Really enjoyed our two weeks in the Luberon. The house and pool were lovely with a good sized kitchen. The property mnager and her husband were lovely and very helpful when needed.
Would thoroughly recommend
We loved our stay (2 families) at this lovely house. The location was amazing.
We spent many days sitting by the pool, eating outside and enjoying the warmth of the area. The house is set out great and the facilities excellent.
Hosts were extremely accomodating
Beautiful property with amazing backyard. Stayed here with 6 friends and we had a lovely time. Gordes is just a short 5 minute drive but we spent most of our time enjoying the pool and gorgeous views!
Love this house.
Our second time at this property. A lovely house with good accommodation and a lovely pool and terrace with a view to die for. We spent nearly 4 weeks there and loved every minute (even the two wet days). We had three sets of friends to stay whilst we were there and they loved it too.
Truly enjoyed the location and accommodations at this secluded stone cottage located in an olive grove. Large and well-appointed kitchen, bright dining room and nicely furnished living room with speedy Wifi and many electrical outlets for our various devices. Plenty of comfortable beds and bathrooms. We particularly enjoyed outdoor dinners and use of the gas barbecue grill, and the view of the countryside from the patio and pool. The owner was very responsive to queries before and during our stay, and we truly appreciated her assistance. Would recommend to families looking for a peaceful stay in a lovely region.
Some aspects of the house could use updating/refreshing but overall we were very happy with our stay! Highlights were the well-stocked kitchen and living room. A bit of an ant problem on the first day but we bought spray and it did the trick. Annie was very helpful in helping us find the house on the first day!
I read the reviews of this property and was so excited to visit with my family. The location canât be beat, itâs perfect for day trips around Provence and so close to Gordes. The house itself needs a lot of work - itâs poorly kept, felt very dingy (cobwebs in the shower; we had to keep our shoes on the floors were so dirty; ants were everywhere so had to use spray; toilets with black on the inside rim). Weâve stayed in European country houses before & understand they can be rustic, but this home needs some major TLC. The beds were comfortable, but the linens/towels need a refresh.
We enjoyed a fantastic stay. The property had everything, you were left not wanting for anything. When any help was needed, Annie responded immediately. We loved the house, the pool and the surrounding area. The town of Coustellet, 5nin drive away has all that you need and the supermarket has great local food, fish and meat. Overall, a very enjoyable 2 week stay. Thanks to Amanda and Annie!
We had a fantastic stay at this absolutely super property. The location was ideal to travel to near by villages and wineries. The view of the Luberon from the property was so tranquil. The aesthetics of the interior and exterior was so fitting for the location. The kitchen was very well equipped. Amanda was very responsive and helpful. Could not have asked for anything more to have made our stay more perfect. Thank you!!!
A spectacularly beautiful French villa with all the amenities. We had two couples and it was perfect (An ensuite in each of our rooms.) Perched on a small ridge, with an excellent pool, it was the perfect place to explore (e.g. Gordes) and relax. 6 stars!
We live mainly in the country in Sussex. My husband is a production designer and Fireworks technician. He was responsible for the Queens Jubilee display . He was also winner of the Cannes fireworks.
I have several properties in the UK, which I manage. My husband was trained as an architect and now has his own event production business
My parents built the house 40 years ago, as a holiday house and we have all spent time at the property every summer since. Our children were brought up from babyhood with holidays at the house and now return with their own friends.
We love this area as it is peaceful but there are things to do, canoeing, bicycling, walking or just visiting all the beautiful ancient hilltop villages with their individual weekly markets. The relaxed restaurants and bistrots with mainly local cuisine. You need your trainers not your stilettos
The house is very peaceful with modern amenities and very easy to manage with stone floors throughout. It is hidden from view of the neighbouring houses by the surrounding trees. There is over an acre of olive groves to explore.
