L'une des meilleures vues sur la mer d'Albufeira !!!
Situé dans la vieille ville d'Albufeira, ce magnifique et confortable appartement a le front de mer de la plage principale de la ville. C'est l'endroit idéal pour des vacances romantiques, entre amis ou en famille. La maison dispose de 2 chambres (4 couchages) l'accès à une chambre se fait par l'autre, 1 salle de bain complète, une cuisine équipée (avec lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, etc.), lave-linge et sèche-linge, climatisation (chaud / froid 7euros / jour), et une vie confortable avec une vue fantastique sur la mer.
Aucune voiture n'est nécessaire. La plage est à seulement 2 minutes à pied et les boîtes de nuit sont à seulement 5 minutes à pied.
À Albufeira (centre / centre-ville), vous pouvez trouver des restaurants, pubs, supermarchés, églises, cafés, pharmacies, bureau de poste, hôpital, etc.
Le port d'Albufeira est à 10 minutes à pied.
Pendant l'été, la ville propose différents événements culturels (concerts, feux d'artifice, etc.).
Si vous êtes un golfeur, vous avez un parcours sur le terrain plat derrière la plage de sable de Praia de Galé (environ 5 minutes en voiture).

Great views! Great location!

My husband and I stayed at this property and it was ideal. The location is so close to the beach, the elevator and old town shopping and fun. It was very clean and had all the amenities we could ask for. Jose was very responsive and quite helpful with tips and pointers for us. We highly recommend!

Central with anazing view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The apartment was well appointed with everything that we needed for our stay . It is within walking distance of old town with all of its restaurants and shop. There is a mini market just 10 minute waking distance where you can purchase essentials.Free parking was always available on the street in front of the entrance to the building. Jose was an excellent host!

Awesome time in Albufeira!

This has been our second stay and we enjoyed it even more than the first time. Excellent location, beautiful views in all directions due to numerous windows. Close to everything you need. The unit matches the description and pictures in the ad. We will definitely be back again.

Great view!

This place had an amazing view and it was easy to navigate Albufeira. It didn’t take long to get down to the beach or the old town. There was some construction occurring in the front of the building which made it challenging for our Bolt driver to find the location but fortunately Veronica was there to help. The property has quite a few stairs so you’ll need to be aware if you’re hauling bags up for an extended stay. The apartment had all the amenities needed including a washer/dryer combo. The only thing I’m not sure if we were aware of was you had to go through the second bedroom to get to the master so there wasn’t as much privacy for the second space. Otherwise the beds were comfortable and we truly enjoyed staying there.

Great location with awesome view!

We stayed for just over 2 weeks. Location was great for grocery shopping, restaurants, and beach. Very walkable as long as you don’t mind stairs and hills.

Wonderful Escape

Jose's apartment was everything and more than we hoped for. The unit had all the basics needed for our week and we just had to focus on enjoying the view and the town. Access to the beach, restaurants,old town, grocieres couldn't have better . We have already recommended this spot to friends . We will book again next time we find ourselves visiting the Algarve .

The most beautiful views of Albuferia

We debated staying in either Lagos or Albuferia and am so happy we chose Jose’s place in Albuferia. The pictures don’t do this place justice and the views from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom can’t be beat. It is also in a very peaceful section of town tucked far away from the stupid crazy section of the strip but just steps away from the beach and many great restaurants. We have never stayed at a Condo where the views were so amazing.

Perfect.

This place was absolutely fantastic! We actually stopped to take one last look out the windows before we left because we were so sad to leave. The location, the view, the warm welcome and easy check-in, and of course the apartment itself were all wonderful. We will definitely recommend and book again next time we visit Albufeira!

Great apartment to enjoy your holidays!

Our stay in the apartment was just great! We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and some helpful information about the area. The apartment looks exactly like the photos show it and with the sea view from almost every room, you cannot do anything else than enjoy your holiday to the fullest! Thanks so much Jose for this great stay in Albufeira, we loved it!

What a truly amazing apartment with a 10 million Euro view. Well appointed, centrally located to the village shops, supermarket, golf courses and marina. We couldn't have found a better place to spend 3 weeks. Awesome!

Great Apartment in a Great Location!

We absolutely loved Jose’s apartment. Every window had a gorgeous view and we loved the little deck on the top floor. It was crazy hot when we were there and the fan in the bedroom was a life saver. The location was great and an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and the marina. We would highly recommend . Thanks for everything, Jose and Veronica!

Great view with good location

Very pleasant experience facilitated by Mrs Veronica. Helped us in and helped us out by arranging a taxi for an early AM departure. Access to restaurants was easy - into old town touristy and away from old town more local Portuguese. It was nice to have access to English speaking TV at night. The apartment is as the VRBO website shows. All is good

A lovely if slightly querky apartment in a quiet part of town.

The transport arrangements by Jose were excellent and the apartment really does have those great views. Jose's hospitality (though we never met) could not be faulted. Thankfully the air conditioning works well as the first of or two weeks was really hot. There are some lovely restaurants nearby and the town is only a 8 minute walk away to give even more choice. We were a little unlucky as the apartment next door was being renovated while we were there, but they only worked during the day and were clean, tidy and friendly so can't complain. The WiFi worked well and had a reasonably fast connection.

Our family Experience

This is our first time we used VRBO. I never really trust what I see online. HOWEVER, Jose’s Place was exactly as described. We consider ourselves lucky finding this place both my 7 year old and 9 year old loved their bedroom. Internet with 140 channels helped when we were not at the beach. This place is clean and modern. It has all you need if you want to cook. We were welcomed with water and a bottle of wine. We walked everywhere with the kids and no complaints. This place is a slam dunk!!!!!!!!!! Jose is quick to respond and very helpful. We will make this journey and family tradition. Therefore, until next year.

Great Views and Awesome Location

The first thing you will notice about this apartment is the sweeping views of the beach. Windows open up to allow the fresh air cool the apartment as you look out to the ocean. I was greeted by Veronica who gave me a quick tour of the property and it's amenities. She was very friendly and showed me the access routes to the beach, the marina and the supermarket nearby. You have to climb stairs up to the unit, worth mentioning but I did not find this to be an issue. The apartment is fully functional with wifi access. There is a spacious master bedroom with a little balcony, a secondary bedroom loft, kitchen area (fully equipped with a stove and dishwasher), a dining room and a comfy living room. The bathroom (where the washer and dryer are also located) is a bit tight but this is a minor inconvenience. Air conditioning is available but I didn't need it. Access to the boardwalk that leads to the beach is a quick 2 min walk. From there it's another 5-8 min walk to the heart of the town. This is a great location as you are close enough to enjoy the beach, as well as the nightlife in the town, but just distanced enough to retire and relax away from the bustle and noise of it all. Overall this was a great stay.
