Thank you for your 10/10 review - we agree! "Very nice stay, spacious, well equipped kitchen, close to the beach and supermarket. Nice bakery opposite. Bosa is a beautiful town!"

So happy you loved the apartment and setting! And you were the best guests, such clear and easy communications and positive attitude, it will be a real pleasure to welcome you back - contact me for the big discount we offer returning guests. In English, you say: It was amazing, the apartment is at the perfect spot with a nice balcony, and there is more than enough space inside. The beach is really close (walking distance) and we even walked into the center of Bosa. I would definitely recommend to stay here. The contact with the owner is also really good, he replies fast and gives you a lot of information and tips about the apartment and Bosa. Would love to come back here one day.

Happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay. The balconies offer super views towards the River Temo, Boss old town and Castle, the hills around, and of course over Bosa Marina bay and beach and look out over the sea to the sunset. And you can see all of this while sitting in your chairs on the balconies, as well amazing views from the kitchen bedroom, living room and even bathroom. Hence the name, Bella Vista!

That's brilliant - so glad that your family had such a happy stay in the apartment. There is space and it is cool with the sea breeze through the large double doors to the balconies in every room. And the marble floors, fans and air cooling units. You'd be very welcome back any time!

Thank you for the positive feedback - glad that you enjoyed the situation of the apartment and views from the balconies. We are making all the improvements that you list (1 to 8) for 2022. It was impossible to fix these things before now due to the Covid travel restrictions. The mosquito nets must have been left by the previous guests as they are not provided - and have not been necessary before now.

Happy you loved the apartment and location. Tho it is less than 5 minutes walk to the beach if you go directly! Translation of your review: "The apartment corresponded to the description. Well equipped and spacious. It is located 5 10 minutes walk from the sea of Bosa Marina and 10 minutes by car from supermarkets and downtown Bosa.."

Happy you loved the apartment, the peace, the views from the balconies and windows and its location, come again! Your review in English: "We really appreciated the location of the apartment with all the shops and businesses nearby. The calm and the view are superb! Thank you for Michael's kindness and responsiveness. We loved our vacation at Bosa Marina!"

Happy you enjoyed your stay in Bella Vista and enjoyed the amazing views of the sunset, beach and hills, river and marina - and looking back to Bosa old town in the distance. Translation of your excellent review: Excellent stay in Bosa, pretty town. The apartment is a stone's throw from the main beach of Bosa.

Glad you loved the apartment- your review in English: "We had a pleasant stay, nothing is missing in the flat which is on the 4th floor but the steps are very easy to climb. The view is superb, you can see the sea and the sunset. A good property, close to the beach."

Good communications and looked after the apartment, thank you. Great guests!

Happy you enjoyed your stay and the great views over the beach, bay, river and back to Bosa old town - for information, significant improvements are now being made for 2022.

So happy you loved it! In English you wrote: "We spent two wonderful weeks in Bosa Marina. The apartment is very spacious, everything was spotless, and it had everything we needed. The best thing about the apartment is the stunning sea view from every room. The location is also perfect, very close to the beach, and Bosa is a 30-minute walk away. We always managed to find a parking space near the apartment. We would definitely rent this apartment again."

Thank you Jens & family, very happy to hear you loved the apartment. You said: "We had a wonderful vacation in Bosa Marina. The highlight of the apartment is the stunning view of the sea and the bay. The beach is just a short walk away. The landlord is very nice!"

Thank you for sharing your experience: "We spent 14 sunny days in Bosa Marina. If you want to live in the middle of a typical residential building and feel like a Sardinian, this is the perfect place. Restaurants and ice cream parlors are within walking distance. The best thing about the apartment is the magnificent view of the sea and the beach. In the evening, you can see the illuminated Bosa Castle from a second balcony. The entire apartment has beautiful marble floors. The apartment was very clean, and communication with the landlord was good. It's a great place to relax after day trips around the island."

Happy you enjoyed your stay and will soon return - and love what you say "Bosa offers to its guests who arrive with expectations of a pleasant holiday exceeds all expectations and Michael's house enriches and makes the experience unforgettable. The sea of Bosa is out there and is looking at you... you can see the moon from the bed... unique panorama therefore." This is why it's called Bella Vista! We look forwards to welcoming you back.

Happy you liked the surroundings and proximity to the beach, cafes, restaurants - and ice cream! And the ceiling fans were there to keep you cool with shutters that open enough to allow air in, but not insects. Your family and you are welcome to return any time!

Happy you loved the apartment and Bosa and told me that you much preferred the ceiling fans and portable coolers to a full air-conditioning system. A translation of your review: "We had a lovely stay at Bella Vista! You can quickly reach the sea, the café and the bakery. In the evening you can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea." Please return as many others do - and we can offer you a good discount!

Ich bin froh, dass die gäste die fantastische aussicht und die einrichtungen genossen haben, auch wenn sie sich nicht gut um den ort gekümmert und keine probleme gemeldet haben, sodass wir diese nicht sofort hätten beheben können.

Happy you had a great stay with your family and enjoyed the views, space and easy access to the beach, river, bars & restaurants.
