hi Marianne. Thank you for your review. Happy to hear you liked Can Chill and Ibiza in winter. Most people only visit our island during summer, but we think Ibiza is at its best in wintertime. The weather is beautiful, the beaches are empty and we've got the whole island to ourselves. But don't tell too many people, or Ibiza becomes the next hot spot winter destination! Thank you for your reservation in June, we hope to see you before we leave for Asia. And we'd love to show you our little baby who was just born when you were here around Christmas.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We are sorry you had such a bad experience. We are surprised about your negative review. Overall, most of our guests are very happy and relaxed by the end of their holiday. In the many years we have been renting out Can Chill we have never had such negative feedback and most of our guests are returning customers. We do take your comments into consideration for when we make the renovations this coming winter. The kitchen will be renewed completely and we will replace the drainage system. We had a security company come over to evaluate Can Chill. They told us that if the villa had been locked properly, there would have been no possibility of a break in. We provide a safe for our guests to use and emphasize the importance of using it, especially on an island where robberies in summer are very common. Nevertheless, we will install an alarm system to minimize the possibility of Can Chill being robbed again next year. We have a maintenance person on call at all times. He shows up within 24 hours after contact, as was the case with you. The problems you experienced were dealt within a reasonable time, so it wasn’t necessary to try to fix it yourself. As with most of the villas in rural areas on Ibiza, gas is provided by bottles. You were very unlucky both bottles ran out during your stay. If guests don’t want to change them themselves, our contact person will be there within hours to do this for you. We hope you were able to enjoy our amazing island for what it is. We do understand your frustration towards the robbery and it is a shame it had such an impact on an experience that should have been a chilled one.
