Cela a toujours été notre rêve d'avoir une 2ème maison familiale basée dans la vieille ville d'Albufeira et nous sommes tellement choyés que nous avons acheté cet appartement fin 2017 à Philipa & Keith. Nous l'aimons tous les deux comme notre fils de 2 ans. Nous avons passé plus de 10 ans à visiter et à travailler dans la ville, donc c'est vraiment comme chez nous.

L'appartement est situé dans un appart-hôtel à flanc de colline avec une vue imprenable sur la vieille ville, la plage des pêcheurs et sur l'Atlantique. Il y a un joli balcon orienté au sud, idéal pour profiter du soleil, se détendre, admirer la vue ou manger en plein air.

L'appartement est très familial car le balcon est au rez-de-chaussée pas en hauteur, il n'y a pas de grosse goutte. Le balcon est également fermé et le mur
arrive à environ la hauteur des hanches.

La piscine extérieure d'eau salée est juste à la sortie du balcon et descend quelques marches.

Dans l'appartement, vous trouverez notre pack visiteur vous donnant des détails sur les bons endroits pour manger et visiter pendant votre séjour.

Nous vous proposons également un pack de bienvenue vous permettant de prendre une boisson chaude ou froide à votre arrivée et de vous installer avec l'essentiel avant de vous précipiter au supermarché.

Il y a aussi une télévision offrant un large éventail de chaînes de télévision en anglais ainsi qu'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite.

Le Strip de Montechoro et des parcours de golf de classe mondiale sont à une courte distance en taxi ou en Uber.

Nous pouvons également organiser pour vous des transferts aéroportuaires compétitifs, tous les véhicules sont équipés du Wi-Fi.

Nous aimons améliorer l'appartement au cours des mois d'hiver plus calmes et l'année dernière, il a été converti en appartement de 2 chambres.

L'appartement dispose également d'une toute nouvelle cuisine avec toutes les commodités habituelles.

Nous essayons de nous assurer que nous prenons soin de nos clients et répondons à tous leurs besoins.

Lovely apartment, very child firendly.

Modern apartment with averything you could need as a family. Good location to old town. Shared pool was very clean. We had a brilliant stay.

Family holiday

My family stay at the apartment was excellent. Lisa our host was great, any questions we asked were answered quickly and was no trouble. The apartment was fantastic very clean and spacious and catered for all the family needs. We will definitely return in the future.

Lovely place

Myself along with 3 friends stayed here for a long weekend to attend a wedding. The apartment was lovely, it had a great pool and perfect walking distance to old town. The owners Matt and Lisa were fantastic from the moment I booked with great communication. They happily answered any questions I had and helped book our airport transfers (who were also very reliable).

Happiness is a home away from home!

The view was amazing! Lots of exercise walking to and from the property (very steep hill). Brightness inside and outside always. Ample escapes from the heat by the way the rooms are laid out. Comfortably equipped kitchen. Great place to stay, would highly recommend it.

Excellent location for Old Town and surrounding area . Nice view overlooking the old town , not quite high up enough to see the beaches . Excellent king bed . Our only issue was possibly an upgrade in a coffee maker , and pots and pans , and access to the unused ping pong and pool rooms , in case of rainy days . All very minor issues really .

Great Holiday

The apartment was in a lovely location. Very well equipped apartment. Lovely and comfortable. Had one power cut, knocked out the TV, rang Matt he told me how to fix it in seconds. Great response. Had an issue with the blinds, rang Tracey,( the manager ) she fixed them within hours, great response. Great Holiday. B & L

Charged for new drawers we supposedly left a mark on

On arrival balcony dirty and needed weeding but we swept up n overlooked this. 1st time using kitchen sink noticed a leak underneath. We tightened pipe work and again thought nothing more about it. 1st night having showers only 2 of us managed to shower before water turning cold as we did not realise it came from a water tank. Iron and ironing board broken, replacement iron sent the following day. During our stay we experienced numerous power cuts which left us unable to use our phones or have a hot shower. However after our departure we began receiving messages asking about a stain on top of a chest of drawers. We informed them we had no recollection of seeing or causing this, but despite this we were charged £80 for a new set of drawers. We feel this was unjustified as they were already well worn and from the picture they sent of the faint mark it looked like they could easily have painted over the top of it, as we'll as the numerous issues we encountered with the property that we didn't make an issue of. We have been coming to Portugal for a number of years now and this the 1st property we have ever had a poor experience with and would not return to.

Great Stay Near Old Town

Our stay here made our visit to Albufeira so wonderful. The proximity to the beach and Old Town were perfect for our family. The master bedroom was great to give us adults some space, the kids loved the pool and view couldn't be beat. Communication with the hosts was awesome and they provided so much helpful information. Thank you!

Fijne locatie met prachtig uitzicht

Heerlijk verblijf , zwembad voor de deur wat super is wanneer het warm is om even een verkoelende duik te nemen. In de accomodatie was alles aanwezig voor een goed verblijf. Dicht bij het oude centrum en het strand van Albufeira. Top locatie!!

Een heerlijk verblijf

Het appartement van Matt en Lisa is ruim en modern ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De airco in alle kamers is heerlijk. Het uitzicht op de stad is prachtig. Het zwembad is ruim en de ligstoelen waren nooit vol. Vanuit het terras van het appartement ben je zo bij het zwembad. De geluiden die uit de stad komen, hoor je in de slaapkamers niet. Het oude centrum is op prima loopafstand. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad! Het appartement is echt aan te bevelen.

Fabulous apartment and hosts

We have used a lot of homeaway properties and yours is one of the best. We loved the communication, the welcome pack and all the information. It’s these things that make the difference. We used the discount cards which saved us a lot of money. Thank you. In the place we stayed in before we got to yours, there was no information at all about the apartment or the surroundings. Your bed was so comfortable and your towels just the right size! 😂😄

Quiet apartment

Lovely quiet apartment with pleasant sea water pool.Great location not too far from the Old Town but a bit uphill.The facilities were good and comfortable but on those hotter days would benefit from a/c. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment,a quiet oasis in the thick of things.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I fell in love with Albufeira when staying at a friend's apartment and immediately bought one in the same complex. The apartment is on a hill overlooking the Old Town, Fishermans' Beach and the sea. It has a beautiful view and a large balcony on which to enjoy it. The Old Town and Beach are around 5 minutes' walk away and the Strip with its bars and Karaoke clubs is also a short taxi ride away. This means you can enjoy all that Albufeira has to offer, but are far enough away that you can close out the nightlife and get a good nights sleep! Albufeira has two distinct faces: the heat with the hustle and bustle of summer and the cool quieter winter months. I love them both!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

My apartment is large and airy with its beautiful views. Guests that have stayed comment on how comfortable and homely it is as well as how spacious. They love relaxing in the sitting room, or sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. It is only a few steps away from the pool and the balcony is large enough to sunbathe with a separate area to sit in the shade and eat alfresco!

The apartment is refreshed and maintained by our English friends who live nearby and are only a quick phone call away. Faro airport is about 30 minutes away and with a flight of around 2 and a half hours from London, it is such an easy journey.

The apartment complex is gated and there is CCTV on both apartment entrances to for your safety.
