten by a silverfish in the bathroom which thrive in warm, damp conditions. This was stressful. There were a lot of loose floor tiles throughout the villa too. There is building work going on at the villa next door so we had a week of brick dust blowing towards us at the pool and the noise was horrendous from 8am until 3.30pm. The ladies who manage the villa for the owner are lovely and very helpful. Without the above problems, the villa would be lovely and I’d definitely recommend car hire.

Well equipped and comfortable villa

Fabulous location, quiet but near to shops and town centre. green vista over the golf course with the sea in the distance. Linda and Martin from the management company were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Villa was well equipped and very comfortable. Outside space was also very comfortable with plenty of options for outdoor eating and relaxing. On the whole we had a very enjoyable holiday and the weather was also very kind to us - a pleasant 24 C in November. Wish we were still there!

We are a family with 4 kids from Ireland who bought the villa when our eldest was just a baby! We just love Casa Jose, it is a home from home and I hope enjoy it as much as us! We have a fantastic management company who look after it for us when it is rented. The pool safety fence was a godsend when the children were younger

100% the views!! It is so peaceful when you are having your breakfast looking out at the green and the sun beaming down! Just fabulous. You are not looking at a concrete wall, it is really fab.
